[Resolved]  Airtel / Postpaid Mobile Bill — unauthorised charges (Mob- [protected])

My complaints are:

1) Without my permission Call conference service has been activated on my number, for which I am paying a rental of Rs.49.00 from last 4 months. Even after requesting for deactivating this service (Taheer talked to me, in this regard), the charges are again there on my bill this month.
2) The charges of Rs.450 (in sep), Rs.120 (in Oct) and some more in months of August are imposed on my number on the account that, I have sent messages of these amounts to 58888 (which is indiatimes number to get cricket scores), but I haven’t sent any single message to this number.

my mobile no is [protected] every month my bill shows more amount than usage. i know that how many calls i have done. instead of it shows more usage than my call usage & you activate any kind of service without asking me
Its the worst customer I have ever seen, I need to call the customer service more than 10 times to get my web password. and now I can't even call the customer service executive as before, instead I was asked to message to 121 regarding the queries and wait for 24 hours. It's eating all my time and money to query through online regarding my query. please give me a solution for my queries and my mobile number is ([protected])
My postpaid number is ([protected]) I need all outgoing call details for the past 3 months. please send the details to my mail id as soon as possible
i would like to get some details of my mobile number online using the airtel website. i dont know what has happened to the website. i dont have an online account. So please guide me, how can i open an account and make payments online and veiw my bill online.

I am very disappointed with the kind of services Airtel are providing these days. I talked to a lot of people in your customer care centre, but each time I am getting no solution talks.
My complaints :
in april 2008 month. i have a large std calls in will be added in my bill ...

i am now at aligarh inshallah i will reach delhi on 26 May 2008.My no is [protected].Main bahut hi jadah aap ke company se hate karta hoon ke aap sirf 2000 rupye kelye mera connection band kar diya hai.Koi baat nahi main aate hi aap ka bill jama karooonga aur apna connection band karaunga.Aap ke executive ka call mere pass aaya tha to unko maine bataya tha ki main 6 tak delhi aa raha hoon aate hi aap ka payment karaunga lekin yahan mamla kuch aur hai abhi 22 ko hi mera connection band kar diya gaya hai.Agar mumkin ho sake to pls mera connection on kar dein nahi to mere business ka what lag jayega.I will submit my bill on 27 May.
i have two airtel postpaid mobile connections, i want to disconnect one of them. currently i am out of country, my people have asked them to disconnect, i dont know why you ppl acting like this to disconnect the connection. if it continues i will inform bank and not gonna pay anything.. From past 4 months i am paying the amount without using it..airtel ppl will sucks others life.. thats it..
I do agree with all of you and they are oafish, as I too have been billed for All the services that I have not used at all and moreover their recovery agent has harassed my family in my absence for the faulty bill. Inspite of a letter forwarded to them in this matter i have been treated very badly and literally thrown out of their office at Bharuch- Gujarat. They are just a pack of hooligans who thinmks that they can do anything underthe influence of money power. I sincerrely think that the Government of India shoul seriously look into the matter and abolish these people. so teh general public rests in peace.
