eference to the above, i have recevied a bill for rs 57020, for the period of 7 days when i was on inerternational roaming. vide bill no[protected], relationship no[protected] and bill date[protected], bill period[protected] to[protected].my phone was deactivated on[protected], my credit limit was only rs 10100, my security deposit is 0.00, ans i have been using this airtel connection for the passed 7 years, and this is beyond my buget to pay .kindly look into the matter and get us the revised bill.

the bill of amount Rs.1,253 for the same no How? Kindly wavier the amount and

Airtel Postpaid — Inflated Bill Amount
Hi,I have been using Airtel PostPiad after switched into Airtel from Vodafone. I'd called up the customer care and activated Plan 98 of GPRS service. However, they intentionally took down the request and for 125 MB o[censored]sage they charged Rs 1250 from me.
This is an unethical way of doing the business. I strongly disagree this way of business....

Airtel Postpaid — worst customer care service
i am from bangalore. my mobile no. is [protected]. having airtel postpaid connection. recently i got into an network problem in my area. i called the customer care more than 5 times. but they give promises every time it wil be resolved but it was not resolved for more than a 1 month. most of the time there were no signal or extremely low signal which goes when i try to make any calls... i am fed with the customer care and i planned to move some other network which is good in my area.... but i came across lot of hurdles with this airtel network since i bought this sim. i wanted to make it strong by posting in this forum. i am sure airtel cannot be good and i learnt thro my experience with it.AirTel — Blocked my Cell No. and now assigned to someone else
I had Airtel service on my cell, which I had used almost 9 years, on October 12, 2011 they have blocked my no. without any notification, now when I check dialing same no. today 5th Feb, 2012. It has been assigned to some one else..!When I asked, before they assigned to some one, airtel said it is permanently blocked.
Airtel Postpaid Connection — Action not taken after complaint
I am applied for a duplicate sim card on 14/04/12 and got it on 19/04/12. After then i was busy and today i checked it and surprised that till the old sim card working with all facilites. I contact the customer care and Mr.Nilesh holded the line for 20 minutes and disconnected without any reply. I had locked a complaint on him vide complaint No.[protected] today (05/05/12). Again I locked a complaint for the deactivation of the Old Sim No. and requsted for the activation of the new sim card.Please advice me what can i further do for the Out going calls made after 14/04/12, and how it chargeble for me.
What is the action i will take against airtel.

Airtel — 3 Times more than the usual bill
I,Lata Jashnani, being a 3 G customer, Am having a lot of inconvenience with your services recently.I ve been using the service since December,2011. I ve taken a 4 GB Plan with the approximate bill of Rs.850 / - (Approx). But this month the bill amount was 3 times more than the usual bill,i.e. Rs.2,500 (Approx). We had gone to the N.I.B.M Branch in Kondwa,Pune. They were not ready to listen also.
Please rectify this problem and revert back.

Airtel has been charging me without any reason and have activated value added services without my knowledge. So i have shifted to other service providers.

But your staff Mr. Ajay was unable to give the clarification for the same, he said me after checking my account, only two bills has been generated for the month of July’11 *& Aug’11 for separately Rs. 245/- & appx 300/- but portal is showing dues amount is Rs. 1388/-.
I have already deposited the amount Rs.1388/- (Bill no- 8146 dated 14th Jun’12) as per advice of your customer care staff Mr. Ajay. He assured me, I am enquiring for this type of mistake and the said amount will be definitely refunded to you or settled in your ne mobile no[protected].
I want to know, when I had surrendered this no on May’11, then why bill has been generated for next months which including only monthly rental & taxes. Please suggest me which type of mistake or due payment from my side.
If you check my payment history done by me on both nos (Present –[protected] & Old[protected], you will see, there is no any late payment, all payments are regular payment, even many a times your bill has generated on 12th of every month and I have payment my bill on 13th of maximum months through online payments. So, What is the reason of this type of harassment with me.
I have already registered a complain on toll free no, which reference no is F[protected] dated 14th Jun’12.
I never expected this type of service from Bharti Airtel.
I am waiting for your positive response from your side.

This is Gopi, My mobile no is [protected]. I was taken this connection for last one month. I used only 10 days but bill amount is Rs.205/. then i went arumbakkam branch and asked for about my bill clarification but they didnot give any responsible and they told u have to pay to month bill amount. Already i padi Deposit amount for Rs.350/-. Now ill surrender my no U'll deduct that balance amount to deposit amount.

On 09/08/2012, i have changed my connection from airtel postpaid to airtel prepaid and mobile number remain same as [protected] for some particular reasons:
1. As airtel postpaid connection is too expensive for me.
2. As i am unable to my the airtel bills because improper response from airtel office which is located at 14 sector, gurgaon.
3. In airtel office the staff misguided and took wrong direction regarding airtel plan as they told as no charge and no bill generated after airtel postpaid connection deactivated.
4. Thereafter i paid all the bills and charges of airtel postpaid and every thing settled. Again in this month i 've got a bill of Rs . 13.70 /- for no reason. i went to airtel office 14 sector, gurgaon for details and pay the amount but same thing happening as airtel staff misguided and took wrong direction and they it self told no need to pay this amount.
5. I am not able to understand the situation when i have already gave up my airtel postpaid connection and also paid the necessary charges.
I request you to resolve my problem as soon as possible .

I have been using this number for the last 6 years and my new plan for the post paid is as follows:

But the plan has been changed and i haven't recieved the airtel to airtel local free minutes. So kindly do the needful for me.
I have talked to the customer care executive but they talked to me very rudely and told me to stop using Airtel Services.

I have been given [protected] number, i have tried atleast 500 times but no one gives any response. And customer care executive are all times busy, and if any one picks up the call they put me on hold for atleast 50 -55mins which is very time consuming.
