[Resolved] Airtel Postpaid — Complaints on "Airtel / Postpaid Mobile Bill " | |
unauthorised charges This is Santosh Chile from Mumbai , a past holder of Airtel Postpaid Connection Number[protected]. On 12/10/2007 , i have disconnected my cell number[protected] for some particular reasons . I got a call from customer care regarding the same and they gave me a complaint id 14832805 dated 12/10/2007. After that i got a bill of Rs 85/- which i have already paid in cash to Airtel executive who had come to my house to collect the bill . Again in this month i 've got a bill of Rs . 380 /- for no reason . Today i again called up the customer care of Airtel for the same , again i got a complaint id 15262846 dated 17/1/2008. I am not able to understand the situation when i have already gave up my connection and also paid the necessary charges . I request you to resolve my problem as soon as possible . I (Usha Bisht) manager to Mr Arun Mehta Sir, have made series of complaints about non activation of following Mobile numbers on international roaming and used at UK and India:-
[a] Mr Arun Mehta -[protected].
[b] MR Arun Mehta-[protected].
I was advised to request Mr Arun Mehta to change the sim's in use by the Airtel office / store and your helpline official. The same was done and with repeated assurance the cycle of 24 hrs have been repeated many a times since last 1 month plus, but with no results. The helpline officials also asked Mr Arun Mehta To try manual method, which did not help. From the time Mr Arun Mehta Sir, have taken these no's he has been paying all his dues in time (can be checked from your records), this is in spite of the fact that there are no services in these no's from one month plus.
My repeated complain on behalf of Mr Arun Mehta Sir, (both on mobile helpline and through messages), have not been addressed by any Airtel Authorities / agency.
Kindly inform me if there is any authority which attends Airtel mobile issues at UK. If not then whom does Mr Arun Mehta Sir, should approach / contact in India.

I have been using the airtel 4G LTE dongle since 2014. However, last year in November I raised a request to terminate the connection as I had to travel abroad to US. However, in spite of sending multiple mails, it seems they have not yet cancelled the connection as I am still getting the bill. Now the bill has accumulated to a huge amount . Are they doing this on purpose?

Got an Excess Bill... I am having an 499 plan o[censored]nlimited calls.. I got an bill of 1257... Any charges you are making in d bill which u desire plss dont fool d people and cheat d people... In gallery I have paid 300 Rs Cash for activation ... Again 300 Rs activation charges came in to the bill... Hello tunes which had been activated i have mentioned i will do partly payment dan also u have charged me in one single bill... I m not getting good response from gallery and customer care...
