[Resolved]  Airtel / Postpaid Mobile Bill — unauthorised charges (Mob- [protected])

My complaints are:

1) Without my permission Call conference service has been activated on my number, for which I am paying a rental of Rs.49.00 from last 4 months. Even after requesting for deactivating this service (Taheer talked to me, in this regard), the charges are again there on my bill this month.
2) The charges of Rs.450 (in sep), Rs.120 (in Oct) and some more in months of August are imposed on my number on the account that, I have sent messages of these amounts to 58888 (which is indiatimes number to get cricket scores), but I haven’t sent any single message to this number.

I have applied atleast 300 times for getting gprs service activated for which i am re3ady to give the charges. Every time I am getting a rply sms that "service is failed, please try again later". I tried customer care but they behaved so badly and disconnected the phone by saying "this is a system failure". This system failure is going on last 2 months. I asked to the customer care officer "what should i do now?". With out answering he disconnected the phone. My mobile number is [protected]. This is a maharashtra circle number....

Dear Sir,
I have purchase a post paid sim bearing connection no.[protected] under 699 plan from one of your represesntatives during IInd week of Feb 2008. I have not received mobile bill as yet. My outgoing call was blocked during Ist week of Mar, 2008 and even my incoming call was also discontinued from 18th Mar onwrds. I have asked my post paid bill through e mail. The same has been recevied but pdf file not opened without password. Kindly send my passwork by return e mail as my SIM registration has also been failed from 20.03.08. Also my connection be immediately functional for needful.

there was national airtel to airtel national call pack activated on my mobile number till october 2007 and i dont know how it got deactivated.
i then got it activated again in month of january and made call accordinglly. now they say that there was no such topping available and the aitel call center employee committed you wrongly and they regret it.
now whose is going to pay the bill.certainly not me.
even after so many complaints they have not called me even once.but commit that i will be recieving the call back every time i call.

i have even gone atleast 5 times to the airtel outlet but there also none is capable to solve my problem.

i have receieved my bill for jan, 08 for Rs500 something. nextmonth bill for 490 some thing.but i am living in village side. no facilities to pay the bill . today i.e., 21.3.2008 paid for Rs 500/-. but in mobile, standby screen noticed "unregistered sim" how is it possible. hence i request that same may be reactivated at the earlist

I have been assured a 5000 Local sms free in my corp plan but later they billed every SMS and also activated 5000 National SMS pack at 50/Month but they say now after billing every SMS Re.2 that its not activated.
I agree and drop my Airtell service for similar reasons and lack of support from their customer service.

I would get serval charges and added services which I never asked for and when speaking with service rep they would try to blame me for forgeting what I signed up for!

I stop all service with Airtell ever since.
