[Resolved] Airtel / Postpaid Mobile Bill — unauthorised charges (Mob- [protected]) | |
My complaints are: 1) Without my permission Call conference service has been activated on my number, for which I am paying a rental of Rs.49.00 from last 4 months. Even after requesting for deactivating this service (Taheer talked to me, in this regard), the charges are again there on my bill this month. 2) The charges of Rs.450 (in sep), Rs.120 (in Oct) and some more in months of August are imposed on my number on the account that, I have sent messages of these amounts to 58888 (which is indiatimes number to get cricket scores), but I haven’t sent any single message to this number. when i got the good value plan the person who came at my place to explain me the details about the plan told me tht i will be charged a monthly rent of 199 and on that i will be charged 12.5% vat charges and other 10%charges i was ok with it as the amount went till 225rs adding the rent + the taxes .but then i came to know tht it is considered on my whole bill amount.second thing they give me 200 mins free talktime +200 sms free whichs goes upto 160rs less from my bill but then again coz of taxes i get +200 rs extra bill
