[Resolved]  Airtel — Worst Service - Network problem

I am in chennai. I have connection problem in my broadband airtel network for past one month. I complaint with their service nearly twice a day but i did not get any response from them. Whenever i call they telling some BLAH BLAH BLAH.............. But no one willing to fix the problem. This is the worst service experience in my life time.

AirTel — Worst Worst Service

Dear Sir,

This is ASIF IQBAL, i have been the customer of AIRTEL since past 8years and i got all the professional and personal contacts and links with that number only, Since past 3 to 4 months i am unable to send texts to any number, I almost changed 6 to 8 handsets. But still there is the same problem. So i tried contacting to customer care. I was unable to get connect with them may be due to network error. Finally it got connected 27/06/2011 back and i spoke to the customer care executive. He took my complaint and the complaint number is CLSMS[protected]. He said me that it will get rectify by 29/06/2011. Then again i contacted the customer care on 29/06/2011 almost 5 hours back to back i was trying to contact the executive but the network is so worst that it didn't got connect. Later next day again i spoked to the executive and told him the concern, He couldn't able to answer my query and he transferred the call to Mr. Nizam (Supervisor) I told him everything about the problem which i am facing through AIRTEL. He took my complaint, the complaint number is CLSMS[protected]. And he promised me that it will get rectify by another 4 to 5 hours. I told him very clearly that in case if my query is not going to be solved the time which he said. I am going to book a complaint in consumer forum about the airtel. I do have all the messages which i got from airtel. Please help me sir. I would like to claim the compensation from airtel. Because of their careless service i lost my job. And i had told the executives and supervisor even about this. I have a hope that atleast i have this way to tell my problem.

AirTel — Worst service

Airtel boasts itself as of the best service provider In India. But it lacks in some basic things.
1. Why are you barring calls saying proper documentation is not receive. In the first case why are you providing the sim without verifying the documents.
2. If your dealer is not submitting the documents to you, is that a customers problem. In that case why are you appointing dealers who are .
3. Please train your customer relationship team properly before they are given the work of dealing with the customers. Teach the some basic things of dealing with the customers.
4. Spend money in improving the service you provide to the customers, that gets you more customers. Not advertisements.
5. You are such a big company. Why can't you provide the online way o[censored]ploading documents.
I am using Airtel services for mobile.
I have issue regarding network as well as Blackberry services.
I complaining too many times at there customer care and on mail also.
Everytime they give reply but not solving issue.
They are charging me for each n every services.
I stop paying bill then also they are not solving, in fact they disconnected my outgoing.
Actually now they are harassed.
