[Resolved]  Airtel / Postpaid Mobile Bill — unauthorised charges (Mob- [protected])

My complaints are:

1) Without my permission Call conference service has been activated on my number, for which I am paying a rental of Rs.49.00 from last 4 months. Even after requesting for deactivating this service (Taheer talked to me, in this regard), the charges are again there on my bill this month.
2) The charges of Rs.450 (in sep), Rs.120 (in Oct) and some more in months of August are imposed on my number on the account that, I have sent messages of these amounts to 58888 (which is indiatimes number to get cricket scores), but I haven’t sent any single message to this number.

Why i have not yet recd bill for recent month as per my bill cycle?

Also why are my outgoing & Incoming barred? Inspite of payment done.
Arrange to resolve the query promptly & improvise your services.

Airtel post paid connection i am using from past 3 yrs but two days back taken one more post paid SIM at evening 5:30pm, sales guy said it would be activated max by 11.55am on the same day, yesterday i called the agent on his mobile & i had informed him still its not activated, airtel sales person said i will call u back in 5 mins yesterday afternoon @ 1:30pm since then he never call me back, i had given him atleaset 20 calls yesterday from 3pm till 8pm but he never picked his phone, later today morning i called up 121 from my other mobile, twice airtel customer support guy had listened by query for 3 mins and then he disconnect, same happen again thrird time when i called 121 one more person picked the call to whom i had informed all the things whihc had happended, he told to call once again to the same person with whom i took SIM CARD POST PAID --- and his voice was bit arrogant looks like he had taken some drugs - i had also said why r you talking so bluntly, he said sorry 5 times, i said its okay as if you would had been in my position, you would have been also bit agitated from past two days i am chasing 121 & person name MOHAMHAD sales person from airtel, i work for HP and had taken 4 post paid connection plus broadband 256 KBPS pls phone, but suddenly he disconnected the phone all of the sudden call time was for 7 mins. I think Customer care guys especially guys, boys who picks up the phone @ 121 doest have any decency how to deal with the customer, now i am going to esclated the same in my company ---about this also finding if can get some info. of some higher profile person in Airtel Bangalore, to him also i will esclate if anyone has any number of any airtel person sitting @ higer level in bangalore please do let me know, services are suck i am sure to convert all my 4 post paid to VODAPHONE since its a UK telecom company recenthy had a tie up with HUTCH, but airtel overall is good incase of coverage and all but guys in customer care are pure who simply doing job for money, dont brother either customer leaves airtel or not . highly unsatisfied i am .

i don, t under satnd in which airtel is charing the bills my bill is always incearsing no [protected] even my customer are facing billing prolem i discussed this matter with the high authority of airtel what they did, nt correct it and always making excuses
every day i am getting more than 10 to 15 post paid disconnecation please do needfull i am facing lot of problem to retain customers please check it out

it has got 600minutes free calls to any number. this month i got the bill which says its around 500 which is certainly not possible.
this is really not fair from your part, please see to this i will not face these kind of problems in future otherwise i will be forced to change my connection.

Regarding the my Airtel (postpaid number [protected])refunded the bill payment.
My mobile No.[protected] i have recd the bill amount of Rs.800/- which is too much compared to other months... I am very much sure that i havnt used that many calls.. I need the detailed bill to be mailed to my ID. And i also requested to deactivate the airtel live but they havnt deactivated. it was renewing as an when and i came to know as it was receiving the messages.
I am plan 999/- which is Rs.55/- monthly rent for the STD pack and i am using this for STD itself and in the month of March, 2008 i recd too much bill in which i havnt used my mobile. My Mobile Number is [protected].

Mobile no.[protected]. i have made a payment of 3000 in month of march with the out standing amount of 4500 . i made payment of 3000 and my deposit of 800 + 700 = 1500 to be reduced from the bill payment . and cancel the post paid connection. imade the payment to Ramnagaram airtel customer carecenter . and iam still being charged after dead sim/ deactivated sim services.
i want to know the reason for high bill for [protected]. it is impossible.please send the complete details for this. and i totally disagree. i am not ready to pay this bill.

I have complained that, I have an add-on number [protected]. And my primary number is [protected] .and I am paying full rental charges on my add-on no. [protected] and on my parent number. And toady I know that from the cust. Care that at add on number we have to pay only 99 rupee in the place of rental of month. And I have paying full rental of 225 my add-on number. I think its long period, I think its one year from I’m paying rental of both connection, but please check it in your system. And I have complained you 2 or 3 times. In nodal office and In 121 .I has complained to your airtel customer care representative but he also is unable to solve this problem. I[censored] wants the copy of ebill, so I will provide you…in your mail id .but I check it, in my system that I have only six month. So please check it and and please provide me the discount. From staring I am subscribed the extra delight 225 plan. So its discount will be 126 every month. I have record of six month so there will be discount of 756. And bill grantee of six month at the rupee of 100 its means.
756+600 = 1356.
In short in place of 99 I’m paying 225 from last six month. From this month only I get the charge 99. Please check it... and please inform me in my cell number.[protected] in place of [protected].beacuse that number is out of station. Please check my entire previous bill. I have complained many times but I’m not satisfied with the service. Till now I don’t get the resolution... please check it and inform me
So I grant you check the bills and I have many airtel connections in my industries and I have to take some serious action against you and your company and I am a golden customer of airtel since last years. send me he the new bills copies including the discount and the amount of bill guarantee of last six months on my address. So I can say to my manager to pay all the new airtel bills including discount in the airtel office and if there is any problem in my bills or you have any problems regarding me so you can call me on my cell no as mentioned above I have to send every month a grant letter In the nodal office and oblige.
Hope you will consider my request and if don’t I have to quit the airtel connections sorry for using harsh words but what I can do waiting for a positive reply and I know well that you have to do many works and deeds but what can I do. Please send me the positive reply as soon as possible and I am sending a copy of this letter to chattisgarh airtel supervisor again sorry for the unconvinced and oblige. And what you are doing regarding my complain please tell me, in my number .[protected]
