Dear Sir/Madam,
I requested to airtel customer care executive to activate internet services on my above-mentioned connection.
Customer care executive told me that he has activated the same service and told me to use after 12 hours. in same manners i used the internet on this mobile after period of 12 hours as asked by customer care executive.

When I saw bill it was billed by huge amount due to usage of internet, and it is just because of non activated plan on my mobile. This is happened just because of mistake of that customer care executive or the person who was suppose to activate services on my mobile.

I have made so many calls to Airtel customer care to resolve this issue but no solution from their side they are rigid and offering me a discount of Rs.950/- from excess charged Rs. 1684/-.

I am totally disturbed with them and can't concentrate on my job and getting so many errors in my work due to this unresolved issue. I am feeling very hrashed by them.

Please help me out.

Airtel - Delhi — Excessive billing & services services discontinued

Dear Sir, I have mobile number [protected] from Airtel & have been always paying their bill on time. I have subscribed to their Blackberry Email services since August 2007 with amonthly bill plan of Rs 249/PM. Recently on review of my bill I was surprised to see Rs 499 & Rs 249 both plans of Airtel being charged simultaneously since Aug 07. I brought this to the notice of the Airtel Blackberry support executives & requested them to discontinue the 499 plan since I had not asked for it & did not need it. They discontinued both the bill plans & have not reinstated the service dispite innumerable follow ups with their executives since 19th march 08 till the time of writing this communication on 24th march 08. I am being given several assurances which have urned out to be false & this has been causing me immense harrasment, loss of business & mental torture. The matter may kindly be taken up asking them to ensure the following immediately:
1. Resuming my Blackberry services under the 249 PM plan.
2. Refund of Rs 499 PM charged fraudelently by Airtel.
3. apology in written for the harrasment 7 mental torture extended to me by Airtel executives.

I have a airtel connection from february, 2008. I was not getting the bills from february to my email address(which is the billing address). I was paying the money by verifying the message i'll be getting from Airtel. I've complained about this to Airtel several times. But i didn't got the bills. By this month i got a call from Airtel saying that i'll get a bill of amount 10, 000, which is not a correct amount and i've complaint to Airtel naudal and appalete officers also but they are giving me wrong details. So asked for bills from february to August, 2008 to verify the same. But they are not ready to give those bills also.
With out verifying the bills i cant pay the money, because they are cheating the customers by providing wrong information.

Bharti Airtel — Billing issues with Airtel

I am posting this after being thoroughly fed-up with Airtel's bill delivery services.

I had changed my residence in Jan 2008 and had updated my address with Airtel. Since that time, I have NOT been receiving my mobile bills.

Inspite of not receivibg my bills, I used to take it upon myself to check the amount due and pay airtel in time so that I wouldn't face any inconveniences.

I had logged several requests and complaints with Airtel's customer service team but that was of no help. I used to get responses from them such as:

-The address appears to be incorrect (how then am I reciving mail delivered by India Post?)
-The bill was delivered to a family member (I live alone and do not have any family in Bangalore)

This went on and on for several months. Even complaints to their Nodal Officers and Appellate Officers were of no help.

I the began refusing to pay my bills as I was not getting my invoices. To this airtel retortet by cutting off my calls on the due-date of the bills.

It has now been 10 months since I last saw a invoice from Airtel. I keeps receiving calls from Airtel's collection officers asking about when I plan on paying my bill. To these people I answere that I will pay only if they bill me for it and if I receive that bill.

Paying without receiving invoices is not something that I would want to do as I do not know what I am being charged for and cannot check my bill to see if there has been any incorrect billing.

Message to Airtel: If you want my payment, send me all my invoices from Jan 2008 along with a written apology and a waiver of all the late fees that I have paid you since jan 2008

Airtel Mobile Phone — Excess Billing

The credit limit is Rs4000/- and was never communicated when the credit limit got exceeded and a bill was raised for Rs10914/-
My simple point is what is the meening of credit limit when their is no information when it is exceeded and consumer gets a bill which is very high and the second is their is no rational for the charges .

BHARATI AIRTEL — Tax BAsed Services on Airtel WAP

Rs 10 is deducted whenever I am recharging.Deduction going on next day if there is balance left more than Rs. 10 for Tax BAsed Services on Airtel WAP. The SMS feom the No. 64611010 says that i have subscribed in it. Can't remember.How can I unregister ? MY mobail no. is. +91 [protected]
I am not using Airtel WAP service(Subscription Text Based Services) but message is coming from m.igfun and I am receiving massages coming from 64611010 that 10 Rs is being deducted daily.Kindly immediately stop this service on my mobile phone number [protected] and refund the amount which you have deducted at the earliest.The matter will be taken to higher authorities if you fail to do so within 24 hours

Well I had lodged written complain for services which were never asked and never required were billed and your confirmation that the matter was sorted out. However on receiving the bill in Dec the charges were physically reflecting and I spk to your executive before making payment that is again on 12 Dec. and he confirmed that it was an error and I should make payment less the amount in dispute approx 150.85.

I hv received bill again for Feb and here I am being charged for that amount which is disputed and over & above late fee.

Do you think people hv some much time to keep sorting out such meager problems which you people escalate.

Make sure this doesn't happen in future or else the service provider will be changed.

This is the complaint with regard to wap charges that you have charged without my request
to the extent of Rs.220 and I made a complaint for the same from Vanasthalipuram, Hyderabad, AP.
Immediately I have received an answer that reply will be given on[protected].But till date no reply. The last date for bill payment is[protected]. Since last 2 months the same problem is repeating. With
great difficulty I could able to get waiver for the month of January 2009 of Rs. 101/- odd around. Again
for Feb 09 repeated the same. You are causing/creating a type of stress/strain by charging the bill like
above. Hence to-day I paid the bill excluding Rs.220/- Your service has become poor. Employees at
counters are not answering properly. If same continuous, I will discontinue my patronage and fight
against you legally.

I want immediate answer before[protected] which is your last date for bill payment.

My name is Anil Navani and am using an Airtel post paid connection in Mumbai, my cell number is [protected]

I have received a bill of 61, 000/- after returning from my trip to Africa, while I was there I checked with the local service provider about the outgoing and incoming charges on my roaming Airtel Mobile.

Being aware of the high costs of outgoing and incoming calls, I got myself a local sim card and used this for making important calls from there to India.

When I received an SMS from the Airtel Billing dept I called 121 and asked to speak to the senior floor manager, in this case it was a person called Richard Able, I explained him in detail and also he was able to look at my usage details as at that point of time I had not yet received my bill, but he looked at his system and felt that there could be some mistake and assured me that my comlaint was being sent to the concerned department, who did call me a few days ago and told me that they were convinced that the billing was justified.

Any suggestions on how to go forward from here, other than asking the service provider to cancel my subscription with the service provider.

Airtel — Billing issue and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have been using an airtel number [protected] for over a year and a half. From the start Ihave been facing billing issues. In August 2008 I bought an iPhoen from the airttel store and was promised 1 year free GPRS. From September 2008 I left to UK and was back in Jan 2009. I received a bill of 6000 on my return.

I also realsied that the GPRS was being charged every month. After numerous complaints and various service request numbers I received from Airtel I had reached my saturation point when i spoke to the Appealing office adn Nodal officer. NO ONE WERE OF ANY HELP

I then asked for them to send me all my bills from august 2008 and I was told they had record of only the last 3 months bills

I went to an airtels store on bannerghatta road bangalore and was told the floor manager was sleeping as she was unwell. The next day she was busy and the third day the same

I as a scared customer for consequences of non payment of bill paid my bills until April 2009. Post that I asked them to cancel my connection and stopped using the number. I still kept getting calls for non payment of bill

After a point everyone I called from that number started getting calls "we have a courier and this was the secondry number given" or they will call from some credit card company etc.

As a customer who had issues I spoke to everyone possible. I have all the service request number and emails I have sent but I have no reply. I only get an auto response message that someone will call me by bla bla day and some time

I not only beleive no one helped me resolve this but also that the customer service word should be removed from Airtels objectives or marketting stratergy because they DO NOT PROVIDE ANY SERVICE AND THEY QUITE DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS

I beleive for all the inconvenience caused adn the time I have wasted on one phoen bill Airtel should compensate me rather than me having to pay the bill

After all the measured taken I hope this will help me resolve this issue

I had taken Airtel broadband connection on June 2008 under limited plan with Rs 499 rental. My number is[protected]. Till August 2009 I was getting correct bill like 499+Tax ie somewhere about 550 to 600 on a montlhy basis. ie for 15 months everything was normal and suddenly for Sep 2009 my bill was raised to Rs 18000 and they had given some discount of Rs12000 and payable bill was Rs 6700. Also theyhad deducted double payment for my bill of Aug ie Rs 601 twice which again they had adjusted in the excess bill. I had made complaint to Airtel but again for Oct also they had raised another bill for Rs 18000, again some discount and net payable was Rs 6500 and total due was around Rs 13000. When I contacted the rep who had taken the call told me that it is company's policy to convert limited plan memebers to unlimited plan if I am ok to convert they will deduct Rs 11000 and I need to pay only Rs 2000. I didn't agree for the exploitation & now they had disconnected the line and sending mails & persons for collection& disturbing me. I want to take the case to consumer court and should stop such exploitation. Also I avdvise the enitre Indian Population to move away from Airtel, because Airtel become No.1 by cheating hundreds o[censored]s like this.

I had asked to close and discontinue my airtel mobile telephone [protected] before Oct. 2009 but Rental charges have been debited in subsequent bills upto last bill as per details given below:

In Oct. 2009, even though I had told to close my telephone and said that I no more need the telephone, I was called by Airtel and promised that no rental charges will be levied as the free period has been extended by another 6 months. But the promise has not been kept up. Fortunately I had not used the telephone after Oct. 2009. When ever I ring up for refund of excess billing some excuses are given for not doing the right thing.

I understand that all efforts are being made by the largest service provider to retain the customer to keep its no. one position. But in no way it is fair to charge some one for services he does not require and particularly when he has not availed the said services offered to him.

Pl. treat this email as my claim for refund of excess billing and do the needful to credit the full amount in my next bill.

my mobile no[protected] I regreted to say that I was received a sms deducting Rs 30 for airtel radio option on22nd feb 12-30 pm immeadieatly i contacted 121 in person replied that option was given by me on23-1-10 i never given such option though i asked to stop the option now and recredit the amout Rs 30 but i cannot get . i have changed the plan on[protected] in to seconds.I sent more than100 message to 121, 1210, 404.405 876 but I have replied "sorry that was not a valid option, invalid keyword, we are unable to process your request please try later" I was denied to contact in person and played recorded programes.since 12-30 pm 8-00pm After8-00 pm then I have contacted mr venkatesh throug 121 in another cell no.i surprised how its possible to getting connenction atonce. your concern only know the fact. and he replied that is manual problem and asked my complaint and promised to recredit the amout on[protected]. As a valuble customer I felt it much and see my past bussines with your company and solve the problem not to accure in future and do not deduct without getting my option and . And recredit the amt and avoid switch over to another concern with all my friends with regards

I have received excess bill on my mobile no with bharti airtel as i have opted for inretnet option in my blackberry mobile but i had not used it for a single day

Airtel is charging excessively during festivals. Festival is the time when we use the mobile and sms facility to the maximum, but this time it was very excessively charged.

It was informed that SMS during diwali is 0.50ps but i was charged 1re during diwali. This is a very good business tactics used by Airtel to mint money.

Sir,I hav a complain regarding my bill.m usin Airtel postpaid services and my credit limit is rs.1200 .on 16th of November I activated my GPRS on my phone and I opted rs 98 plan for Internet .I hav used Internet to a great extent ,but I thought that my bill can maximum cum to rs.1200 as my credit limit is that.on 1st of December I saw my unbilled usage ,it showed me my unbilled usage of rs 14409 ,then I Thot that for 1 gb I will get discount of rs 10480 .then I saw that it has crossed my credit limit of rs 1200. at that point I spoke to the customer care n I told my matter ,they said me that my credit limit has been increased to rs5000.I said them that my limit was 1200 hw it has been increased ,they said ki sir u hav usage was hIgh so we have increased ur credit limit ,I told them that u sud inform abt it ,thy said that thy hav send me msg regarding this ,but tob honest sir I havnt rcved ne msg.sir,I hav told my issue to the billing department of Airtel but thy said that thy cannao do ne thing.sir I dint hav the knowledge abt this ,I Thot my bill can maximum cum upto rs1200 aslimit is that and after that thy will automatically barred my services.Moreover sir thy hav gave me discount on prodata basis as far 1 gb plan goes thy sud give me discount of rs 10480 but thy hav given me a discount of rs 5000 apprx . Bharti Airtel Ltd — excess billing

I have been using internet(dsl) for over three years. My monthly bill has never been more than Rs 1052/- including dsl, phonecalls and iptv charges.
My CURRENT BILL DT 24 MARCH 2012 FOR ACCOUNT NO; 11214740 has all of a sudden shows dsl usage of Rs 5774/- The timing o[censored]sage is through the day from 20 feb to16 march12 except few odd days. Since i go to office every day and carry my laptop with me, there is no way i can use my home dsl connection for the periods shown in the bill.
I have lodged a complaint No; 13553694. Please look into the billing and issue a fresh bill.

hello, my name is kushal sushil. i am a resident of shyam nagar, jaipur. i have a internet connection through bharti airtel. i do submit my bills of internet on. but from the past two months i am facing a trouble through the costumer service representatives. they call me everytime and ask me to submit the bill. at first to get my life hassle free i went to bharti airtel office in civil lines, sodala, jaipur. i told them that i am facing a problem regarding my bill payments. i show them the copy of my bill as a proof. they told me that the problem is been fixed and you need not to worry. then again i am getting calls from the coustmer service regarding bills. i again went to the place again and told my problem and they siad that its been fixed. i again got the call from coustmer service. now they send me the bills on my mail. i feel so, guilty being a loyal customer i submit my bills on time and due to some system faliure they humilate me by calling me again and again.

AirTel Bharti — Billing

I was charged rs. 67000 for internet usage during the month of March 2012. Bill read a discount of around 34000 against it. So my remaining amount to be paid was around rs. 32000.

I have been using this same number for 3 years and this was the first such incident. Airtel says (after all the escalations) that the charges are correct and they can maximum offer a discount of 4000 on it.

I have been on a 2g plan forever and the bill shows charges incurred on 3g network. When I have never activated 3g why my phone was allowed to use 3g services.

I have been harassed by the collection people for very long. My phone services have been barred.

This is a case of cheating on the part of Airtel for sending their bills showing as `downloading of some services and charging me exorbitantly. However, the fact remains that I have never repeat never used any such service they have mentioned in the messages.I fail to understand why they do. I have never experiences such a horrific state before. I have been a regular and punctual customer of Airtel and have been paying their bills rather before receiving such bills. But this time, I have experienced such a horrific state of receiving bills for the services never asked and never used by me. I have been in regular touch with Airtel representatives through phones and messages and every time they promise to look into the matter, again I start receiving such messages. This is being done even after DISCONTINUING such a service. I do not what to do? Please help me in the matter.

Thank you for showing concern towards my problem. I shall appreciate if someone calls me either on coming Saturday or Sunday anytime as on 22nd Aug during day time, I will be very busy in office affairs and it will not be possible for me to put up my case, though everything has already been expressed in my mail.

Shall be grateful if someone could call me either on 25 or 26 August (Saturday or Sunday) anytime. Pl confirm the arrangement. It may be added here that someone from the Airtel has already sent me a communication conveying waiving of Rs 700/- but the fact remains that since I have not repeat not used this service, I am not at all repeat not at all satisfied with this waiving amount. Hence, I am sending my request to do me a justice to enable me to remain as an Airtel customer.

Please confirm this arrangement.

Dear Mamtaji,

Further to my message of August 21, 2012 for which I have yet to get an answer, I would request you to ask your representative to call me at the following number :[protected] since I have per force to shut down my Airtel number [protected] as again I have been getting messages concerning downloading of some services and thereby increasing my bill to which I am afraid is not justified on the part of Airtel. I will have to go to court to fight this case as this is a case of `cheating' on the part of Airtel to send me the bill for a service which I have just not repeat not used.

So in case someone is interested to talk to me on the subject, he or she can call me on the above number on coming Saturday or Sunday any time. Perhaps I will have to switch over to some other provider if Airtel continues to send me such messages time and again even after DISCONTINUING such a service.

I wonder, how many times I have to lodge complaints on the subject. You can not resort to such tactics. I will have to contact some media person to report such a tactic being used by your company on its regular customers so that people by and large should be aware of it.

This is in reference to my post paid connection [protected], being used by me for many years now. I was a regular GPRS user in 2G and 3G also. I had subscried to 3G combo offer of Rs 250 pm since past two years and never had any issues during this time. Infact few of the months i haven't even used the facility due to my handset issues, but continued to pay the same.
During June 2012, while changing my handset i used a samsung handset for 2-3 days, i dont know HOW and WHY, my exisiting combo offer of 3G usage was disabled and a new scheme (which is to attract new customer) of 500 MB free was activated and as my usase is always in the range of 3-4 GB the additional usage was charged @ a much higher rate and there by my bill went up 10 times the normal monthly bill. On noticing this i immediately raised the issue with respective department and contiue to raise it till now. The company kept on charging at a higher rate without listening to my reasons.
As a result of this i stopped paying and now my phone has been disconnected and my security amount is being used to settle the undue billing by AIRTEL.
This type of resolution to unnecessary billing is not at all acceptable from a big company like AIRTEL, as my security is still more than my bill, they are happy to close my number.
I am going to raise this issue in each and every forum and make sure that others are not fooled by th company any more, if the company does not resolve this issue at the earliest.
I will still wait for a resolution thru this forum, which i dont expect but will wait for few more days.

We are continuously using this number from more than 2 years without any single default in payment of bill . But this time we have received bill above Rs. 500/- against the average bill of Rs. 100 to 140 . We have tried to contract the customer care ,but they assured us they will report the matter to their senior & you receive a call from them for settlement of Bill . In spite of repetitive efforts from our side neither they resolve the problem nor we have received any phone from senior . We are constrained to stop the payment of bill till the settlement of Bill .

Excess billing. As against normal average billing of around Rs 580, I have been billed nearly double the amount for Feb. There is no change in my usage. One particular day I have been charged Rs 500 plus which must be a mistake. Pl rectify and send me the revised bill.

    Sir,

    I have taken my airtel connection [protected] on[protected] from Gandhidham.
    First of all in Airtel relationship center they didn't tell me that Airtel has a very very poor network connection in Gandhidham.
    They cheated and i took a postpaid connection.
    My starter plan was hero retail 399 second plan - gj.
    From the first day i was having the network problem.
    still i paid the bill...

    I have wrote to airtel on 10th may regarding signal strength not good in my area. I got response from airtel and next day a person came to my home and checked the signal strength. From on that I am replying to them, but every time they raise a new call and say this will be resolved in some other day. This happened for atleast 4 times.

      Hello I'm Rajesh,I own a Airtel 3g dongle connection - number [protected]

      complaint 50980572 raised on 8th June - [resolve date 12th june 2013]

      Raised this complaint for the signal issue that i face inside my home.(Signal strength is 0%) done with basic trouble shoot by
      call operator.Informed they will send their engineer to my place to check the issue.

      There is field engineer from "Wipro" who works for Airtel has come to my home and taken readings of the signal strength.
      Also he informed that they will send engineer to increase frequency.

      But till 18th of june no one has called me,so i called Airtel with reference to complaint number "50980572",
      They informed that complaint is resolved as i confirmed that the issue is fixed,But the truth is i haven't recieved any call neither
      I confirmed anything.Hence Yelled at them they told they will re-open the same complaint and have my issue fixed.

      I recieved call from [protected](3.24pm) enquiring about the same issue and they told they will send people to fix it.But again no sound.
      As I'll be recieving my bill anytime soon I thought to call them and enquire about the same complaint.

      24th June 2013 - called at 4.10pm

      - ref.no - [protected] - Told that he will re-open complaint 50980572 and will make sure that i recieve call within 4 hours.
      But no call yet.

      - operator told he will transfer to his manager.But no Answer for 30 mins.

      AirTel — 3g service problems

      I called Airtel to enable 3g services on my Samsung Galaxy i9000 phone and then paid Rs 450 for the 600 mb plan. The amount shows up in Dedicate Account 11 but I cannot access the 3g service at all. There was only 1 setting to be done as per the SMS from Airtel (Change Network mode to Auto for GSM and WCDMA). I did the change but there is no 3g service. The Airtel Service center people are useless and claim that they cannot do anything. After one call to 121 or 198, you cannot talk to anyone (seems like the number is blocked forever). If we call 121 from Airtel Service center, the person on the other end hangs up as soon as s/he realizes that the customer is unhappy. What a wonderful service from a wonderful company!!

        Hi,

        My Airtel digital Acc. No. [protected]

        I have re-activated my account because airtel digital tv scheme for inactive customers. I got call that airtel regarding the 6 Month offer, you will get 6 month free. ( I have recorded call from you ) & activated my account again on[protected] by paying 1250 INR of 6 month charges ( 200 X 6 months = 1200 + extra 50 Rs. because your executive told me that resumption fees will be additional 20 Rs. )

        And they started my service saying you will get 1 year service now ( 6 month + 6 months free)

        Suddenly I got sms before 3-4 days saying your account is going to expired. And its suspended on[protected]. but actually my expiry date is[protected].
        so I called the service center & reported the issue.
        Yesterday I got the confirmation from your executive that u will get the remaining balance & account will active again till 5 PM today. ( I have recorded this call also )
        But in next morning I got call that I will not get the cashback, when I asked the reason, the airtel executive person behavior was very rude & not answering me the reason. Also he was talking in not proper manner with customer & cut the call. ( U can listen that call)

        Do the business on sound business principles & activate my account till provided offer date.

        AIRTEL DIGITAL TV — misleading by your customer care

        My customer ID is [protected]

        Yesterday I had called customer care and was connected to Mr.Devender regarding my requirement of a dueal conection for another TV he informed 2 schemes one is advance rental and other 999
        I opted for 999 scheme for which I was informed to pay 999 + 200 to my above account and call up customer care again and inform about payment and then within 24 hours airtel will send an executive with a another setup box and install accordingly.

        I immediately recharged my account with Rs.1200 and called up customer care this mornoing.
        Shockingly i was informed that this is not a procedure and they sugested to lodge a complained regarding the same and the issue will get sorted. i REALLY DONT UNDERSTAND OF WHAT IS GOING ON WITH AIRTEL AND HOW TO RESOLVE MY PROBLEM. I am not jobless I cannot be hanging on the phone the full day and keep repeating to your lowzy customer care people .
        Please come with a solution I had recharged my account I want Airtel to istall my dual connection within 12 hours.

            I am Akilan. My family holds around 5 airtel phone connections and two DTH connections without any issues.

            I took a new Airtel broadband connection - number [protected] . This has been a headache from day1. What speed was promised was not delivered (I understand it is many a times common with broadband of service not being upto the desired quality) and I was dissatisfied. I wanted to close this account and that was the reason for the delay in payment.

            But the issue here is that my mother, sis-in-law, brother and myself received abusing and threatening calls from [protected] (some collection agents number) .I need redressal for such uncivilized behaviour of these collection people. I am ready to pay the due. I am unable to identify the collection agency to take legal recourse. Please advice on what legal recourse I have so that these people are positively punished. I am ready to bear the legal cost and also ready to pay the Billed Amount.

            Airtel Broadband — Collections Call

            Recieved a call from Nisha Kumari from their Vasant Vihar branch reporting in to Om Prakash TL and Sanjay Kohli Floor Manager. Was rude and impolite and upon reminding her she started harassing me.
            Further, have been trying to write a complaint in the Airtel website but it does not take the complaint.
            Really sucks.

              i m a prepaid coustmer of airtel and using my num [protected] for past 10 years. my airtel account became nil due to data services. i m trying to make talk time recharge but it is unable to make recharge saying that racharge not successfull on your mobile. i have tried phone to phone recharge and through paper coupon. but it was unable to make recharge. due to zero balance i can't make a call or sms. when i tried to contact coustmer care executive it disconnects my call automatically with a computerised massage. i m trying to contact coustmer care for past 3 days, but all in vain. now neighter i can make a call nor contact to coustmer care executive. plz help me.

                I have request for MNP ( Portiblity) from airtel to vodafone, airtel keep calling daily 2-3 times from there call center and asking same why u shifting, i told them i want to be shifted and they not getting it forward and keep calling daily to get convence..... It's really frustrating ...... i want them to do needfull and stop calling.

                  I bought Airtel 4G LTE in last month date 29. I asked the Airtel executive for a demo and he came to my place for demo. For demo they user their device. The demo was so nice the dongle was working so nice in my hall at the speed of min 15 MBPS where in my Bedroom its around 3 MBPS. The most of the use of my internet is in my Bedroom as I need to work in US shift in night. I have mentioned all these details to that executive and I liked the demo. I asked the question to executive like, when I will get my dongle it will work same like the demo provided as well as the speed will be same. He promised all will be same and will work fine. I paid all the money 2499 INR with the details. I got the Sim card same day where I got the dongle within 2 days.

                  I got different manufactured dongle where at the time of demo it was different which was more flexible as well as descent in look. But I was more concerned about the use so I ignored it. The next day my internet gets started after verification and other process Airtel have. I was not getting speed of more than 3MBPS in my hall where it was min MBPS at the time of demo and in my bedroom no network. I got irritated and called the executive who sold me all this. He came to my place and was trying to figure out what is the problem. I asked him use your sim card in my device and we will check. We did and it was working so we found the problem of Sim card. He asked me to put complaint and I will get new sim card. I put complaint and the network executive come to my place to check the problem he checked the network and checked it is a sim issue as they need to follow the process. I waited for that person for whole day I took holiday for that.

                  After 3 days I got sim card where I need to call them three times as well I went to the place which was comfortable to that executive who gone provide me the sim card. Finally I got the SIM. I started the internet and was getting around 15 MBPS speed in my hall but there is not network no speed in my bedroom for which only I bought Airtel 4G LTE. I again called the executive who give me dongle as well as the executive who give me sim card. Sim card person told we will check the network as well as we will check the position of the tower in my area. And hopefully it will resolve the problem. It nothing happened all is same. Well, I called the executive from whom I bought the dongle. I asked to come my place to check this. He came to my place and the same issue was there he agreed it was working at the time of demo. It was surprising for me. For some time I felt THEY ONLY WANTS TO SELL THEIR DEVICE. Well, I asked him the solution or it was no use for me. I asked him to give me the demo of Router and he gave me the demo. We place the router in such place where I was getting a network in my bedroom with speed of around 3 MBPS. I asked him to give me router instead of dongle. He said ok I will provide you the same and you need to pay the additional amount. I was fin with that. He said give me 2 days of time I will work on this. After that I waited for almost 6 days, I was in regular follow-up with him. Called so many times he was just committing me that I will give it to you today where it was not. Then a day came he said today I will give you the router please keep the amount and dongle with you. I was having everything with me and I called him to come to my office place he said ok give me 30 min I am coming there. He dint came so I called him so he said sorry sir it won’t be possible to give you exchange of router instead of dongle. Again it was surprise for me. What to do now I feel I got fool. Airtel just sold me the device and now they are not entertaining me. I called that executive requested him he said put a complaint. I did that again explained all the details. The customer care executive raised an complaint. Now it’s a week time nothing is happened else false commitment. I got two three calls from different number i think those are just to make me fool. Nothing is happening. I called the customer care again about the follow-up of complaint. He gives me one more conversation number for reference and told it will get resolved within 24 hours. LOL its 5 days gone now I don’t know he said 24 hours or 24 days. I am trying to call on that number to whom I got confirmation that I will get it resolve but no one receiving my call. Now all executive, airtel team not even bothering to contact me. I am literally frustrated because of this entire headache. I lost so much of my time, money for so many calls but what I got nothing. Its very simple I found they make me fool.

I recharged my Airtel prepaid mobile on 19th jun, 2013 with an amount of Rs. 110 from the Airtel website https://pay.airtel.com/onlinepayments/prepaid-mobile-recharge.jsp . After the payment, the final page said recharge of your mobile could not be processed due to technical reason , but my credit card account got debited.The transaction id is 375346 .I want my money to be refunded ASAP.

                      Airtel — Misbehavior of the Executive or Misguidance

                      Hi Sir/Ma'am,

                      I am a consumer of Airtel Postpaid Mobile number of [protected] and due to some problem i decided that i should convert this post paid connection to a prepaid connection.

                      I went to a Franchisee near to my place (NAAZ PLASTICS) and i asked the executive overthere about the wuery then i got a reply that i have to wait for the whole month as the bill has already got generated and it can not be done now any how ( any how means any how because i asked her about that) but when i went to the head office they accepted my application, when i again moved to that franchisee to show them that it can be done they misbehaved with me because I asked them about their Misguidance to me. The name of the Executive was Mr. Hasan Mukhtar, who asked me to get lost from there and abused me.

                      If this is the way an executive talks to a consumer then please tell me what to do coz i dont want to disconnect my Number as i am using this Number from a long time and in case if i will do this i will lose my precious for a long time from now.

                      I Jincy, residing at Jogeshwari, Mumbai using the airtel connection since last two years. Now the problem is, I cant make the STD calls having code 0482 from my residing area.its not from my Mob or anyothers having airtel connection.                       This is ASIF IQBAL, i have been the customer of AIRTEL since past 8years and i got all the professional and personal contacts and links with that number only, Since past 3 to 4 months i am unable to send texts to any number, I almost changed 6 to 8 handsets. But still there is the same problem. So i tried contacting to customer care. I was unable to get connect with them may be due to network error. Finally it got connected 27/06/2011 back and i spoke to the customer care executive. He took my complaint and the complaint number is CLSMS[protected]. He said me that it will get rectify by 29/06/2011. Then again i contacted the customer care on 29/06/2011 almost 5 hours back to back i was trying to contact the executive but the network is so worst that it didn't got connect. Later next day again i spoked to the executive and told him the concern, He couldn't able to answer my query and he transferred the call to Mr. Nizam (Supervisor) I told him everything about the problem which i am facing through AIRTEL. He took my complaint, the complaint number is CLSMS[protected]. And he promised me that it will get rectify by another 4 to 5 hours. I told him very clearly that in case if my query is not going to be solved the time which he said. I am going to book a complaint in consumer forum about the airtel. I do have all the messages which i got from airtel. Please help me sir. I would like to claim the compensation from airtel. Because of their careless service i lost my job. And i had told the executives and supervisor even about this. I have a hope that atleast i have this way to tell my problem.

                      Airtel boasts itself as of the best service provider In India. But it lacks in some basic things.
                      1. Why are you barring calls saying proper documentation is not receive. In the first case why are you providing the sim without verifying the documents.
                      2. If your dealer is not submitting the documents to you, is that a customers problem. In that case why are you appointing dealers who are .
                      3. Please train your customer relationship team properly before they are given the work of dealing with the customers. Teach the some basic things of dealing with the customers.
                      4. Spend money in improving the service you provide to the customers, that gets you more customers. Not advertisements.
                      5. You are such a big company. Why can't you provide the online way o[censored]ploading documents.
                      I am using Airtel services for mobile.
                      I have issue regarding network as well as Blackberry services.
                      I complaining too many times at there customer care and on mail also.
                      Everytime they give reply but not solving issue.
                      They are charging me for each n every services.
                      I stop paying bill then also they are not solving, in fact they disconnected my outgoing.
                      Actually now they are harassed.

                        I HAVE BROUGHT AIRTEL TV CONNECTION TO GET A GOOD CHANELS,
                        FIRST THEY INFORM THAT YOUR MONTHLY CHARGES ARE RS105 , FOR 108 CHANNELS
                        IF WE PAY RS.250/ THEY WILL PROVIDE NEARLY 220 CHANNELS. BUT WHAT WE FOUND THAT IF WE USE OR NOT USE THEY WILL DEDUCT RS10.15 PER DAY, THAT MEAN RS.205
                        PER MONTH WE HAVE TO PAY TO SUBSCRIBE THE SERVICE , THIS HURT ME LOT .
                        NOW I PLAN TO DISCUNNECT THIS SERVICE PERMANENTLY, I HAD A LOSS OF RS2000/ AS THE BOX COST. SO I SUGGEST EVERYBODY DONOT BY AIRTEL TV SERVICE.

                        Dear sir,
                        I installled dish tv on 26th september 2011.My VC no. is [protected]. I opted for south family pack and paid 1599 towards installation and 6 months free service(Rs.185/p.m.). But your channel provided south silver sports pack(Rs.135/p.m.) scheme. I have contacted your service centre at Bengaluru[protected] and[protected] even they have sent order copy to your office and I have also contacted your south zone care centre over phone. They assured to change to south family pack from south silver sports pack. It has already passed more than 1 week neither they changed package nor they have contacted me. Please change our package to south family pack immediately or refund my money as I am not satisfied with your service.

                          I purchased a new airtel sim a couple of days ago. I have activated/verified with the usual process. I'm told that the number is active now.

                          While my incoming is working fine, I'm unable to recharge by any means. I tried online and phone to phone recharge. The retailer is clueless and so is your customer care dept. about this. No one has been able to help.

                            I have been using Airtel DTH since 2 yrs. ID [protected]. We are located on Bannerghatta Road. Bangalore. Since 6 days, we have been receiving bad signal which goes off intermittently with an error code of B 0001. WE have complained to the their number [protected] and the compliant numbers given to us was 31317221, 31250458, 31249269,31249010,31201797. Even though the complaint was never redressed, we keep getting a message on our mobile that the complaint has been resolved. The problem persists even after 6 days. The concerned person, assures us that the problem will be solved. The problem is not even attended, but we keep getting the message that the problem is resolved. Hope this gets the issue addressed.

                              I bought an Airtel postpaid sim from an airtel executive who sits in our company on 13th June.I got a verification call on 15th of June.I was told that sim will get activated on 17th June, but my sim wasnt activated.When I asked the executive he said it'll get activated by evening.From then on it has been really frustrating experience for me and some of my friends who also bought their sims from the airtel executive.They have been saying it'll start in the evening or the next day.When we call them up they dont pick up their phones.Another persoon also came to our office for verification and a second verification was done.But till now my sim has not been activated. The number I have taken is [protected]. The executive is Naresh (phn no- [protected]) and his manager is Anil (phn no.-[protected]).This is a way of fooling the customers.I want strict action to be taken against them and my sim to get activated as soon as possible.

                                Airtel blocking bank alerts from hsbc

                                It's been more than 1 year, since I have stopped receiving all bank alerts from my bank HSBC.
                                Numerous calls to both parties have resulted in frustration.

                                Now my bank has provided me withe screenshots as proof that they are sending me regular updates, but Airtel has blacklisted my number.

                                Airtel representatives still claim no responsibility.

                                i had wriiten many times to your customer center and even i made many calls to the customer care also .they had register my complaint and said will be reeving a call from the airtel care within 24 hrs.
                                but no one give me any call or any email hasn't sent to me. iam really sad on the service of the airtel.

                                i am akhilmenon ,my airtel no was [protected] which has been disconnected even though the connection is for a life time validity . as i was in a business tour for 3 months .i couldn't able to use my no .but the no was not switched off.i was able to receive messages from my friends as well as from the airtel . with out informing me they deactivated my service. i need my no back as my all contacts r in dat no. for that any penality is der am ready to pay it

                                Yes airtel is a cheat. they did the same thing with me. Even my airtel no. [protected] was suddenly disconnected few days back while it was in international roaming. The reason thay provided was that there should be a usage of balance atleast once in three months or one should recharge for rs200/- once in atleast 6 months. But both there reasons were completely false. I had used my airtel just 2 months back from the deactivation and even rechraged for more than 2000/-rs. Even numerous mails to airtel nodal office & appelate authority did not help. I even sent a mail to trai but it yeilded no results. How can airtel permanently de activate my no. that too for false reasons and even without sending me a warning sms? i will take airtel to court for sure
                                Iam frustrated from your service. U people behave with customer is not good. in Nov I got a bill of around 950 Rs, I didn’t even talk that much and you people said we will give waiver but I didn’t get any waiver for that again next month also I didn’t get any waiver and finally u disconnected my outgoing call without my concern and I told you people I don’t want to use your network still on Jan 26 I received a mail of another 300 Rs bill. You people not there to help customer. iam not able to understand how tata ethics is working like this . How you people are getting inside tata. I think tata is not care about customer he can hire any guy who doesn’t know how to behave with customer.
                                Finally the sad thing is one person name sekhar and his friend from collection department came to my home and before that also he called me many times from different no with different names and he scold me many times and he came to my home twice without my permission and he started scolding me in rough language and when I said come on Sunday we discuss about the payment after I talk with customer care, he didn’t listen anything and he enter in my room and when I closed the door he pushed me and behave in bad language even his manager also didn’t listen anything . he said go to police station no one can do anything . I called to customer care 1st day when he came to my home team leader promise me that guy never going to come to my home but he came again next time again I called to customer care then he went outside .

                                It s torture from one moth from tata docomo, iam gonna a patient now. I don’t want to you to entertain again. Just get lost why you people are behind me. Many times I called to customer care I told you my problems but you people are not listening. No one called me regards to my problem only they want their payment. They are not bothered about customer. Really it’s true that you people misbehave me.
                                Is this the way to talk with customer?
                                After all this do you think I will pay your entire amount?

                                  Hello,

                                  This is the third time I am having worst experience with Airtel. Here is the compliant for which I need a proper reply from Airtel.

                                  I had disconnected my Airtel 3G connection after a dismaying service and wrong billing done by Airtel. I was over billed for R.3749.98/- and by mistake I had made the payment. this was happened in the beginning of 2012 and I have requested airtel for a refund. My request was accepted and Airtel had agreed to make the refund of the excess amount paid by me. I have been following up for the refund for an year now and got no proper response from the customer care team, the only prompt response I got were the "auto replies" to the requests sent to 121.in.airtel.com. While following up with the customer care center two months back I was told that Airtel had already paid the money (by cheque) and as per the customer care department there is no refund pending from Airtel towards settling my claim. This is totally unprofessional as I haven't received any Cheque from Airtel to settle this case as agreed by Airtel and being a reputed telecommunication firm Airtel cant cheat customer like this.

                                  I need justice here and need my money back.

                                  Airtel — No proper service and refund delay

                                  We were planning to take an internet connection so we contacted the Airtel people(Bangalore). They were very interested in the beginning they sent their people the next day of our call to check the whether there is scope of internet connection in our area or not. The same day[protected] we filled the subscriber enrollment form having the SEF number TBLR 0130300. We even paid that guy 500rs as amount which should be paid along with the SEF. For almost a week we didn't receive any calls from the airtel people, after contacting them several time only they told us that connection is not possible in our area and money will be refunded. Till this day they have not refunded the money back to us nor contacted us. We receive a very cold response if we try to contact them. We would like Airtel people to resolve this problem as soon as possible and refund our money.
