Welcome to Airtel greed.
Now the proof of the pudding for me

The sales/demo executive came on time, confirm their arrival multiple times.
They demoed it against primarily the "speedtest.net". Wow see I get close to 30 Mbps. But the trick is that if I try the speed test against other servers or even airtel's own speed test server then magic happens as the speed is consistently less than 15 Mbps and on average comes up to only 5 Mbps.

Out of desperation since I do not have any other broadband I buy the 4G LTE dongle and the “service” starts as soon as I’m done the payment.

The sales executive tells me “Your dongle will be activated within 24 hrs”, what they are really telling me is that “Your dongle will be activated 24 hrs after verification team person has visited you and entered the details in the system”. Sadly dumb me was not able to read in between their lines (or is it lies?)

I had another special service added to my buy cycle. Even after 24 hrs after the verification person came and verified, my wireless dongle was not activated. When I enquired the “Verification Department” I was told “Sir the person who came to verify should have given you the number associated with your dongle”. But I was not given.

I had the pleasure of calling multiple times the sales executive who sold me the dongle and the local office which airtel has outsourced for verification to get my number. That added another 24hrs.

Once I get the number, I call the Verification Department of Airtel to get the 4G LTE verified. “Yay me” you might think that now I have web connectivity.. That is where you are wrong.

Just out of curiosity I open up the “Resource Manager” of Windows 7 Task Manager, I suddenly see that the “ConnectionManager” process of airtel seems to be using up close to 12 KBps with no other process running. I immediately contact the “I don’t Care for Customer” number for help to understand this behavior

After I explain the details, while the “I don’t care for customer” executive considers me as a who has say “Window Update” or some “Malware” running behind the scenes for the download of 12 KBps and I patiently explain that I have verified this using the “Resource Manager” of Windows 7. The clueless executive promises “Someone from technical team will contact you in 24 hrs”. Wonders of wonder, no one contacts me.

But to exasperate the problem, unlike Airtel Mobile or Landline, the previous executive did not give me any “Reference number” to track my problem. Not only that this 12KBps of data cheating happening but also my connection seems to drop out for apparently no reason, though my LTE shows all 4 bars green (full signal strength). So I call again, but this time I’m smarter, I ask the name of the executive at the other end and also some tracking information. He gives his name as Rohan and “interaction number” as f[protected]. He says to me “We will surely call you in 24 hrs this time”. 24 hrs gone but no call.

The problem of connection dropping inspite of full signal strength is so baffling and frustrating I make one more call to “I don’t care for customer” number. Now another executive of the name H. Raghav handles the call. He is polite and seems genuinely interested to help me. He asks me to take the SIM out of the dongle and reinsert it and try again. But after some time the connection drops. He informs “some problem with the SIM’s registration with the network” and “our technical team would contact you as soon as we fix this from our end” That interaction ID was [protected].

So after a week no one calls and I still face the issue.


Keeping all these wonderful experiences in my mind, I’m planning to surrender my newly bought 4G LTE and plan to living happily in office till 11:30 pm to attend all my meetings.

AirTel — poor service by sales executive

I have gone for Airtel post-paid connection on sep 22nd,2007. The sales executive had given me a faulty SIM, where in I had only outgoing facility,but I didn;t have incoming calls. I took this matter to the notice of sales executive(from whom I applied for a post-paid connection),he has given me another SIM card,but the SIM isn't activated until this day. all my calls to that sales executive and even customer care call center is on deaf ears...can't someone look into this issue??..I have been using airtel for 4 years and I was satisfied,I dont want to switch over to other services just because a sales executive is screwing up.....

I have bought the SIM from Mr.Aswaq,Sales executive, swargate,Pune,India
I am airtel customer for about three years or more. My mobile no is[protected]. My credit limit is also about Rs 5000/-. In november2008 i requested to change my billing plan. Customer care Exec. told bill change will be done in next billing cycle i.e from Dec 2008. Latter on 12dec i again requested for same and i was confirmed my bill change plan is in process and will be activated in dec 2008 billing.

Latter in Jan when i confirmed about my bill got suspection bill plan still not changed. Since then i was in regular followup with customer care guys. I had talk with Savan, Janpreet, Sameer, Gaurav and Floor Incharge. Every time i got new replies. Atlast i was confirmed my billing plan is changed but will be effective from 26Feb 2008.( Next billing cycle)

Janpreet: Your request process pl call back after 3 hours
Sameer: I am forwarding your request. Also gave request no 6406771 ( not confirmed request no). My seniors will call you up in 24hours. But after 3 days also not got any call
Gaurav: Your billing plan change is in process will be effective from next billing cycle and assured all past over billing amount will get adjusted.
Floor Incharge: Your billing plan will be effective from next billing cycle. Difference of billing amount for last billing cycles forwarding complain to back office and they will look into the same.

All the time different assurance following up since november but all in vain. Such a poor service experience

airtel service is day to day going poor due to their poor personel and officers. Now on my phone number of services like news alert, buity, commedy junction have been automatically activated and some aomount is deducted for every service every day what to do with such service? customercare executives are hopeless and incompetient. they behave like they are enemy of airtel. time will tell lession to airtel, one day they will loose all customers. is their anybody responsible officer to care for airtel.

    I had bought an Airtel 3G Data card after a non stop pestering from Airtel dealers. I have asked for the maximum tariff they have in Airtel and they said "For 1500 rupees 12.5 GB data free in 3G Speed and after that the speed limit will get down to 2G... It is an unlimited plan". I have asked them three to four times to confirm about the plan and everytime they told the samething. I got a shock once i bought the data card... It has been activated for 950 plan which comes with 6G data in 3G Speed. When i contacted the Airtel customer care about that,they casually told,there is no such plan for 12.5 GB Unlimited. I have asked then why they are promoting like that.. There is no proper answer from them for that.

    My data card was activated on 15th April 2013. From Airtel they told you would get a minimum speed of 3.2 Mbps and a Maximum speed of 7.2 Mbps for 3G. But from day one i never got 3G Speed and even for opening a mail,it taking 45 seconds to one minute of time. For downloading 195 MB data it took 25 minutes. The maximum download speed i am receiving is not more than 60 Kbps,sometimes 128 kbps.

    I have called customer customer nearly 10 times about the issue and filed a complained about it. They sent a person from Airtel to check the signal in my area. He came,checked the signal and said "you could never get 3G speed here. The maximum speed might be 512 kbps and sometimes it may reach 1 Mbps. They should never sell 3G service here". I was shocked to the core by hearing that. I again complained about it in Airtel. Some higher official from Airtel called me on 25th April 2013 morning and told "We are upgrading the signal in your area with a booster. It would take 72 hours for upgradation and then you will get full 3G Speed. Now its been 120 hours and my network speed becoming worse day by day.

    Finally, I called the customer care on 29th April 2013 and told about the issue. They very cooly told there is no 3G service there,so you cant get 3G Speed. I have asked then why they gave me 3G connection? They replied you can disconnect your service anytime but you have to pay for the first month.

    My question is

    As a customer i definitely dont know whether they have 3G service here or not... But as a service provider "Airtel" should have known that already right? Then why should they sell it? Their only moto is to sell their 3G service even by fake promotions,even there is no site which provide 3G speed,even customer face a great dissatisfaction.

    Now i have spent 1000 rupees on that useless 3G Data card. Who will pay it back?
    I have called customer care many times and i am really tired about saying the same thing again and again. But no response from them at all. Finally they saying we have already told you that you wont get 3G speed there,but you only wished to continue the service. So its not our fault!!!

    Do "Airtel" thinking customers as senseless ??? Who are they to play with my money?????????
    And finally to hide their mistake they blaming me now.....!!!

    Please take necessary action against them and stop their fraudulent activities and please please please save customers!!!!

      I am using airtel mobile ([protected]) for almost 4 years. From the beginning they were detecting some amount for some reason. Once I call to the customer care they are just telling " you did this, you did this", but actually am not. Once I strongly argue for this they were returning the amount detected. This is happened hundreds of time. If somebody did not notice the amount detected, the hard earned money is into airtel. This is ridiculous to people.

      This is my important part of complaint. from 7-April-2013 to 21-April-2013 I stayed in France. I tried to call India and am failed. But an amount of RS.100 is detected from my account. I can't call even the customer care from there. Once I reached to India I called them and told this they said that "I sent some messages and received calls", but actually I am sure that I Didn't receive any call to my airtel no and I did not sent any messages. Finally I sent port request. Then they called many time and said that "Please sir tell me your problem to resolve", even though I said to them that I was busy. At times I said my problem too.

      So please ban AIRTEL in INDIA!! They are money eaters of the poor's hard earned!!

      AirTel — detecting amount

      i have message from 54321 after the message received detecting amt as subscription charges please deacivate the services
      A new trouble with airtel, I am using postpaid 3G internet with airtel. My bill plan is Rs 450 for 2GB data. They informed me that post usage of Rs.950 will ba free. So I cant be charged more than Rs. 950. For last month I am unknowingly utilized more than the free data. Even the it shuld not exceed 950 but I have been billed 1700. Absolute faking. Please take necessary action.

        i had a postpaid number [protected] on my name Abhishek A Goyal from the AIRCEL, which i got as a fancy number on payment of a certain premium amount,then due to personal reasons i shifted it to Airtel service provider. Due to my outdoor tour plan could not use the sim for 3 months but when i reached Airtel office (Santhome) in the month of December 2012... was directed that a new sim will be activated for the same number and this will be treated as a new connection...and i had to pay some outstanding for the previous bills and new sim connection amount which i did on the same day around 15 to 20th of december 2012..(through Debit Card payment). and to the great services of the great Airtel company till date(30th april 2013) the sim hasn't been activated.i have made many visits to thier same office(a tedious process as i live 10 km away from this office) but am again made to wait as per thier token system and then receive a simple reply they have not yet got the order to activate the sim as soon as they get the mail to qctivate they will do so and they have no time period for it. How long does a person wait to get a new connection activated is my question with the technology we are having in the world today. or this is the manner in which all airtel sim services get activated....,.??????

        i have purchase a a compained pack of Airtel 1999 plan of sony erriccion 120 i from Jai peer Bhaba communication Narea. on 5 /03/08. On the purchase of this mobile, from to till date rotate at the shop, where i have purchase the packet for activating this connection. from last date till five days passed and it is not activate. every time the shop person saying to activate today, after one hour and different words. Now last time i call with the area distributer and talk with them on this number [protected] and they talk with me not mentioned- without manner-.

        i am now going to the consumer court to load a case about this my new number i want activate life time. this is the number[protected]

        Bharti Airtel — about non received of sim card

        Dear sir,
        On 18 may 2008 your companies executive miss swati [protected] and miss sangutha [protected] explain me the plan for governemt servents and register for sim card and take the cheque of rs599/-cheque no 447233 and tell me that at that time unavilablity of xerox of sim card they give me the sim card at next day, after that i was contact with her but there is no responce, now at about after 15 days there is no sim card for me. there is missgauide from your marking exucuties. due to this the beliveness on your company shoud less and also i am now doubt ful about the plan which she explian to me. your executives are cheater . please send me the sim card as ealry as possible.

        Myself is Rajni Sharma. I am having mobile connection with no. [protected], in my name. REcently, I had lost my handset. So, consequently, I made contact to your customer care executive & request them to immediately block my SIM as on 19th June, 2008.

        After that, I had applied through your outlets for the new SIM having same number. Then, I had received letter from yours regarding door steps delivery of my SIM. But even after that I had not received my SIM. Then, after making a number of calls to your customer care centre, Even I had received the new SIM, but till the date my SIM has not been activated.

        Hence, you are requested to kindly look into the matter & activate my no. immediately.

        An Airtel pre-paid connection was subscribed by me on July 5, 2008 vide SIM No.[protected] and mobile no. +91-[protected] in the name of Jitendra Kumar. Requisite documents were submitted viz. copy of PAN Card, Bonafide letter from the employer i.e. IDBI Bank Ltd. and it was told that the documents are in order. Thereafter within a week the above SIM was blocked by Airtel office. The service provider could not be contacted till August 11, 2008 because of my busy schedule and being outstation for sometime. On August 12, 2008 the service outlet of airtel at S.P.Verma Road, Patna i.e. M/s. Navin Enterprises was contacted and re-submitted requisite documents viz. copy of PAN Card, Copy of Electricity Bill and an Employment letter from IDBI Bank Ltd. mentioning therein my present address. It was told that the above mob. no. will be activated by the evening. However on getting no response in the matter, the above outlet was again contacted and it was told that my SIM Card has been permanently blocked. It is needless to express the level of anxiety due to this pathetic service provided by Airtel.

        Bharti Airtel Ltd Prepaid Connection — Non activation of Internet Connectivity

        Sir,

        I would like to brought in your mind that I have an prepaid connection bearing cell no. [protected] since Saturday 09.08.2008. Since then I had made 5 times customer care request and 3 times SMS request for Activation of Internet connectivity. Every time they assured me but till date and now the activation has not been completed and finally they block the customer care request option at around 19:00 hours on dt.11.08.08.

        Please let me know whether there is any problem that is not fulfilled by me? If so, why the customer care pesonnel do not tell me the same I will trying my level best to fulfil the same otherwise plese activate immediately the Internet connectivity unblock the customer care option.

        I took a prepaid connection from Airtel past 3 months. last 2 weeks non activation of my sim card. I will inform your brances at Erode office, Tamil Nadu, India. They have not activated the no given to me. I'm calling customer care services but not responsible. I had submitted photocopy of Family Card for proof to Airtel persons. Do not know when will it be activated! Their service is pathetic!

        Airtel (Bharti) — Non Activation of SIM card

        I took a new Airtel prepaid connection no [protected] (Delhi circle) a week ago and I submitted all my relevant documents as suggested by the Airtel retail outlet in Vasant Kunj (Masoodpur).I was told that I would receive a verification call with in two days. I did not receive any call from them and on third day they disconnected my services. I have been running around the house since then. I went to the same retail outlet where I took the connection and they are not ready to take the ownership of the task now. They asked me to visit Airtel Showroom in Gurgaon.Then I spoke to the customer service and they are like a pain in the butt. If you call them after 9 PM, they do not pick up the call. If they pick up the call they just hang up. They put the customer for long hold and then disconnect after 4-5 minutes, they tell us that they need to find more info and put the phone aside. The call goes on for 4-5 minute, I could hear the conversations in the background and finally when he comes back, he disconnects the call, sometimes they shout at the customer.Airtel customer service is just pathetic.

        I called up next morning and they rep (Jatin) and told me that the verification has failed so I have to take a new number. And when I enquired about the money I spent in buying the SIM and recharge, he said, they cannot do anything about it.
        I spoke to some Ashwini in the evening (fortunately before 9 PM) and he said all is fine and I just have to wait for 24 hours for the activation and they will get the number activated for me. He said he will forward a complaint to the networks department for activation. I told him that I'm ready to submit documents again but he assured me that my number will get activated in 24 hours. As they say there is no light at the end of the tunnel, I kept on waiting and my number was not activated.
        I called up next evening to enquire about the status and the next gentleman told me that there was a problem with the enrollement form and I have to go to Airtel outlet and resubmit the form. I went to the retail outlet opposite my house but they said that I have to visit the gurgaon office.

        I called up next morning and I spoke to some Floor manager Ajay Verma and he was good for nothing. He told me that I have to take a new connection as my services are cancelled. When asked about the refund of my money, he plainly said no to me, he was rude on call as he was speaking to his servant.

        No one is taking ownership of my problem. The Airtel service has gone from bad to worse. The customer service is lousy and I think they should shut their call centres. They have all literate, incompetent and non professional guys in their customer service. Guys there do not know how to talk politely and courteously with the customers. They take them for granted.

        Could some one tell Sunil Mittal about the state of affairs he is running? He should know what is happening right under his nose. He talks about overseas acquisitions, sponsoring Delhi half marathon etc but I think he should set his house in order first.

        I took airtel post paid plan .I submited all necessary documents to airtel office 12 days back .
        Today 10.02.2009 Still my sim is not activiated .
        My existing prepaid sim is deactiviated by airtel .
        I lost more bussiness opurnities due to airtel card service .

        AirTel — Nonactivation of SIM card

        I bought an Airtel Mobile SIM card. Now after submitting the papers and doing everything they told me I have not been able to use my mobile because Airtel has refused to activate the card. They have some really malicious brokers, retailers & dealers. who just know how to sell but have no clue on how to provide service. Sick of airtel..

        On 10/05/09 Airtel Executive (Ms Seema Dhende/code no-MMAT[protected]visited my residence for selling sim card.I had bought the sim card for my Dad Mr Prakash Pradhan under the New Good Value 199 scheme(Bill noMMU[protected] .We had given her pan card xerox & MTNL bill + check of rs 500/- as a deposit which she told will be adjusted in monthly bill.She assured us that his card will be activated within 3/5 days after verification but till today (19/05/09) noting has being done (no verification also)
        When I called Ms Seema for the same she is not lifting phone, after continuously followups she sends an SMS saying that - Pls contact [protected].When contacted on this number she gave other number of her boss Ms Parvati- [protected], she also didn't lift the phone after 3 hrs she lift the phone I discussed the issue with her & she told that will call back but no communication till now, when I'm caling she is not responding.
        WORST CUSTOMER CARE SERVICES
        I think AIRTEL should be banned.
        The payment of the number when done, the CC takes 4 hours to re-activate the system or network. It has been almost 2 days those 4 hours have not ended. person is outside the city and is unable to reach as well. After numerous calls to CC same updates with no actions is taking place!!!

        My Commanding Officer Wg Cdr L Joseph took a SIM card of Airtel under CUG scheme bearing Mobile no.-[protected] in the month of March 2009 after payment of Rs. 785/- including service tax. The SIM could not be used due to some unforeseen reasons. On 21st of July Airtel was contacted for activation of SIM. Mr. Alok a rep of Airtel visited to my office and informed that the SIM has been blocked and it requires all requisite documents and photograph again for re-activation. He was supplied with all the requisite documents and a photograph. He promised that the SIM will be activated after 48 hrs. Till 25th of July we waited for activation but the same has not been done yet. Now I am forced to make a complaint against the service provider on behalf of my Commanding Officer. It is understood that in such a technologically advanced age such delay in activation of mobile may cause heavy financial loss to the consumer.

        I have taken two connections from Bharti Airtel form the executives of the Company 15 days back. I made payment by cheque Rs. 1000/ . Rs.500 each for connection. I was assured by the executives that my local and STD calls will be activated with in 3 days. But even after 15 days my STD service has not been acativated. My son and other relatives are away from Maharashtra so I am badly in need of STD Service. I have sent so many messages to customer care and to the executives but of no vain.

        i had a post paid service connection bearing the no [protected] which i had to convert to prepaid as i was about to leave the city of ghaziabad
        there was an issue with respect to my photo identity ( saying that it was nt clear ) post to which a visible id was submitted and my prepaid connection was activated
        i had been using the connection for a period of two months and all of a sudden there was no access , ( sim registration failed )

        My Mobile No is [protected],which i have been using it from past 10 to 12 years on 14.11.2010 i applied for Migration of Postpaid to Prepaid connection for the same i have full filled all the formalities as per Airtel guidelines.

        But While traveling I lost my Prepaid SIM & I applied for Duplicate SIM from your ARC 167 Bangalore on 16.11.2010 there also all requirements were fulfilled to get that SIM [even details were confirmed with your Hotline verification (First & Last REchagre Amount Rs 49 on 16.11.2010 & No Calls are made from that no as i lost )] but till now SIM has not been activated .


        When we approach your people in outlets ,they just give answers saying that From their end they have completed the process and its the activation dept who has to make process.

        Since 10 days we are roaming in the airtel customer care office for the activation of my Sim Card which i recently migrated from Reliance,
        after several visits also the airtel CC is not giving any proper response to the matter & neglecting my urgency for the need of my mobile number,
        The problem is i am not able to make Outgoing calls from my number.
        PLEASE HELP ME IN THIS REGARD AS IT IS MY CORPORATE NUMBER.
        I paid for a new post-paid mobile connection on 30th october, was assured that the SIM will be activated within 24 hours. But today 12 days have passed and there is no news.

        I called several times to make a complaint finally i was given a complaint no. 46890919 which was supposed to be resolved by 9th nov 2012 but nothing has moved yet.

        i'm supposedly AIRTEL's platinum customer and this kind of service is being provided.

        I have taken a new Sim Card for post paid connection 5 days back. Earlier the customer care executive told me that it will be activated in 2 working days, but it has not been activated till date. I have submitted all the necessary documents as well as Rs.400(receipt attached). Additionally, the customer care is not responding to my calls and even if they pick up my call they respond very rudely. I don't know what to do in this situation.
        This kind of behaviour is really not tolerable...

          Sir, i recharged my airtel number by 145 2g net but still they deducted 369 rupees from my main account. Their attitude is so irresponsible that they are saying i am free to go customer care or wherever.they have harassed me by doing so before also but at that time atleast they gave my money back but now they are saying they wont give me my money back.               My mobile was stole on 28th April 2013 around 9:30 am along with my airtel prepaid sim in it. I had a balance of Rs. 216.64(approx) on that very day in the morning. I instantly reported to customer care of airtel 121 and asked them to deactivate my prepaid mobile number(which was [protected]) and accordingly they deactivated the number and stopped all services on that number around 10:30am. The phone/number was switched off from the moment it was stolen. I was issued a duplicate sim around 4:00 pm of 29th april. When i checked my balance it was found to be Rs. 3.64 only, thereafter i checked for services activated on my number, i was shocked to know that two services namely, LocSMS Free 88 for Rs.88 and 2G internet for Rs.125 were activated on my prepaid number at 12:03PM and 11:57 AM respectively on 28th April 2013. How is it possible that these services were activated on my prepaid number around 12:00 pm on 28th april even though the same number was already stopped/deactivated one and half hour before. Also the same number was kept switched off after it was stolen by thief.
              Airtel has resorted to these wrong techniques to generate its revenue which is unethical in nature, kindly report this matter to the management of Bharti Airtel.

              AirTel — Prepaid number activation

              I've been a airtel customer for last 6 years. recently I bought a new number. I had fulfilled every documentry requirement but my number was disconnected after 2 days since my address proof and ID proof never reached their HO. Again I deposited my proof at their outlet at Lajpat Nagar (Delhi). But my number was again disconnected after 2 days. When I visited the store the told me that it will get activated within few hours but my number is still not working. Also the executives sitting at the stores are very ill mannered and are un cooperative.
              The company has started cheating its customers. Their motive is to sell their product by hook or by crook.
              Activation new number

              Airtel Prepaid — about activation of services

              i have purchased a prepaid card of airtel for the use for internet service, and recharged it with 401 rs on 20 august at 8:45 pm and as they said this service will be activated within 48 hrs, but after two days when i called their customer service they said that saturday and sunday are counted as off days so your scheme will be activated on monday at 8:45 pm, then i again called customer service on monday at that time they told me that another srevice is also active so we need to shut it off then your mobile office service will be activated and it will take 24 rs then again i called customer service as the service was yet not activated but today also they said something similar and asked me to wait for another 48 hrs, and when i asked for refund of money they denied of any refund.

              I also have a problem with airtel. My wife is having the airtel lifetime sim in airtel. We have not subscirbed to any of their services. But they give a message that you are subscribed to Cricket Messages and will be deducted Rs. 3 per day. They give an option that if you want to unsubscribe sms UNSUB to 54321. I got some cricket message and they deducted Re.1 for each message from my mobile. Then I tried to unsubscribe and I got a reply from 54321 that I have been unsubscribed from the cricket messages. But still then also they are sending & deducting money from my account. I want to share this information with everybody and don't take any airtel connection. I dont have any numbers to complain regarding this to their customer care.

              Airtel Services — Activation of SIM

              D/Nodal Officer,
              I was issued with a DUPLICATE SIM on 08 oct 09 at sector 4 , DAWARKA, N Delhi, as I had lost my mobile. The airtel rep at the counter Mr. NIRBHAY who is quite ignorant of the procedures and has a NEGATIVE attitude informed me with a lot of reluctance that my sim will be activated with in 48/72 hrs.However UNFORTUNATELY even after 90hrs my sim is NOT (R) NOT activated.
              On enquiry from cust care it was found that request for activation of my sim was NOT forwarded by the Airtel outlet at sector 4( i.e, Mr Nirbhay has failed to do his job). Visited Airtel outlet on 11 oct 09 at 1930h to find out the reason for non activation of sim.Mr.Nirbhay was not in no mood to listen to my greviance. in fact his attitude is not conducive for dealing with customers.
              I hereby request you to take corrective measures and ensure that my sim is activated at the earliest and to properly train your staff in dealing with hapless customers.

              Airtel Prepaid Service — Provide a service witout being asked for

              The company AIRTEL cannot be called a company of repute but a cheater and in the process earning bad name for themselves as they are unsolicadely deducting the money from the balance.

BUT HE DIDN'T STARTED MY CONNECTION.I BEGAN TO CALL TO HIM REGULARLY BUT HE RESPONDED VERY BADLY AND TOLD ME TO CALL IMRAN.                     I am not able to dial 000117 for AT&T toll free service from Thiruvarur. I am from chennai and used it many times from Chennai, but the same code is not working from Thiruvarur and I get number not found message.

                    Quite frustrating. I checked with one of my friend who has a Tata Docomo and it works fine. Maybe it is time to switch.. I need reliable and consistent service, which seem to be problem here.

                        Dear Sir,

                        This is to inform you that I had purchased Airtel Data card from Ridhi Sidhi Telecommunication, Malad on 30th March 2013. My 3G Dongal No. is [protected] .

                        This was activated on 1st April 2013, but even after 1 month of activation , I am unable to use this datacard neither in my residence - Malad east Nor in my office Andheri west, Lami Industrial estate as there is no 3G network available. None of the web page is opening.

                        I have put complaint more than 20 times to Airtel customer care, but they are least bother . Every time they register complaint and assure that your problem will be solved , but they do not take any action. They had promissed their network team will conduct survey and take corrective actions.

                        Its almost one month passed, still I am unable to get 3G networks in Malad east Kurar & Andheri west .

                        They are selling their data cards just for looting, it seems this company is not trustworthy at all . They do not have value of their words.

                        Request you to take the matter to their CEO Mr. Bharti Mittal . I have been cheated by the Shop who sold me Airtel 3G data card by saying this has good speed and by Airtel they are not able to solve the network issue since last one month.

                          i've purchase an airtel dth HD connection on dated 25/07/2011 through online airtel dth sales department...& i was told that the new connection will be installed @ your home within 48 hours while you pay your new connection charges, as per our telephonic conversation, the collection person from shell transource ltd. who has the collabration with airtel dth services came to my home on date 26/07/2011 for collecting the payment of 2250/-inr, & told us that on the next day the new HD connection will be done...but we didn't got any connection from airtel dth till 28/07/2011 night, so we called to airtel cutomer care & i was told that we didn't recv. any kind of payment by your side...so i don't understand wht to do now...

                            This is to bring to the notice of fellow consumers that, of late Airtel started increasing the tariffs for its service for all prepaid connections. They've increased the tariff to such a high amount that it can be no more encouraged. Earlier I was benefitted by 225 recharge, by making calls to airtel local mobiles @ 10p per min with 3 month validity. Now the tariff has been increased to 235 without any notification and to make things worse, the 235 plan comes with so much restriction, such that the validity is only 12 weeks (84 days) and not complete 3 months. One is allowed to make calls @ 10p per min only for 50 mins a day !!! post that each call to airtel mobile cost 30p (What a fraudster these Airtel have become !!) The best part is, the dealers do not provide full details about this and simply tell us that only 10 rupees have increased wrt to the 225 booster and the plan remains unchanged. When investigating with the customer care, he explained about the restriction of 235 plan and said that I should recharge to 325 to enjoy the benefits that I once used to have with 225. Are you guys nuts !! ?? You guys will definitely benefit by ransacking us, BUT will you ever be happy with these money. Is this how you guys treat a customer who has been loyal for 6-7 years without switching to other networks even when number portablilty reformed the country? Highly disappointed. Don't you guys have the courtesy to inform these kind of revisions to even privilleged customers ? What did I benefit by using your service ? The revision was done for even 2G / 3G packs which I don't use now because of the price change. Rather than using this cunning Airtel services I guess it is time to switch to other networks. Mind you Airtel - Sure you are in the verge of losing your existing customers.

                            I am unble to reach through my mobile for last 15 days while I am in my office premises. Also I am not received any SMS during that time.                             Airtel Prepaid — Stealing customers money in the name of company policy

                            Folks, This is the most sneaky company policy I have ever seen. I live abroad and come over to India once a year for about 4 weeks. When I come over the first thing I do is to buy an Airtell prepaid sim card. I am asked to provide, id proof, address proof photograph, ration card copy, driving license copy and what not before they give the sim - Reason given is that 'I need to be identified if necessary'. Fair enough and I am happy to co-operate on this.

                            Now the issue is we top-up the sim by an amount and invariably leave about 200 to 300 balance on the sim when we go back from holidays. When we arrive the next time, the number is gone and so is the money.

                            When asked with customer service, they say that it is company policy to recycle the number if it is not used for more than three months - Acceptable. However, the company have no rights to take my balance amount. If they really want they can refund ( less administrative charges if applicable) to me as they have my address, id etc., etc., They can always write a cheque and post it to my address. They can at the least send me an email asking if I would like to be refunded. I get loads of email ( Marketing junk) from airtel, but never once stating that my account is going to be closed and if I would like to have a refund.

                            But they care a damn - because this is free money they get. I wonder if these money which they take without the customer's consent gets shown up in their balance sheets as profit. In simple English, taking money from somebody without the person's consent is called STEALING and these companies should be ashamed to say that is their company policy.


                            I wrote to Airtel customer service explaining exactly the same as I have lost considerable amount of money over the last few years and so are most of my friends and the majority of the NRIs who live outside India. And guess what is the response I got from Airtel - 'Sir, we would like to inform you that if the sim is not used for 3 months the number will be made inactive and the balance will not be refunded as it is company policy' . This followed a half a page of standard nonsense like 'Airtel strives hard to satisfy the customer and hope the reply has satisified your needs and we are extremely happy to be at your service' and and all that standard nonsense which is totally irrelevent to the issue....

                            I said your company policy is wrong and they said that is our company policy. Great !!! Who would ever accept they are wrong ???!!!!


                            Imagine, you having a bank account and you keep your savings there and you do not go to the bank for 3 months for some reason. If the bank closes your account without trying to contact you and takes your money how would you feel ? There is a process called Dormant account with banks where the account goes into Dormant state for a couple of years and if the customer wants to re-activate the account he/she can. Why can't the Telecom companies do this ?

                            Guys this is big money - Think about how many millions of people living abroad and how many of them have lost how many times. This is free money as they have taken the money without providing a service. The total amount should be in several crores - This is a big scam happening right under our noses every day by all these telecom companies.


                            I wonder if the complaints raised in this forum is even looked up by the concerned officials. Does anything happen to these complaints at all ?

                            its having high rates and it is cheating with us............company is not providing the free custumer care they are charging 50 p per 3 min other company are not charging this charge.........day by day its service is getting horrible..........they are not answering the custumer of their call...............they are made hard to talk custumer care...

                            Airtel service is becoming worst day by day.
                            I(eight86one75zero326) have been charged for the services that I have not used.This is the third time.
                            They have started stealing money from consumers by automatically subscribing to all crap useless subscription add on services.

                            Dear Sir,

                            I am bringing this up for public concern. Airtel is doing an illegal activity against the public. How many people must be affected by this. This is corruption in the corporate sector which should be looked into for the safety of the public and future. This is sad that Airtel does this. I am very disappointed by the unprofessional service by Airtel, cheating and stealing. There is no assurance from Airtel that this will ever stop, and so I am placing a complaint.

                            I am a pre paid Airtel user. Airtel has been stealing money from me every day. I get messages saying ‘sms charge Rs. 3’. I haven't sent any message at that point of time. This message doesn’t come in my inbox, this message appears on my screen. This has been going on for months, but earlier it would be lesser than Rs. 3.

                            Airtel automatically subscribes me for other offers. One of the offers includes a contest called airtel winners zone which charges Rs. 5 per day! I haven't even subscribed for the offer, I wrote back to them and had to stop the offer, but I have lost the money. There was another one called airtel radio. Even here I was automatically subscribed for the offer by Airtel and charged Rs. 30. After calling customer care, they unsubscribed me from the radio offer and replaced the money (Rs. 30) (no from which I get the sms Ax-543213). But as usual it happened again. This was during the India vs West Indies, here again Airtel again automatically subscribed me for getting the score by message (no from which I get the sms AD-54321). Here again I was charged. I have no idea what to do, even if they have automatically subscribed me for offer, when I call customer care and tell them that I haven’t subscribed for the offer. They unsubscribe the offer but what about the money I have lost! Only for the Airtel radio offer they put back the money. The subscriptions have happened without my permission. Imagine the amount of money they have stolen from the public over couple or more years. I have some of the messages still with me and also have few emails.

Inspite of tring all help-line or customer care nos., no solution is coming forward and the customer care either keeps call holding for very long time or provides alternate nos. The services of customer care is extremely bad and they are not aware of any details for solving the issues.

                              i had taken a data card of airtell n i used for 1 month, b/w tht thousand of the times they disconnected the connection sayin' some crap of address verification n all tht. Many a times i went to the center n shouted at them n asked to make it proper.

                              since all were working at our house we asked them to come after 6 but they couln't come on the time tht we used to say them n do addr verification n they used to ask me to wait though they used not say the proper timing for us... so we coudn't leave our work n wait like an jobless for a week or till they come n do some stupid senseless addr verification(though we had provided passport as proof).

                              finally got frustated with the connection n also with the false billing n asked them to disconnect but thy asked me to wait for a period of 3 months to disconnect it. n nw i think its 3 months ...                                 I have ordered for Airtel Digitel Tv after thier call executive(prashanth) promised lot of discount and that it will be connected within 48 hrs,on accoerding the payment made by SBI Netbanking on 17/04/13 and as on 18/04/13 they have sent me thier ID no [protected],But till now no connection,
                                I hereby want to bring to notice thier irresponsible and cheating behavior, I as consumer I feel that Airtel as a whole responsibile company, But thier office bearer feel that online booked subject is not thier matter,
                                1 From day 19/04/13 I use call thier 12150 but no response from that day onward I felt cheated
                                2 On 24/04/13 I visited thier Patny Centre office and meet thier officer Mr Yadgir([protected]) and he told me that you will get a call and then the connection, but that to no use and after that he too did not attain my call.Even he too was telling me not book Airtel Digitel Tv on line because they can't anything
                                3 On 26/04/13 on sreach of thier head office I went to thiercall centre then they told me go to thier opposite office, and from thier they sent to thier HEAD OFFICE in Splendid tower, I reached their office at10.26(Token number-CM0026),I have sit there for an hour (1Counter) After that they were telling me that you have booked this online so you have to deal this yourself they are not responsible, and so they were avoiding me, After long argument they told me to wait, because the executive (Shabaz) was not there in sit by getting his number from the office I phoned him he was still driving his car, After such a long period I went to the respionist for meeting with a senior manager Hoping that Head office there will be response person for customer in need but sorry to say she did not arranged for meeting. Again after arguement she told me to wait that someone will meet me after meeting and Finally I meet the floor executive PADMA, She studied my case and told me with in 24hrs everything will done and the connection, but Again I feel cheated by this Airtel Digitel Tv People.
                                Now I would like to put a case against them for cheating and losing my peace of mind and time and also for sum of 1 lakh as compensation for all this behaviour,

                                Before one week they have added some unnecessary channels on my account without any intimation. They started to deduct more amount from my account without any intimation.
                                I never contact them for any extra facility.
                                Then i contact him and told to deduct those channels which you have added without any intimation. But they have deducted some more channels which i was enjoying since last one year.

                                They have deducted some channels without any intimation. They are doing harrasement with their customers. I want the channles which was continue since last one year and with my routine package. They have cheated me and not answering since last one week.                                 this should be taken care by govt that this type of cheater does not work in our india

                                Airtel DTH — no connection -cheating from airtel

                                I think This airtel is cheating all customers with help of Virti group & connect india web site . When i go through internet i could find a lot complaints like mine .
                                My story is given below.
                                23.09.11 ; I have register for a DTH connection in airtel website .
                                24 .09-11 : I got a call from Mr.Yogidrasing ( virti group) and he send me the following email & link for making the payment & promised me installation on 25th Evening .
                                But no installation happen & no contact from aitel /connect india .
                                25th & 26th I send emails to Airtel and Virti
                                27th (today) Airtel person called me and informed me virti group is their partner in giving connection and he will get back to me with in an hour after checking the status with Virti... But no reply yet .

                                  i can't able to acess gprs service on my nokia 5300 mobile hand set, my mobile is [protected], though i have loged complain on 06/03/2008, but till date no result, they have barring my mobile no.to contact with customer care

On calling to the customer service i was told that the balance amount of Rs162 will be credited in 8 hours. This was not done and then on calling airtel i was told by your Senior Supervisor Mr. Arun, that this service is not available, Rs333 recharge is not available through the internet recharge. Again when i called Airtel i was told by your Senior Supervisor Mr. Dheeraj that the amount will be credited in 4 hours (complaint id[protected], 10:16am[protected].

                                  I just want to know how foolish do you think your customers are? Is arun giving me the right information? if not, then what assurance is there that when a customer calls airtel he/she is receiving the right information??

                                  Ramkrishna here, , I have Airtel connection with number [protected] and I’m regretting for it. I;m not happy with the services offered nor happy with the customer services.

                                  First thing first, , , , , keep my problem aside. My calls to customer care got disconnected 4 times, it was done purposely. I have spent around 1 hour calling customer care again and again. I have asked for the reference number for the call I made to customer care each time I made the call to them. None of them gave the reference number, instead they have cut the call. Please find the names to whom I have called

                                  Later I escalated the call to senior, by name Ram, and he says that he is unit head, and he says that the systems are down and will be up only on Monday or Tuesday i.e after 4 days. Airtel takes 4 days to fix a problem!!!. Either customer executive are lying or Airtel are very poor in fixing the problem, Beaware you wont be in this business for very long time if this continues.

                                  Coming to my problem, I got SMS that if I recharge for Rs 396/- I’ll get talk time of 352 and validity for 1 year. So I went ahead and recharged for the given amount but I got talk time for 242/- and validity for 30 days.


                                  Can you please get back to me on the problem mentioned? Do you take any serious action on customer executive to the way they have treated to me?

                                  I got my Airtel CUG number on 19th Dec, 2008. It got activated on 21st Dec and on 27th Dec all outgoing calls were blocked. Why? Because my address verification was not done as I was not at home when the verification person arrived. After that, I've made innumberable calls to the customer care in Pune to send the Verification person again. At first they told me to go to the nearest Airtel center to submit the documents which when I did go to turned very dissappointing. I was told they cant help me with this and only the customer care can. The customer tells me the other way round. Also I requested for a soft copy of my billed amount which was not sent. I must say, the carelessness with which the customer care has handled my account is astonishing. I never expected this of Airtel and after being a loyal customer for long I will actively dissuade my friends not to buy Airtel. My problem is still not resolved and my security money of 500 is still stuck with them. A highly incompetent workforce.

                                    With reference to the said subject, I am forced to write to you that the staff of Airtel in Bangalore consisting of including Sr. Sales Officer - Mr. Balakrishna H. V., his colleague, Mr. Narendra Kumar, Mr. Naveen, the officer at [protected]@in.airtel.com, the Airtel Customer Service Team at [protected]@in.airtel.com, Nodal Team at Nodal.[protected]@in.airtel.com, Mark Taveres representing the appellate team at appellate.[protected]@in.airtel.com & Airtel customer service team at [protected]@in.airtel.com have not only become incompetent, callous, harsh, rude & inefficient but also not bothered to resolve the issue raised by me through my complaint No. OT[protected] on the website of Airtel.

                                    The issue / jist of the case is ----- I had booked for an airtel broadband connection in end of Jan 2013 by payment of a cheque of Rs.3,150/-, which was then, cancelled by me within 3 days due to personal reasons. And since, assurance was given by an officer of Airtel that the cheque of Rs.3,150/- would be refunded within 1 or 2 months. I had accepted the terms but it is now almost 3 months & the above mentioned staff are not only turning a deaf ear to my issue & making me run from pillar to post due to their red tapism, incompetency, non-professionalism & inefficiency, but failing in their duties to resolve my issue till date, even after repeated follow-ups and requests, for reasons best known to them.

                                    Now the issue in more detail ------

                                    I had booked for an Airtel Broadband connection through by Mr. Balakrishna H.V., who is the Sr. Sales Officer of Airtel at the Bannerghatta Road Branch.The request for connection was booked by payment of Rs.3,150/- drawn on HDFC Bank Account vide cheque No. 2741 dtd.[protected] and through a Customer Enrollment Form bearing No.
                                    TBLR. CEF NO.604534 application given Mr. Balakrishna H. V., on[protected].

                                    And due to some personal reasons, I could not go ahead with the new connection, I had initally aksed for. Hence, within 3 days of booking the proposed new connection, I had requested Mr. Balakrishna H. V. to cancel the booking and to refund the cheque. Mr. Balakrishna had told me that the new connection would be cancelled and the cheque amount would be refunded but it will take atleast one or two months for refund of the cheque, since it would be refunded from out of station, to which I had agreed.

                                    In March 2013, when I had enquired with Mr. Balakrishna, he kept on telling that the cheque would come in this week even as several weeks rolled by. He also told me to call him up before 10.30 on Mondays only, to check the status of the cheque, which was duly done by me. The answer given by him was same every week -- that the cheque would be delivered within this week, which did not happen till date. The officer was making false promises that the cheque would be delivered in 'this week', wherein 'this week' never came and also made false promise that he will call back to me regarding the status of the cheque, which too did not happen.

                                    On[protected], when I spoke to Mr. Balakrishna about the cheque, he suddenly turned harsh, rude and stern for reasons best known to him, and told me that he will check-up with the authorities and get back to me, which he has not done till date. Then, when I called up his colleague, Mr. Narendra Kumar, on[protected], he told me to SMS the TBLR. CEF. NO. 604534 & also told me that he would immediately call me back with 1 hour to let me know the status of the situation of the cheque. Then, when SMS containing the required information was sent to Mr. Narendra Kumar, he failed to get back to me on the status of the cheque till date, for reasons best known to him.

                                    Again, when I had raised a complaint on[protected], in your website, bearing no. OT[protected], the officer - Naveen, did not seem to understand that the complaint was raised for refund of cheque to be made to the customer and NOT for new connection, thus failing to understand the needs of the customer. The said officer has not only failed to resolve the complaint but also has gone ahead and closed the compliant without even informing me. The officer has also asked all unnecessary details which are not relevant to the situation and also asked for information which had been already provided to Mr. Balakrishna H. V., vide Customer Enrollment Form No. TBLR.CEF.NO.604534, available with Airtel. This is a clear case of harrassment to customers and also very poor service.

                                    When the above issue was raised to your Airtel Customer Service team through Complaint No. OT[protected] on[protected] at [protected]@in.airtel.com, initially they replied to me stating that they would reply within 1 working day. But on[protected], I received an automated mail from them, with a reply that " Kindly note we have replied to your email dated 19/04/2013 10:09:29 PM.For any further queries, please write to [protected]@in.airtel.com", though, actually, they had not replied to my complaint & the issue had not been resolved. Though, I had replied to the said team to send me another copy of the mail, they did not do so until a reminder was sent to your Nodal Team at Nodal.[protected]@in.airtel.com, after which they replied stating that

                                    " We are unable to process your request as:
                                    1. The mobile number or fixed line number is not mentioned in your e-mail
                                    2. The mobile number or fixed line number mentioned is not in the correct format. "

                                    And even after I had replied to them & the Nodal team on[protected], that, I have not been alloted any mobile number or fixed line number till date and that I have only the copy of the Customer Enrolment form with me bearing No.( TBLR. CEF NO.) 604534. Still, the your Airtel Customer Service Team at [protected]@in.airtel.com & Nodal Team at Nodal.[protected]@in.airtel.com wrongly kept on insisting again and again through their mails with the above message, to provide them with a mobile number or fixed line number for processing of my complaint, which has not been alloted to me till date, as the booking was cancelled. For the reasons best known to them, the Airtel Customer Service Team at [protected]@in.airtel.com & Nodal Team at Nodal.[protected]@in.airtel.com, have turned a deaf ear into resolving my complaint OT[protected], and instead has been harrassing me for some numbers which was not even alloted to me.

                                    When the above issues had been reported to [protected]@in.airtel.com of airtel customer service team on[protected], they initially sent me a reply on[protected] stating that my complaint would be looked into within 1 working day by one of the customer service specialists, who would contact me to facilitate quick resolution of the issue. Then, even on[protected], they failed to give even a reply to my mail. So, when a reminder mail was sent to them on[protected] itself, reminding them that no customer service specialists had contacted me till date, they have neither bothered to even reply to my mail nor resolved the issue, for reasons best known to them.

                                    This is a clear case of harrassment and poor service on the part of the above mentioned staff of Airtel consisting of various officers and teams, who are not even bothered to resolve the issue of a customer and are behaving rudely, harshly, incompetently, inefficiently and badly with customers & ill treating them, for reasons best known to them.

                                    Hence, I request you to please look into the above matter & reslove it at the earliest so that the refund cheque of Rs.3,150/- due to me, is paid to me at the earliest, and take stringent & correction action against all the above mentioned staff of Airtel for displaying unwanted action, behaviour & ill-treating customers for no valid reason, whatosever.

                                    Let justice prevail.

                                    Airtel Booking Amount — Paid amount for New Connection but No connection No Refund

                                    We had paid a sum of Rupees 2500.00 vide there valid Hollow mark[protected] receipt no. CA/REC No. 330660 SEF No. 787210 on dated 12 oct 2007 to Mr. Jitender for the booking of new internet connection in our office 112, First Floor Ansal Majistic Tower, Vikas Puri New Delhi. When they refuse for connection we say them for gave us back the advance amount. On the First week of November we receive a letter with a cheque of Rs. 500.00 bearer no. 023586 dated 30th oct 2007 of Deutsche Bank New Delhi with bank reference no. COO/B[protected]/247 NDCSD/ND02/343421.

                                    After that we had so many complaint to Mr. Sachin, Mr. Manoj, Mr. Sharad, Mr. Surender Moor ([protected]), Mr. Raju Vigbhash ([protected]), but they carry forward day by day the complaint.

                                    Complaint no. 2617768 dated 10 dec 2007, 3089536 dated 8 Jan 2008, 12187412 dated 22 Jan 2008, 3631898 dated 7 Feb 2008.

                                    AirTel — No Refund of Broadband

                                    I applied for broadband connection about 4 months ago. From Airtel, Mr Neeraj came to my house 831,Siena Block, Mahagun Mansion, Phase 1, Indirapuram Ghaziabad and I fill the CEF (Customer Enrollment Form) form No 2784767 and paid him Rs 500 in advance. They did not provide me the connection.

                                    After that I raised the request of refund , but they only generate a request number always but they did not take any action on my request. Following request number's were generated but no action taken :


                                    5806656 , 5327796 , 3489058


                                    I send them the scan copy of the CEF form but they said that they did not recieve any scan copy. Always reply to my mail that we are looking into your refund issue but no satisfactory action taken from their side.I also call them many times on [protected] and spend Rs 300 to Rs 400 on call but got same reply that we are looking into your request.

                                    Airtel — Poor or NO Service by Airtel Broadband team

                                    I have filed a New Airtel Broadband connection with your Agent Srinivas([protected]) with
                                    Application No: 419927 and Ref No: 80315656 on 21-May-2012.

                                    I paid the amount(Rs799) to your agent Srinivas on 21-May-2012 and he told that within 48 hrs airtel connection would be installed at my residence.

                                    I got a call from airtel on 24-May and took appointment for 26-may between 10-11 AM. But on 26-May no one showed up or called me.

                                    I waited all the day but no one called me. I called back Customer care on 27-May followed up with them. I called Srinivas and he told there might be shortage of cable at Madinaguda, so it might get delayed for 1 or 2 days. Daily when I call Customer care, they are replying that they have escalated and some one will certainly call me. But no one showed up. Even customer care have escalated and told that they have raised a complaint on this issue.

                                    The Airtel agent switched off his mobile and was not responding and customer care doesn’t have enough information to tell me what is going on.

                                    As per airtel agents initial words, within 48 hrs I must get my connection.

                                    But now it is more than 2 weeks and I am still waiting for the broad band connection.

                                    May I know when I will be receiving my connection and also why there is so much delay in providing connection to me.

                                    Is it true that airtel doesn’t have cable?

                                    I have already paid Rs.799 expecting within 2 days, but it didn’t happen. Who is going to compensate for this delay?

                                      Yesterday, i have got a msg. from airtel that my net pack is ending in two days. But, today morning i lose Rs. 200 balance while surfing the internet. My net pack was for unlimited browsing and downloading. When i asked them about this, they are saying that i don't have a net in my mobile since last 2 month & no msg was sent to me regarding this on yesterday. But i have been using the pack since last 28 days.How could it possible? How could they do that to me?

                                      BHARATI AIRTEL — out going restricted without reason

                                      One Of The Employer Of Airtel (Name Mr.Sanjay, Phone No.[protected]), who has working in Vizag Branch has offered me new post paid service . And i have taken two connections([protected] & [protected]) against the offer and cancelled the old connection. i have paid the Money and also submitted the neccessary documents.but after three days, outgoing for one connection ([protected]) is Stopped and saying that verification report is negitive.i cant under stand if both the connections are on same address and same no. how the report comes negitive for one connection only.

                                      since last three days iam regulary follow up with them. but no result.since last three days i lost so many business transections.i want claim Rs.3lacs for my losses and mental tentions happened by them.

                                      i feel very difficulties with airtel prepaid connection.my mobile number is [protected].Airtel deduct about Rs 130 from my mobile without any reason.when i try to call at customer care, i am informed that you have started cricket pack.but in actual i have not started any pack .when i call in january, the call was deducted saying that your balance will be refunded.but no balance is refunded.my complaint no is[protected].this problem is from december.and when i call 121 on 4th april i was informed from miss Veena that your balance will be refunded after 48 hours.but when i was not refunded any balance than i call again after three days then Mr.Sardhik said that no balance can be refunded and cut down the call and if airtel company is honest please return my balance as soon as possible.
