My complaints are:

1) Without my permission Call conference service has been activated on my number, for which I am paying a rental of Rs.49.00 from last 4 months. Even after requesting for deactivating this service (Taheer talked to me, in this regard), the charges are again there on my bill this month.
2) The charges of Rs.450 (in sep), Rs.120 (in Oct) and some more in months of August are imposed on my number on the account that, I have sent messages of these amounts to 58888 (which is indiatimes number to get cricket scores), but I haven’t sent any single message to this number.

I have Airtel post paid corporate connection for 2 and half years now.
They have recently lost the edge in customer service, calls don't get connected and unreasonable charges by them.
They have charged me for data services used, as per them NOP (Net on Phone) service active, for a rental 150 per month, yet i happen to use Airtel live to get connected, which was not the case.
Secondly i need to get pop up stating that it will charge 30p / kb, nothing of that ever happened. Now i have an additional charge of Rs.600. This is so uncalled for.
Think need to escalate this to consumer court.

Hi sir my name is Gurwinder kumar and i m realy very upset from airtel. and what happened i have already made my airtel post ph payment through my ATM card and amt is 2100 rs and i made this payment on 2nd of fed its almost more than 1 month and still i didnt get any response and first they said we need bank statement i sent tham the bank statement though mail and through fax as well and the said now we need bank clearing cetificate and i sent that through mail and and fax as well..but still no response i had word with diffrent C.care exective and manager like Vishal in care touch..and kavita in 121 c.care ..and the most bad exprience with nodel office name is punam..and now they barred my outgoing today...it was really very bad experince with airtel..and want to filed law suit against Airtel...plz help me out form its ..i m middle class person..

Dear Sir,
My postpaid no.[protected]. i got activated only on 29.03.08 but i got the bill as on 12.03.08. with my full Rs399 monthly charges.
how can i pay Rs 399 monthly charge for just 12 days. Either there should be a discount in the bill or the billing date should be 29.04.08. Its not a justice way of billing.

( at 10:45 ) when i am ask him , he tail me that i do not know when block .& very bed behaviour . please kindly block my prepaid no. please kindly step necessary action .

i have not recieved my airtel bill dated 27feb 2008, what i recieve is just a sms saying that the last date to pay the bill is 16 mar 08. I need a copy of my Airtel bil: my mobile no is [protected]. I request you to please provide me a copy of my bill at your earliest. So that i pay the bill.
