[Resolved]  Airtel Postpaid — Complaints on "Airtel / Postpaid Mobile Bill "

This is Santosh Chile from Mumbai , a past holder of Airtel Postpaid Connection Number[protected].
On 12/10/2007 , i have disconnected my cell number[protected] for some particular reasons . I got a call from customer care regarding the same and they gave me a complaint id 14832805 dated 12/10/2007. After that i got a bill of Rs 85/- which i have already paid in cash to Airtel executive who had come to my house to collect the bill . Again in this month i 've got a bill of Rs . 380 /- for no reason . Today i again called up the customer care of Airtel for the same , again i got a complaint id 15262846 dated 17/1/2008. I am not able to understand the situation when i have already gave up my connection and also paid the necessary charges .

I request you to resolve my problem as soon as possible .

Airtel Postpaid Connection - Mumbai — False postpaid offer


I was approached by a guy Santosh([protected]) for a postpaid connection in Mumbai. I gave him Rs600 as entry fees and he vanished after this. His mobile is swithed off. I dont know what to do next. Looks like i have lost my money. Beware!

AirTel — Connection barred

dear sir,

i m using airtel connection ([protected]) for more than three months. I have subimitted all the documents twice. even once one airtel person visited me for some documentation.I did all the documentation that time. I called a person for checking my documetns in airtel office on ph. no. [protected] he ensured that me that all the documentation has been done. This person sorted out the problem. but today suddenly i got the same massage that my serbvices are barred. Plz help to sort it out permanently. As i m fed up with this Airtel service over here in Westbangal.

Airtel Postpaid — giving false bill after phone connection has been disconnected

i was a owner of your postpaid connection [protected] which i got disconnected on 18 july 07 and finally cleared the bill but after a month i am send with a phone bill in which Rs 44000/- is shone as dues towards me since i am left with no option other than moving to consumer court as i had tried my best informing your call centers an your airtel representatives at ferozepur(punjab). i believe you will look into the matter seriously

[protected] I requested addon for this number on 24th sep 2007 by sending sms to 202 but still now it has not been activated. I complained to customer care many times but no one took it as words. Each and every time when i call them they say wait for 24 hours to be activated but they didnt do so. To my knowledge i waited for more than 6 24 hours . I feel irresponsible about your customer care. They are saying it has been activated but normal charges of Rs.1/min is going. Saying that we will take special complaints but none did it. I am totally dissatisfied with your servies. After all one addon you could not be able to activate whatz your responsibility over customer. Itz gona to be Oct 24 i mean past one month am struggling with your servies. If addon not activated to me MY WAY OF MOVING WIL BE ODD.

Airtel India — Charging of rental

i want to activate one Marathi song named ' Ha Sagari Kinara' from film Mumbaicha Faujadar. so pls help me to activate that one.

With reference to the above subject my Airtel Prepaid connection is still barred. I converted my Postpaid to Prepaid.I submitted the required documents on 14th of June'07. I was been told that it takes maximum 4 days for to get converted.Its been the 12th day i see no +ve signs. I did recharge it on 26th June as i was told to but still not even my incoming is processed.

One the Airtel executive who's name is Sanjay ([protected]) who is lying me since 2 weeks. When i approached the customer care they shocked me by saying they have'nt recieved my documents and they ask me to resubmit the documents. Now i really believe that Airtel service is pathetic and finally i have to cancel my connection.

I was a user of aritel no. [protected]. i sent a request to disconnect the no. nearly an year before. and i was called on and confirmed by airtel customer care, that your no. will be disconnected. but i m still recieving the bill since that date.. after every 2 or 3 months i get a bill, which is of monthly charges, as i was not using that no. i have spocken to nearly 10 customer care executive and officials in this period. every one has confirmed that your no. is disconnected. but since this day i am reacieving the bill. i do not have any clue how to stop the bill. either someone sitting in the billing departement is screwing with customers. or they are so careless that they cannot even work a simple software.

I believe someone will help me on this matter.

Airtel Postpaid — Poor service!

since last 4 months there is no proper coverage in my home at VASANA area . my father & my brother & also me have do complain in customer care many times but there is no proper response from there & the problem is still panding we cant properly talk with our relatives & our party we cant here the voice properly & also the phone is also disconnect so there is no proper tower. we have 11 coneection of airtel & we now decided that we cancell all the coneection & switch over to other mobile services & we also recomand our client that dont use airtel connection
we believe that airtel is very good company but we are wrong so sorry for that. and for this airtel has lost many connection so please beware of that

Airtel Postpaid — SIM purchased not yet activated

ever since i changed my plan from the month of june i started facing the problems in billing .i was told by the sup on the floor that if i can go for Rs.798 for 2 year plan along with the pack of Rs49 my call rates will remain .10paise A to A and A to others .50paise .it was same for one month it changes from the next month and when i had a wor with the same sup he said u dnt have any proof of that he offerd me that plan then from the next month i swithced to Rs998 plan in which i was told that airtel will deduct the rental for 2 months from my advance rental and emaining amount will be adjusted and along with that i will also receve Rs.250 as a talk time i got the talk time but the remaing amount was not adjusted in my bill then i had a word with the noding officer then she offered waiver but in even though the amount which we paid doest not include any waiver and the talk time .so i need some sought of action against them
also i am working in IBM DAKSH so i need some corporate plan on my number .so kindly provide me any good plan onmy number

Similar problem still exists with 2 of the new connections which we have procured. Despite the address verification done, the report at the customer care office seems to be negative. After calling almost twice everyday to customer care office and with lots of prmosises from the executives, we have received no response. I have even paid Rs.250 for each connection. That was also not refunded. Nos taken [protected] & [protected]. I have no hopes now and I have taken up Vodafone connection now.

Airtel Postpaid Connection — Poor service

I have an airtel mobile postpaid connection, which No. is [protected],
After making payment of bill of Rs.575/- outing has been disconnected. I called 121 & submmited the complain, but after passing 2 days my like is still disconnected as well
I had taken a connection of Rs.999/- rental under corporate scheme. But I have been charged Rs. 9,991/- by your M/s. Kashnic Solution, Kausambi, Ghaziabad. I had spoken to them over phone onn several occassions for refund of excess amount charged to me. But so far I have neighter received refund nor any communication from them. So, you are requested to arrange to send my refund of excess amount with interest, if any.

AirTel — postpaid mobile

excess billing.... credit limit have been set & even a password confirmation registered but always gives excuses for more bill..... now more than double charge..... have complained to ARC personally 3 times but NO response ... phone complaints more than 2 times. but No Reply...... My Phone line is barred & I m getting harassment calls for payments on my other mobile No.
what is the remedy for the same.

Airtel Postpaid — networking problem on mobile

dear sir,
i wish to bring your kind attention towards my neworking problem on my mobile no.[protected].for that i have lodged many compliants from time to time. compliant no. 14040818 dated 26th sept'2007,compliant no.[protected] dated 24th jan'08, 15351261 dated 23rd jan'08 and 15268937 dated 18th jan'2008 but still there is no resolution of my problem even no calls received about that after certain promises in SMS.
As i'm a postpaid customer of your company and paying 398/- monthly rental charges for your better services but my many calls drops after few seconds causing me much inconvenience while talking to my near and dear ones even it mark a bad impression about me on other person...(they may think that i'm doing it intentionly). i phase great depression when good talks suddenly drop due to this networking problem. moreover i have to pay the whole one minute charges for that call drops of very few seconds.
i, therefore, request you may kindly look into the matter and a sum of weaver must be given to my monthly bill till you people able to rectify my problem as i'm paying monthly rent 398/- for your better service; which i'm not getting and after that i'm also paying for the seconds remaining while call drops;which is totally irrational with old customer.

I was having a number [protected] since 2005. Last month my mobile was stolen so is had requested to block the sim with immediate effect. Later when I got new sim card from the ARC after 25 days I found that my number was permanently deleted and cannot be retrieved. After many emails and quarrels what i could hear from them was SORRY nothing can be happen now.
