Airtel Postpaid — no network since 3 years
I'm a Chandra Mouli and residing in Jeedimetla,hyderabad . I have Airtel postpaid connection ( [protected]).Since 3 years, I'm getting problem with network at my home in jeedimetla area.Earlier their was strong airtel network and I was not having any problem.
Now my airtel mobile is virtually in no range zone once I enter my house.
I had made a complaint about the network coverage issue in Airtel relationship center. They told every time when i given complaint , that the network problem will be resolved within 72 hours and I will get a call from airtel person. I didn't got a call from Airtel person nor the complaint has been resolved. when I check the status of the complaint, they had closed some complaints and open also there the complaint.
Subsequeltly, I have made a network complaints so many times still today . But no resolution has been done till yet.
I registered my complaint through 121 and mails ,I personely meet airtel manager at begumpet office but thay said ucan take change ur connection postpaid to prepaid for lifelong offer so didn't miss airtel number and same time u can take other then airtel service provider for better network,then i told ur working in airtel or not,so iam not happy with this message, again i call to customer care so they told sorry ,after that somebody as called me toldme this issue take 3 months pl .still date also same,so finaly i mail airtel nodal officer for ap, i given total details and i said iam waiting for ur call then after i forward to consumer court but still today they not call me,and i asked today also helpline pl provide any higher officel phone no for talk them but nobody providing officel phone no.
due to net work problem about 20 above my friends canceeled this network.

dear sir,my name is maru pankaj,i m using [protected] from last 1 month,,,,me airtel interenet use karta hun,but me airtel live kabhi use nahi karta na muje game download karne ki aadat hai,,,phir bhi airtel valone 99+99 add kiye mere bill me,mene 2 bar rajkot,2 bar bhavnagar,3 bar cost.care me and 1 bar a'bad main branch me complaint ki,phir bi koi reply nahi aaya,,aaj last payment ki last date pe wo kahtee hai apko payment karna padega,or 2 din phele phirse new bill me 99+99 game ka charge dal diya.

Hello, I am Tabish Khan. I received a call from Airtel regarding Sale of a new SIM card of similar no. I expressed few issues I was facing since yrs and that girl is telling me, "SIR, AGAR AAPKO ITNA PROBLEM HAI TO SERVICE CHANGE KARDO, I'LL DISCONNECT YOUR NUMBER PERMANENTLY." I would request you to please take some action against such agents. Airtel is the worst company..! i am an agent work for airtel customer care...sice 1 year..!i am fed up of the complaints from customer & came to know as i also use an airtel no.that airtel is deducting amt without any confirmation as the reason will be Yahoo zone subscription & force fully activated hello tunes, music on demand.
i am not receiving my papers for 2 months, i have forward so requests and complaints, but not getting any positive response and also they sent me msg that that bill has received by me on 2nd Feb.2010 but just now i have receive the bill on 12th of Feb (today) the persons who are working there always said that ..mam system is updating, system is not working i am satisfied with ur service...plz look into the matter and do something to improve ur system...

Airtel — STD Call Rate
As per the promotional sms received on 17,Feb STD anywhere India @50 ps on rechaege of RS 160 with talk time 480 and of validity 30 days.As i called i had lost my full credit from main balance,and 1.50ps for per call had been charged,this is absolutely cheating by giving such sms ang charge as the like.i am extremely telling to you that i need complete compensation from the firm and no others should face like this....

Airtel have the bad Service and the bad company .I rizwan from koil pulwama ,Jammu and kashmir Mobile number [protected] submitted my complaint on 27th of Feb.2010. and my complaint no.is[protected] ,up to this very time they are not provide me any solution of my problem.actually on 22 Feb.(time:2:53 PM) I recharged my mobile by 75Rs.
Airtel Postpaid — Wrong(Double) Tariff Charged for 1 Yr & 8 months
I was using a number [protected] since June 2008 under Reliance Corporate User Group (RCUG). The tariff rates were 15 paise per minute in RCUG group. But I was being charged 30 Paise per minute on one of my friends in RCUG group [protected]. I had complained number of times to airtel customer care but they did nothing.So Finally I closed that no. in Month of Feb. 2010.([protected] already surrendered in August 2009) The bill for 3 months was pending. Now Airtel Recovery people are coming daily and harassing me for the bill.

([protected]) so i was decided I'll wait for any call from air tel then I'll clear about my call detail and then I'll pay all bill. But in February in last week somebody call my no. [protected]. i was in my office his name is Mr.Sameer he was talk me very rudely and i was told him 'sir please don't worry I'll pay the all bill you just send my call detail on my mail id Then he was normal and he was send the bill with call detail on my mail id. and he was call me again he ask me about my problem i was told him 'sir I am not satisfy my call charges and roaming charges he was told me sir you can Settlement on your bill and he was suggest me if you want continue your no. then you have to pay Rs.1350/- or if you want full and final payment then you can pay Rs.1200/-. After that i was decided I'll pay Rs.1350/- and continue the number. He was told me 1more thing he said 'sir your SIM is not working you have to purchase new SIM in Rs.25/- from any Air Tel shop. That time I was agreed with him. After that he was sent Some buddy on 24/02/10 for payment collection From my house i was payed by post dated HDFC cheque (date -27/02/10, amt-1350/-) but that day i don't know about my a/c was blocked by bank for other any security reason then cheque was bounce and i was feel very embracing.
After that 06/03/10 Mr. Sameer was call me by a lad line no.40662042 time-02:36pm he talking me again very rudely and he was abusing me and very clearly i was feeling very very bad he said to me very rudely again Mr...you have to pay cash payment write now...i said Mr.Sameer firstly please talk to me in behave. he was not listing me and he said if you are not pay the bill then I'll raze your call detail and I'll call your relatives and friends and I'll ask them you are not able to pay the mobile bill of Rs.1350/-...
Then he was normal and i said Mr.Sameer Do one thing please send my some buddy on my office (south ext. part -1) and I'll pay in cash Rs.1350/-. He said again Speak loudly and he said Sorry I Cant Send Any buddy for collection...u have to go to shop and pay all amount Rs.1800/- . i said ok I'll pay at Air tel shop after my office...He said no Mr.Sharma you have to pay write now otherwise I'll call on your relatives number and ask them... .And then he was cut it my call after few Minute My friend is call me then he said sum buddy call me from air tel and he is talking about you and he is very abusing... after that i was call on his ladeline number[protected] and told him Mr.Sameer this is not fair you are call my friend number...he said I'll do more calls from your call detail...I said Mr.Sameer please send some buddy I'll pay your all amount he said ok I'll send some buddy from collection department on your office and pay your amount in cash of Rs.1350/- Recipet No.-1756334 and I'll Send The new SIM tomorrow but that time i have Recorded This Talking In my Cell.
Now I have Pay The Balance Amount Also Because Next Day he told me that you have to pay all balance amount also.. by Card recipt no[protected].

My number is [protected] my problem is that you gave me high usage bill or my internet plan which i was activated you pay more xtra charges which is unexpectable for me and before 2days i pay 1000rs. in that case they are deactivate my outgoing this unsatisfy for me please kindly activate my services as soon.
Airtel — rental charges when outgoing has been barred !!
i have had so many issues & complaints with AIRTEL in the last 2 months which wasnt there from last 7.5 years as a platinum customer with an average billing of RS. 5,000 a month and last 6 months i have paid over Rs. 2 lakhs to them cause of international usage.Due to some issues & ofcourse billing discripancies i didnt not pay my bill and my outgoing was barred for3 weeks during feb 2010. later during the first week of march even my incoming was barred for a week.
NOw this month they have sent me a bill charging me the rentals for my mobile plan of 549 & even the blackberry plan of 899. how can they do this when outgoing is barred and even the incoming is barred later and the caller hears THIS NO IS NOT VALID how can they charge me the rentals for that month when i was not allowed to use the phone. later i paid the entire paymnt of 37000 one go as the matter was not getting solved and my credibility was at stake as its a very old business number for me and everybody calling thought that i have left the country.. i had to pay and activate as it was having a negative impact on my business. i paid 37000 that day online and bal was 1900 left . they activated both incoming & outgoing the same day. but to my utter shock again the very next day morning they again not only barred the outgoing but also incoming again claiming tht u still have a default of 1900 though my credit limit is 22800 ??
now i was again shocked while going thru my this months bill just received for the rentals for the entire month. no way i m going to pay this and i m going all out to settle and get this waived off as a genuine sensible troubled & exploited though so called PLATINUM customer of AIRTEL mumbai no [protected]
