I have take airtel postpaid service last 4 month but I have facing some proble and I have complained more then 15 time but yet now not get any responce on airtel side my issue is that my Email id wrong mantsion there and i have compalin more but not resoveld yet and without this I have not get any bill and I am facing more problem for paying bill after due date I go to nearst airtel outlet or pay the bill my correct E mail id is:[protected]@rediffmail.com mob no :-[protected]

I am Mr. R.Venkat Ram Reddy got inter Net card No.[protected] from Airtel and Disconnected the connection due un excepted bill made by Airtel i used only for 9 days & total bill Paid up to date on Dt.[protected], i.e Rs. 1540-00, But They are sending the bills every month with un necessary Amount, but I call to custmer centre for Cancellation the bill and they are given complaint No.36810285 /Dt.[protected], Cancellation the Card complaint No.36810277 /Dt.[protected], so many time told to customer centre to stop the Bill, Please stop the Bill in favour of me, Do n't Send the bill, I have no responsible for further bills after disconnection.To take further necessary action Please. Airtel Postpaid — Extra Rs.800 billed to my ac
Hi,I am using the current Airtel number for past ~6 years (4 yrs as Prepaid, and 2 yrs as Postpaid). Till now my bill used to be around Rs.450 - 500. But for month of April 2011 the bill amount has suddenly shoot up to Rs.1318 with an extra Value Added Service charge of Rs.882. I wrote an email to Airtel, but there was no response for almost 8-10 days. Calling the customer care executive they told me that I have used Airtel Live. However, I have never downloaded any data from Airtel Live. I already have 24x7 internet broadband connect at home and office, why should I use Airtel Live for Rs.882.
Airtel has been irresponsible for their customers, and their queries. Since the time speaking to customer care has been made paid, they waste lots of time, by keeping the customers on hold for 10-15min. It is not about 50 paisa/3min, but about customer's valuable time.
Can anyone let me know how can I proceed with this complaint to get my legible bill amount, and not pay Rs.882 extra.

This is in regards to an amount of 4098.60 which has been charged to me as GPRS
usage amount, I have following reservations on this which are listed as
follows:-
• Airtel connectivity activated on the phone in the month of August
2010, all bills realised till date and amount of approx 50, 000 has been paid by
me as telephone charges which stands correct.
• In the month of April I procured an I Phone on which also I got
connected to my mails and used it extensively as always but for a shock that
the amount charged this time was 4098 INR
• I lodged a complaint on 29th May 11 with Mr Girish request number
:37673834, and as informed waited for a revert from Airtel till 31st May 11.
• On 31st May on not receiving any call spoke to Salim Basha who
informed that the revert would come in by today evening (31st May 11)
• On 2nd June not hearing from anyone from Customer care I called again
and spoke to Ms Deepa who read the resolution to me and informed that the back
end team has informed us to take the money from the customer as he has used the
service, which I am also not denying but on what basis was I charged when I
even did not ask for GPRS to be Activated on my I ¿PHONE .
• Ok after that was informed to speak to nodal officer again a negative
reply backend has informed us ; than what is the point of escalating the call.
• Later called Mr Subbaramaniam appellate officer who kept mentioning
but Sir you have used the services and I kept informing him yes I used the
services but without knowing the charges and not getting any intimation and
even without asking for the services to be initiated on my phone.
Could someone with authority please look into this issue in complete detailing
and revert at the earliest to the undersigned.

maine 20/5/11 ko reliance sim prepaid se postpaid karvai. inbetween maine isme koi service provide karne ko nahi kaha. aaj mujhe jo bill milta hai usme cricket service use karne ke extra 30/- add kar diye hai. ek baat battoo kya bine customer ki permission ke koi bhe service provide kane ke naam par bill maine pasie tok diye jainghe. isse deactivate karne ki request karne par bhi ek mahine ke extra paise maghe ja rehe hai kya yahi reliance ki policy hai kee cusomer ki jabe par dakka dalo maine sirf 20 days ke ander hee isse parshan ho gai hu so maine aapse request karti hue ki mara postpaid hee bandh kardo mujhe koi service nahi chahiye relaince is the worst companysamiksha yadav

but due to some reasons i could not pay one of the bills as i was not in the city and when i came back my number was not working.when i approached costomer care they told me that my number has been permanently disconnected, they told me i could get my number back if i pay the whole bill amount, so i did so but still my request has not been processed.
i request you to kindly resolve my problem as i am facing a lot of problems for that number being not in use..

i am here by inform you about the some problem of bill payment.your distributor is asking more many for the bill payment.they are asking 10 or 20 Rs extras to pay bill. if we not give than they will not allow me to pay the bill.i am living in a town so i have to go for city to pay bill.lucky in our town there is another airtel vendor which is allowing to pay bill. so i will request you to take some action about that distributor and send him a appropriate massage to pay bill.the detail of distributor is as bellow
