Airtel — WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND WRONG DEDUCTION OF BALANCE AMOUNT

i am using a airtel sim card .i recharged my phone with Internet pack of rs.125/- for one month and every time its gets over after one month the same service get updated by deducting rs125/- from my account balance, my service was over on 22nd of july and it was not updated automatically. because of that my account balance was deducted by rs.150 and when i asked the reason for deduction your executive replied that because the service was not updated and your internet was on your balance was deducted" first of all my phone was off from 22/7/13 morning till 23/7/13 night so naturally no use of internet at all and second concern was your executive was very rude with me he was talking like an illetrate man i am extremely disapointed with your service & your support. if i wont receive any satisfactory feedback and my balance i am gonna sue bharti airtel to consumer court for frauding peoples balance money for no reason.

Myself Kunal Agrawal. My mobile no. is [protected]. Airtel charged me no of times even I have not used any value added services.
hi my name is Gagan sahni and my airtel number is [protected].I want to draw your kind attention that any text based service was activated on above mention no.The deduction starts from 29/12/2008 to till date.I complaint on very first day and they told u will get refund on 5/1/2009.on 5th january again i asked from your executive and he told the services will stop on 8th january. on 10th january i visited neha communications tagore garden.they told to recomplaint on 51111 and the again promised that service will stop on 13/01/2009.still the amount is deducting from my balance
you are requested to look into the matter as i am a student and can't afford daily expensive of rs.10 extra otherwise i have no other option to disconnect the number.

AirTel — Wrong deduction of amount

Airtel has deducted Rs.15 from my balance for MCA service. I have not taken any of this service. But when I asked their call center they told me, I have taken this service. I never asked for this service to activate. But they have charge the amount.

AIRTEL, I THOUGHT WAS ONE OF THE BEST SERVICES BUT SINCE LAST MONTH I HAVE BEEN DEDUCTED FIVE RUPPEES FROM MY BALANCE IN THE NAME OF ALERT SERVICES ALERT THIS HAS HAPPENED 3 TIMES IN SEPTEMBER AND 2 TIMES IN OCTOBER.
BUT I DID NOT REGISTER FOR ANY SUCH ALERT SERVICE.

Bharti Airtel — wrong deduction of balance from my account

My first amount of rs 60 was deducted from my account on 26th sep. 2009
2nd amount was deducted on 16th oct. 2009 of rs. 100
And 3rd amount was deducted on 21st oct. 2009
This balance was deducted from my other demo card.

When i inquired about the deduction of such amount then i was informed that i had downloded Sharukh khans wallpaper, but i was not satisfied and so i started using nokia 2300 handset after the deduction of my first balance. but the deduction didnt stooped and after that the amount was deducted. and when we call to customer care then they just have one sentence reply as "our server is low plz call after some time." so i need to launch a complain.

I STARTED GPRS PLAN ON 15 JULY 2010 DURING MY PLAN THERE WAS DEDUCTION OF 150 RS. APART FROM 100RS. ACTIVATION CHARGES WHEN I CALL THEM THEY TELL ME YOU HAVE ACTIVATED A ANOTHER SERVICE WHICH I HAD NOT ACTIVATED THEY ALSO DID NOT REFUND ME A SINGLE 1RS. AirTel — Deduction of amount and worst customer service

Dear Sir / Madam,

My name is Narendra and mobile number is [protected] I am one of the frustrated customer by using AIR-TEL connection. I have recharged my mobile on 2 nd of December 2010 for Rs 333 and i got a full balance . when i made my first call my balance got deducted to Rs 216 . when i called the customer care of air-tel to check it, they were on call with me for around an hour and i was charged for the call and they said they will give me a call back on 7th of December but i did not get a call so I called them on 8th of December .they said they give a call back in two hour and i did not get the call back from them . i called them on 9th and i faced the same problem .they said the same thing . Today i called them I faced the same. when i asked them to escalate to their management. They inform me they don't know the manager name and they also inform there is no floor manager and the reference number for the complain is [protected].
For your kind Information they have provided TOLL free NO.198 , it is not working. But when we call 121 it is working which is not a TOLL free, they are really cheating the customers.When I asked the customer care representative he replied they will not repay this money, when I have this kind of Issue.

If this is the way AIR-TEL supports their customer, Pls send a notice to close all the customer care centers.

I am writing this mail with the intention, let the other customers be aware of AIRTEL attitude towards customer.

Bharti Airtel — deduction of balances

I am using airtel prepaid card no. is[protected],[protected] &[protected]used by mine and my family) since from 2005.
I marked and observed that from last 1year to 6 month airtel services is very very poor and customer care services is thrid class. Now, I tired to complain daily for deduction in my main account. whenever i recharge of Rs. 222 or 555, The value Added services start automatically and deduct our balances hafazard which has not any base.
Now its too much on 9th March, 2011 its deduct from my account Rs. 184/- Kindly help us and give me right direction for come out from this types of harsh.

I HAVE PREPAID CONNECTION OF AIRTEL EVERY TIME MY AMOUNT IS GETTING DEDUCTED WITH OUT INFORMATION FOR ALL STUPID MESSAGE WHICH I NEVER SUBCRIBE AT ALL .
INSPITE OF CALLING AT CUSTOMER CARE INFORMING THEM PLS STOP SENDING ALL THE MESSAGE , JOKES,SONG,ANY KIND OF DEDUCTION FROM MY ACCOUNT I DONT 'REQUIRED.
AGAIN IT IS HAPPENING
SO I REQUEST TO PLS STOP DEDUCTION FROM ACCOUNT.

AirTel — DEDUCTION OF AMOUNT FROM BALANCE

My mobile no. is [protected]. They have activated a vas on it without permission since 12th july 2011. From that date till now they have deducted more then 150 Rs from my account. I have complained to customer care and they said they will reimburse the deductions and send it as balance to me again. But till now they have not done it. This has harrased me mentally a lot. their customer care executives always keep phone on hold for a long time and then cut the phone without any proper information. I am very much tensed due to it and this has disturbed my work also. I request you to take strict action against such company and their executives who dont care for customers. Even after this complaint if i dont get response i will use no. portability and switch to any other company. Not only this i am having 4 different airtel connections i will convert them also to any other subscriber.

AirTel — wrong deduction of sms amounts

my mobile no.[protected] from tamilnadu vellore district .i had the below problem since my number is activating
1.when i send the sms to airtel nos.the amount of 0.50p and i send the sms to other nos the amountof 0.10p is deducting from my main account
and i complaint the above problem via this way they didn't solve the solution please solve the soluion as soon as possible

sir i am customer of airtel . they deduct some amount 82.50rs from my sim balance at 8/12/2011 at 1:30 am. they give me reason that i used 3G internet. I am ok with that that i use internet. i used internet service around 5-7 min and without any downloading. but they deduct 82.50Rs for this. i called customer care for this but they blacklist my no. means from this no. i can't contact customer care. After that i complaint about this by another no. they said issue resovled within 4-5 days. but after that they said you use 3G internet arund 84MB so this balance deduct with 10ps/kb. but this is impossible to use 84Mb only by surfing within 5 min. i used internet for 3-4 year so i hav idea about that thing. this is not first time. Around 3 year ago they deduct my balance 68Rs. with this reason that i subscribe hellotune service while i dont use that type of service. they automatically subscribe that service. Around few month ago they deduct 15Rs and give that reason that i use airtel live while i used only internet but i have recharged 98RS for internet. so they deduct my balance 3 times each time they giv new reason. when i want to call they blacklist my no. i request you to resolved this issue. i m very thankful to you.
my mobil No. [protected] has been charged night charges Rs. 25/- per month which I did not want. Pl. remove this and pay back the earlier payments paid through the night STD 25 per month.
