[Resolved]  Airtel India — Poor service!

i have an airtel prepaid connection.i am working in mumbai..1 month back some of the staff from mira road branch (fiza) from the airtel phoned me and told me about a postpaid plan i told them i interested meet me in person.next day a staff came to my home i ve given Rs 599 as the processing, security fees ,and he given the bill for that. after that till now, no information regarding my new connection and my money.. when ever i called to that no: that they have given ,they dont pick up the phone and other no: is not availabl4.

please do the needful for my connectionn

i have a PCO of airtel witch is worke very good.but since one month nework is very poor even airtel tower distance is 150mtr ples resolve this porblem.
I bought a new Sony Erriccson mobile and started a GPRS account in Airtel. I could not enter any website. It shows the message ' communication failure' & connection failure' I contact several times airtel customer care. But no result. Please help me to solve my problem. My Airtel No. is [protected]
i have qestions
(1 )aap ke network me har waqt problames hi kyo hote hai?
(2) kai baar baat karte waqt bich me faltu ki aavaj kyo aati hai?
(3) GPRS conecting activetion ke manu har waqt chang kyo hote hai?
(4)tribale arias me aap ke natwork kyo kam hai kyo log vaha pe nahi rehte?
aise bohot sawal hai hamare pas...!!!
vodafone valo se kuch sikhne ki kosis kijiye...

Iam using airtel since 5 years single no: ie [protected], before 2 months, i delayed my payment. that time airtel company executive, Mr.MANOJ MURALI, CEO, KERALA.he took my number .i asked him to give back, but he was not interested, as a company person his behavioue was very very cheap, so you please take initiative and give me my number, my present contact number is [protected] please teach your CEO "CUSTOMER IS THE KING" so give first preference to the customer, many times i told to your ceo, i need that number n i can make payment immediately, but he was not ready to give that bcoz recently he used similar to my number, so please take immediate action, i hope airtel is a customer loving company, so pls take the right action.

Airtel network coverage — poor accessibility

I am G Ravi Prakash residing in Nandyal Town, Kurnool Dist, AP. Our residence land mark is near MLA's residence.
we are using Airtel since long time i.e.above ten years. Since 6 months net work coverage of Airtel became very poor and it is not available inside our home. To get access we are required to keep our phones in front room..where as other networks are covering entire our house. As we are long time users of airtel numbers...we are unable to switch over to other networks......please arrange your technical personal to rectify this problem. Same problem is existing in the house of Minister which is opposite to our residence.

Airtel Prepaid — discontinuity of connection

I have been using the prepaid airtel connection since last 2 years. My no is [protected]. Suddenly on 23/07/10 my outgoing service had been disconnected even though I have submitted all the required documents for this cause but still the service is discontinued. I am facing a lots of problem due to the discontinuity of service.
I Mohd. Umar purchased AIRTEL SIM, Mobile No-[protected] from Dealer but after this sim facility discontinue and I complaint about it but airtel customer care and Dealer not show any response regarding my complaint. I have lost a lot of time with this matter. So Plz tell me what should I do for this. You may contact to me my alternate no-[protected].
I lost my BB handset today and went to the branch office in Goa to Block my number. I inquired if it is possible to trace the mobile, they told me it is possible as there have been similar cases before, and to go to the head office at Kamat Plaza, Patto, Goa-

Went to the HQ, Firstly there is no seating also, Had to stand up and wait to be attended. The receptionist is a security guard who doesn't know a word of English. Spoke to some Mr. Vijay who directly said " no sire we cant do this very rudely and said go to the branch office", Inspite of telling him it is possible the guy was hesitant.

Mr. Vijay has no class or personal manners.

PS: is it possible to trace a lost BB handset?

No. no, Airtel is very poor at processing paid amount and bills, their Technical services are quit satifactory. For me to they have created problem and asking me to do double payment. They are not providing receipt no. on given receipt which is ultimately crime. But when I am requesting them to disconnect, they are not doing it. they suggest me to mail e-copy on [protected]@airtel.in which getting bounce back. big problem for.

So you are requested to refund the balance amount of Rs.5 It doesn’t matter how many times you have been crediting & debiting my a/c, my final balance must be 205.18, which please note.

Airtel — First time experiencing bad from airtel

I am Renuka Prasad R... I am useing Airtel no [protected], 2 days back i attended pre-recorded call from airtel saying about 505050 subscription, I disconnected that call then immediately i got message saying 15.00 Rs deducted from your account. then i tried to call customer care (198 and 121), that two numbers will not connected to customer care instead just said " go to *121# for start or stop service, thank you for calling airtel " i called more than 10 times but unable to reach customer care.... this is the first time i am experiancing worst from Airtel....

FYI...17 July 2011, this issue is not resolved...i have four request reference numbers with me...
please tell any customer care people to call me...i will talk with them and get solutions to my problems...because 121 is not connecting to customer care...

otherwise i will go for PORT option to any other network...because i am unable to get proper information for Airtel customer care and i am not satisfied with services from last 2 weeks

Hi, after very long time i have updated above comments that now Airtel is very powerfull suporting customer care than others because other network does not reply if we call more than 3 times but In airtel i am free to call untill solution of my queary ...

Dear Concern

I have recharge one month pack of internet in my mobile number [protected] with the recharge of 98 RS and balance is duducting from my main account top valued and i have contact to your customer care on phone they are just blaming me that i have send the mms on few number which i never did. you people are making customer fool and i would like to coplaine please refund my amount of talk time which i was recharge with the rs 50. on 17-dec 2011 and you have deducted whole amount from my account withoout any talking to my concern person
