This is Santosh Chile from Mumbai , a past holder of Airtel Postpaid Connection Number[protected].
On 12/10/2007 , i have disconnected my cell number[protected] for some particular reasons . I got a call from customer care regarding the same and they gave me a complaint id 14832805 dated 12/10/2007. After that i got a bill of Rs 85/- which i have already paid in cash to Airtel executive who had come to my house to collect the bill . Again in this month i 've got a bill of Rs . 380 /- for no reason . Today i again called up the customer care of Airtel for the same , again i got a complaint id 15262846 dated 17/1/2008. I am not able to understand the situation when i have already gave up my connection and also paid the necessary charges .

I request you to resolve my problem as soon as possible .

have logged so many complaints and sent many mails, but they are just saying we are
working on it. Due to this problem my calls are
dropping frequently.

I had paid my past bills on time as team has said we are working on it.
there is no improvement in services. I am feeling

post paid SIM — regarding the wrong code of my plan

During this year I converted my pre-paid sim [protected] to post paid sim under the PAU plan (Rs.100 rent / month). But the code mentioned under my name on the bill is MC COUNCIL JAGROAN instead of PAU , due to that i did not get the benifit of free calls within the pau plan.
I also submit the photocopy of my ID Card. I paid all the bills but i does not note earlier but the bill period of 21.05.2011 to 20.06.2011 i noticed that mistake of your company.
I also using another number [protected] under this plan, the code on that is true . It is very strange that for boths connections i gave same ID proof but they are in different codes.
You are requested to do necessary action and tackle the problem. Also adjust the payments.

I have been charged for rs 1265 for March month(My bill plan was 250 only and never reached more than that).
They are not ready to adjust the amount any how.

At the time of taking connection i was been told that security amount is refundable and i have to refund the modem etc while surrendering the connection.
When i requested to close the account they tried not to discontinue the connection for 3 months.And amount is being appreciated.it is now 2000.now the cc executive from airtel is saying that no security amount will be adjusted and i need to pay the bill with Delay fee.This is incorrect.
I registered a complaint on 12-July-2011 regarding my bill plan, which is changed by airtel without any request from me.
Complaint no.37294927, has been cancelled without any information, when i again contact customer care, reason for cancellation, no satisfactory answer from airtel customer care.

Airtel Postpaid — Unknown call from +92 ISD code

I have Airtel Postpaid connection. Recently I got a a call from an unknown number
[protected] which I didn't attend.As I haven't shared my number with anyone with +92 ISD code. Pls. get it noticed and bar such callers.

Airtel Postpaid — Migration from prepaid to Postpaid more than 24hrs after the confirmation

Dear Sir/madam,

First and the fore most there is no more customer relationship with the Airtel service network provider.
Please find the attachment before reading the body of this compliant(Mob-[protected]).

This is to inform you that i have provided my documents to airtel showroom(silver line network) ADYAR on 28/7/2011 for prepaid to postpaid migration and they promised to provide the postpaid connection within 48hrs. but the problem is they have messaged me yesterday 29/7/2011 at1:30PM that they will release my number for postpaid activation within 48 from the message comes(See attached doc) & At the time of 1:00AM on 30/7/2011, i got a message stating that service has been activated for so & so plan and the postpaid service starts from now(See attachments)..

Now its around 4PM 30/7/2011 to till now i have no service in my mobile and i have spoke to Selva.executive and Arun. Senior executive from postpaid customer care service at 6:00PM.
They said- in another 30mins it will come out from suspend state and there after 1 and half hrs it will be activated.

Currently the time is 8.20Pm 30/7/2011, i dint get response and started calling them again now Dhinakaran.executive and Sujan senior executive are saying it will take another 2hrs to complete since the network team needed some time(Don't know network team is handling this or not if so they are so late to activate My number).

I have lost my lot of commitments today and also my official work, as per the Telephone act the migration should not be done in the peak hours but these people involved in that during the peak hours for migration and i don't have service for the past 5 hrs but my connection date registered on 30/7/2011 also i am not sure i will get the service before tonight else the registration date is also a fraudulent one.

Hence i am requesting them a compensation for my inability to do my official works during the peak hours migration and more over it has crossed 24 hrs after the confirmation of the migration to postpaid.

The below statement comes under heart and i have mentally got dist-ructions from the service provided by the Airtel.mobile network providers.

Kindly i need to claim my compensation with your help and many thanks in advance.

WORST WORTHY

Again i have spoke to the floor manager karthick on 30/07/11 around 09:00PM and he said the escalation mail has been sent to network team and the service will be starts with in 24 hrs. but i am still having no service in my mobile.

Next again i spoke to customer care around 12:00AM on 31/07/2011 they said that will be addressed within24 hours again!

Again i spoke to customer care around 02.30AM on 31/07/2011, they said you will be resolved maximum time of 08:00AM on 31/07/2011.!

But now the time is 03:36AM on31/07/2011 and i am still awaiting for their response.

I am keep on tracking them since they are the end point for a customer and we cant predict what they needed even though we are providing lot of money and energy to stick with them.

Seems other networks are far better.

Airtel Postpaid — gclub.in unwanted activation and charges

Hi,

I am receiving cricket score sms from gclub.in since last 4 months, i registered my concerns with Airtel customer care more than 7-8 times and every time i got a ticket to resolve the unwanted subscription of cricket score sms from gclub.in but Airtel is technically so incompetent that even after 4 months this service is still active and i have been charged Rs. 5 for every sms of cricket score ( some one can imagine my bill as in present test match series and last month's west indies test series i am receiving this sms after every over and every sms is Rs.5 ) , whenever i am contacting Airtel customer care ,they are adjuting my bill but this is every month exercise for me now to correct my bill which i don't want .
With this frustration i submitted MNP request to shift to Vodaphone for which i haven't received any response from Airtel even after 3 weeks.

I hope this platform is regularly observed by Airtel persons also, so someone responsible will take note of it.

myself vinod, last two month am using ur connection . actually my credit limit is 1200, but last two days am getting my unbilled amount as 3000, ... reaaly i got shockkkkkkkkeddd, because, i used to check my calls and sms every day, used to keep track on my biil . last friday i got sms that my unbilled amount was 980 . but within 3 days, it comes to 3000...very shocking one. From 2005 to 2008 i was using ur airtel mobile... my no was [protected] and my crdit limit was 7500. and my status was HNI. after that i got tranfer to karnataka, and last may i came bck frm thr and took another connection from u .reaaly its shocking one, and if my case is not taken seriouyly, i wil stop using ur service...

We are using post paid mobile connections in Chandigarh in the name of our company M/s. Ruchira Papers Limited, we are facing problem due to non receipt of monthly bills. We have not received the monthly bill for the period from 11.06.2011 to 10.07.2011 of our relationship No.[protected].

Dear sir,
I have submitted application for changing my prepaid mobile network connection to postpaid one month ago,
till 03 weeks they didnot started regular service and after 03 weeks when i asked them what is the problem they said that your document verification is rejected and again when i was ready to resubmit document to them they came 03 days later and after 03 days they stopped my outgoing calls without any prior intimation same thing they did to my wifes number as well , though i have submitted all reqiured documentsd 01 month before still i am not getting full service,
