i m ahmed my postpaid no is [protected] .few months before i was given 250 mb free net pack i call 121 about all and told tobook online 1gb free pack plan an i continued. after using for few days i received massages Rs 2000, 3000 so on bill.i shocked and call to 121 they replied ignore the massages andi found i was not given 1gb pack till that call.again i requested for the same plan.now at the end of month i was given bill of big amount.i complaint againand again please give me massage when my 1gb was finished.at last i was told that few days before ur completion of 1gb u will b intimated and v will call u but at the end of next month i was send bill of obove 6000.no information obout bill and usage before time was given to me first--.i refuse the usage shown 2nd i was not given information regarding usage on time even after several requests through 121.atlast my no was suspended . i got airtell prepaid new no and recharged, i gave myself the no 2 airtell for communication regarding postpaid no. but unfortunately hte no was disconnected that cause communication break.now i gave next no at my home.one day i was told u have 2 pay jest 2000some rupees and ur no wll get connected .next day same person told ur no cannot be connected till u will pay whole amount.last month a lady is telling me i can connect ur no at 4000some Rs.beleave on me only rest of people are lying WHAT IS ALL THIS.no person fom airtell has came 2 me regarding my problem.i cried every time for help.i was usnd the no from past 5-6 yrs till date i hv received jest 2 bills. now i request please connect my both pre paid and post paid nos as till date i m intrested 2 get connected through airtell.i m ready 2 pay reasonable amount .thanks...

I have two postpaid connection and three landline connection. we paid our mobile bills advance after this i got a msg again and again many times that is you pay your mobile bill. i complaint many times you airtel customer care but no result and I want to change my plans of both in this reason i called your executive they say we send some one tomorrow but till now no one come here so please do any action against this matter.

When I got the last months bill, I found that without my consent the GPRS plan has been changed to 3G plan and I have been extra billed for that, I immediately asked to stop this service excess bill rectification, I got a call from airtel that your bill will be rectified in 12 hrs and update you on SMS and mail.
I have not received any updates from airtel till now on my complaint ID 46660154 and now today my number has been suspended for non payment of the bill without any information .
Can you look in to this issue immediately, and let me know the updates ASAP

This side "Ajeet Singh Yadav", I am working in Tata Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd. in Lucknow. I have purchased two postpaid CUG SIM from Airtel in 22/March 2013. I have requested that in my one SIM ([protected]) there is no any internet or other services applicable but in my second SIM ([protected]) it includes an internet services for 2G plan and the monthly rental for the same was 98 INR as per the person who sold me these connection.
After my first bill I have seen that for net connection in my [protected] number, Airtel is not suppose to take the charges as per 98 INR plan, it was deducted at 10 P/KBPS, it was too much costly so I have made a call to Airtel CCE and told him to change my plan from 10 P/KBPS to 98 Fix plan for whole month. He told me that sir after 4 hour this service is activated in your mobile. I was happy and again using my internet services. After few days later I have got a message from Airtel that my net pack amount became over than 1000 INR. Immediately I again called CCE and asked him clearly that what is my current internet plan, I was shocked when the guy told me that still 10 P/KBPS while I have changed it in few days back.
I again request him to change my plan from 10 P/KBPS to 98 INR fix for 1 GB for whole month then he told me that right now it is not for 98 its became in 125 so again I told him to fix it and apply 125 net plan at my [protected] number.
Again after few days I got the new message and in that message I found that my internet usage became over than 2000 INR.Again I immediately called to CCE I asked him for my current net plan then again the guy told me that still charges for 10 P/KBPS.
I became frustrated and told him clearly that i will not bear this amount and please make sure that my net plan will be for 125 INR only other wise I am not going to pay the net charges. In 7th May I got my bill details and found that my internet usage amount(1156 INR) is higher than call amount(1100 INR).After 12th April I am not using the internet services because Airtel cut his facility at my number.
Note: Please tell me that who is responsible for this 1156 INR for internet services as it was not my fault I requested lots of time.You can check my call details which I made with Airtel CCE.
I just want to say that either airtel should waive off the extra charges made by them or i will not pay the bill and will disconnect all the numbers.Looking for a reply.

I have taken a postpaid connection of airtel [protected] on Jan or feb-2014, at the I had payed 500/- security for the same but he had not given any receipt. One of your staff by the name of akhilesh mobile no. [protected] had told that time sir when u will be pay 1st or second bill after that this amount 500/- security money will be adjust in the next bill, now from 6th June I am requeting him to provide that slip but he is ignoring me. He is not receiveng my call, kindly do the needfull, as we have never axpect this kind of service form airtel. That call done by mr. Gagandeep from [protected] & He raised a complaint for network issue as well as he given me retention offer & Committed to reduce 400 rs. From my latest bill dated on 6th april 2015 & 20% less in next 3month's bill.
I got all the benefits but 400/- not reduced in my bill as per committed.
Requesting you to please help on this else again i'll have to discontinue my no.

I am 3G user work at Pune, Magarpatta I always use GSM/WCDMA(auto mode) on my LG L90 Android phone.
Every time I gets connected to GSM (means 2G E) when I am at Magarpatta.
I tried to switch to WCDMA only then it will be keep jumping between 3G & H also internet speed will be distracted.
I gets screwed up when that 4G girls on the mountains comes in Adv. and says "yaha 4G ka koi chance nahi"
I ask these guys if I am not getting proper 3G in the middle of the city..
then why the f..king 4G adv. they are doing, that tooo on somewhere on the mountain.
