Dear Sir,

Recently i bought one Eureka Forbes Total Duo ( Rs.15990). In fact, i intended to purchase another model which is Rs.11990/- Aquaguard Enhance Model. But Eurkea Forbes sales guy one Mr.S Raja (mobile no. [protected]) told us that he would get the AMC reimbursement for the existing Revivo Machine ( which we are currently using) if we buy this Total Duo for exchange and he forced to buy this Rs.15,990 machine on the false commitment that this AMC reimbursement is not applicable for Rs.11990/- model. Actually, AMC for the existing machine which we are using is getting expired in April 2012 only. Even though he reiterated that he would get the AMC payment for the whole year[protected] if we purchase this model. On his commitment, we bought this model but now he is saying that our accounts dept said no to this reimbursement and also he didnt give the AMC form back to us. Due to this, i got a loss of Rs.4000/- otherwise i would have selected Rs.11990 model. Now he didnt give the AMC form and if we try to contact he is keep on telling lies and avoiding us.

I request your team to get the AMC form for the old machine to be returned to us and also he collected Rs.600 which has also to be refunded to us.

Please help us or get me his Manager's mobile no.

    dear all,
    what i understand from eureka forbes RO appliance, that it requires high maintenance. i had purchased the appliance on 22/03/09 and since then i ve spent the amount equal to its cost for only maintenance. be it leaking tap, membrane or solenoid valve eureka forbes RO appliance has got all reasons to cheat the customers. i m planning to throw away the RO system and finally buy an assembled one which my neighbour has with zero maintenance and yet having same TDS value.
    what is the use of going for a renowned company? i regret!!
    whenever a customer service executive is called, he repairs one and spoils something else.

    My RO Purifier is not functioning since last 10 days. I have lodged complaint with your Customer Care Cell on 14.02.2008. But till date they have not fixed the problem. The technician visited my place on 15.02.2008 & have intimated that the pump is defective & need replacement. The RO Purifier is under Annual Maintenance Contract of One Year having Customer Code[protected], Contract Receipt No. 45, Serial No. 20012104 dated 22.09.2007.

    Despite my repeated requests the executives of the Customer Care Cell (Tel No. 2422760,70,80) neither register my complaint properly & gives me my Complaint Number nor do they arrange for speedy redressal of my complaint.

    Here I want to point out that the place where I live in (Sector-7D, Faridabad) receive hard and contaminated water, which is not at all fit for drinking or cooking purpose. That is why I had opted for RO Purifier of your company, being the most reputed one. I am facing a lot of problem due to its non-functioning.

    Hence, it is my earnest request to you to look into the matter & arrange for prompt redressal of my complaint or else I would have to move to the Consumer Forum for inefficient After Sales Service despite having an Annual Maintenance Contract.

    Eureka Forbes — malfunctioning

    Delay in attending complaint
    My RO Purifier is not functioning since last 15 days. I have lodged complaint with your Customer Care Cell on 12.02.2008. But till date they have not fixed the problem. The technician did not visited our institute till date. The RO Purifier is under warranty period for two years . it has been purchased on 10/8/2007 and installed on 27/8/2007 by Prabhakar Singh M-37 Gk II NewDelhi- 110048

    Despite my repeated requests the executives of the Customer Care Cell (Tel No.[protected] neither register my complaint properly & gives me my Complaint Number nor do they arrange for speedy redressal of my complaint.

    Here I want to point out that the place where we live in (IIT Delhi) receive hard and contaminated water, which is not at all fit for drinking and experimental purpose.     I have purchases Eureka Forbes Aquaguard Total SENSA with Blue G Technology latest in the field of RO around 5 months back at a cost of Rs. 19000 through Eureka Forbes Sales representative. Since that it has given be problem twice and this time even after loadging the complaint to the sales representative on last Saturday i.e. 25.10.08 and he promised me that by sunday or latest by monday the engineer will come and rectify the said problem. On regular follow up he still confirmed me that monday evening he is coming and were waiting till 2000hrs in the evening. Till today nothing has been done and we are forced to buy water from the market for the drinking purpose. And now he is not even picking up the phone. When I enquired about about the status with the customer care center he recognised me by my name and home address but says that I have not registered any complained with them and talked so rudely to me as if I have comited some mistake by calling him.

    Hence, it is my earnest request to you to look into the matter & arrange for prompt redressal of my complaint or else I would have to move to the Consumer Forum for inefficient After Sales Service despite of having one year warranty.

    Eureka Forbes — malfunctioning RO

    I had purchased Forbes-Springfresh RO system from BIG Bazaar VIP Road on 06/04/08.

    Since then i have been cursing myself for buying this company's product.

    This particular piece of machinery has given us problems not less than 7-8 times in the last 6 months. Every few weeks the water output becomes negligible and we have to lodge a complaint - where there is a minimum waiting period of 2-3 days before its attended.

    Going by the number of times the problems have cropped up, i am sure that we have been given a defective product or worse still I believe this company does not make good quality products.

    I would like this company to either replace my product (its in warranty) or else refund my money back

    EUREKA FORBES R.O.SYSTEM — No repairing

    i have purchased one eureka forbes aquaguard R.O. system cost of Rs.10,000,in sept.2009.
    but it's working has been totally failure in dec.2009. from then it has not been repaired till today,after calling many time.
    Only in 3 months it has been failure.being in warranty period company is not responsing.
    i m in trouble that what should to do...........?

    iam srinivas from vijayawada, ur R.O smart is not working properly, i contact ur service center, vijayawada, near mogalraj puram branch, the technision is miss management of purifier, he said its condition is ok, also suggeste to change the memoreine, i said ok, i pay nearly 3500 rupees of money to them, after that iam not satisfiied for his work, beacuse of the water is not good,
    after 1 month i conact again, no body cn response about that, onece again he chekc(another technisan)he said just change the 10 inch candle, i said ok.after that its not working properly, still same unpurified water is comes from the R.O SMART system, the TECHNISAIN ARE CHEETING ME, I HAVE THE RECIPETS, WHAT THEY DOING WROK,

      I have purchased a RO water purifier from Eureka Forbes in the month of december. I have been having problems with the machine since the time i have bought this. I have to end up calling for a technician every 15 or 20 days. The product that they have launched is not a good one and i have been duped with the several details given by the sales guy about the product functionality. I have also not received my original receipt which they claim that a customer would receive within 45 working days.
      I have been made false promises by each and every executive on the call.

      I purchased the eureka forbes aquasure about 3 months ago. The product stated giving problems from the scond month itself. I called eurea forbes and twice they gave me a complaint no. but no one turned up. When i cld again for the third time, a representaive tells me that they no longer give home service for the aqua sure product besides the fact that she was very rude. If they did not want to give service at home you do they claim to do so at the time of sale. And why did they give me a complaint no. twice if they was no service person goin to come home. I strongly recoomend not to buy any eurka forbes products. They make big claims at the time of sale but their after sales service is pathetic.
      Same here.. I will never EVER recommend Eureka forbes for anyone hereafter.

        I am owning Eureka Forbes, Tornado Trendy Vacuum Cleaner for the past 10 years. I wanted to purchase Paper bags which are consumable used in the vacuum cleaner. The service centre in Bangalore informed that they can supply the nest day. After sometime a call came from the service centre that they can not support in this regard and we need to buy a new Vacuum Cleaner itself. Again i called up the service center and i was told that the bags are available and can be delivered. Later on he retracted saying that they cannot support and we need to buy a new one,

        IS THIS THE WAY OF TREATING A CUSTOMER???
        IS THIS THE WAY TO SELL YHE PRODUCT???
        THE CMD OF THE COMPANY SHOULD KNOW THE GROUND REALITIES OF HOW CUSTOMERS ARE BEING HANDLED.

When ever I call the Eureka Forbes staff they are more keen on selling their new product and they dont support for their old product. This is definitely not the way you treat your customer.         I have a Euroclean 2000 vacuum cleaner for which I need paper dust bags. I had contacted[protected] and they gave me number of service centre ([protected]). When I contacted the service centre, the gentleman was utterly rude and didnt even listen to what I was seeking for.

          I Mrs.Gulsaba have made maintenance contract receipt no-45 form no[protected] of EUREKA FORBES at raja bajaar Patna.They have charged rs.6620 for maintenance of above product from[protected] to[protected] but they never attended on a single call., on repeated calls or by attending office physically myself they come for repair but on being repaired it is observed from last six months that the product develop problem after a gap of fort night.It appears that either they are not doing the service honestly or may be replacing the defective parts of product with sub-standard or duplicate parts,i feel cheated after enrolled as member of comprehensive service contract of product.I have only paid the sum for contract for the no.1 water filter of India EUREKA FORBES.The terms and condition says four periodical visit of agent for maintenance but it is also not followed.The people of your company are only not only giving due service but are defaming your brand name as cheater.Please contact me on my husband [protected]@gmail.com

            Gave so many calls for attending my RO system bought from Eureka Forbes company which is under two year AMC starting from 29/8/11 to 28/8/13.customer number registered in aqua guard is [protected].
            So far people have not attended the fault and am buying water can from the shop.
            over and above the money lost,tension in the house is very high.Totally i might have spend at least twenty calls to their service centre.
            actually an outsourced person namely RASA Care is doing the service on behalf of aqua guard.
            They have not turned out yet.

                  We bought a vaccuum cleaner on 31st january 2012.
                  Our payment cheque cleared on 12 th Feb 2012. through scratch card we got a gift of travel bag and trip. For us to claim original invoice is required

                  We have not got original invoice even now. No one responds properly . before the purchase they were after us assuring very good service.
                  Gift has to be claimed before 31st March 2012.

                  Even the trip package any date you book it says not available.

                  This is a sheer case of cheating.

                  Also we feel the vacuum cleaner is faulty. Even after calling for so many days none of the technicians came back

                  Eureka Forbes — Faulty Products

                  I really need your help with this.
                  I have the following machine installed for an aqua guard-RA. I have been facing persistent service issues with the same form the date of purchase. There seems to be some problem every month as I need to call the service executive.
                  Your engineers have been excellent as always, but with some problem in the machine they can't do the job required.
                  The candles need to be replaced once every two months. There seems to be some kind of defect with the machine from the day I purchased. Request you to replace the needful.
                  Can I ask that you look into this to ensure that the next service visit, arranged for, resolves the matter?
                  Please telephone me to let me know how you'd like to deal with this.
                  When the matter is resolved I'd be grateful for a suitable refund of some of my service contract costs.
                  I greatly appreciate your help.

                  Eureka forbes - RO purifier — Faulty Machine

                  I brought a RO water purifier from Eureka Forbes few months back thinking to provide pure driking water to my family. It never works continueosly from last 3-4 months. So we left without drinking water. The customer care of Eureka Forbes, Bhopal is so irresponsible towards their customers that they will never address your issue. They will not pick your call & when ever the complaints were reported to them, i have to keep on reminding for next 2-3 days.

                  The machine startrd giving problems after 5 months of buying & the flow of water detoriated day by day & sometimes in one full day it gives only 10 litres of water. Initially, The problem was informed to Service centre " Manu services". One guy came & said that the membrane is having problems & you have to change it .I asked how cvome it started giving problems after 5-6 months. then he just did some servicing & little water started coming out.

                  Again after the machine started giving problems & again the same replies & same treatment was done & finally i was fade up & called again Eureka Forbes a week back. The lady said some one will come by evening & then i have to remind her for next 2 days & finally no one turned up.(Last Complain No 21)I was not left any choice but to call up the guy from Manu services & asked him what to do. He said that all the filters has to be changed along with Membrain & it will cost you Rs 2850/ which is said that you change it . I asked the person wats the problem & then he disclosed that most of RO machines are not functioning properly & are regularly giving problems.

                  I am highly annoyed that the company is cheating their customers & selling a faulty product . I am your old customer & my earlier Aqua guard (Nova) gave me satisfactory performance but this is a absolutely rediculas machine & i think the company has cheated me . I am not going to give any money for the replacements been done as it was told to me by the time of buying the machine by the sales team( Mr Sachin singh & Mr Taneja) that the filters needs to be changed after one to one & half year.

                  I have purchased sensa 80000459 on 03jul10 from mathura through sanjeev sharma css code 9008163. machine was installed on 03 jul 10.
                  It worked for 4days only. complaint was regd with service centre on 08 jul 10 at mathura.mechanic visited my house next day and rectified the fault partly. he said that sensor was not working .he assured that he will put up demand for new part.
                  machine has been non functional since then.
                  I rang up again after 5days. mechanic came and examined machine and said that sensor was un serviceable and could not be repaired. he recommended for change of machine by sales manager mr sharma.i have been speaking regularly to sales manager at mathura and hesaid there is no mechine in stock.
                  beyond this neither the company rep has taken any action nor the mnc has initiated any action despite repeated complaints. the best part is that the consumer redressal no they flash in their ads is unreachable most of times and if you get through they make you wait for hours
                  LESSON: DO NOT BUY ANY EUREKA FORBES PRODUCT. PERHAPS THE COMPANY IS GOING BANKRUPT THAT IS WHY AFTER SALES SERVICES ARE BEING DECOMMISIONED

                  Hi,
                  I have bought Aquagaurd Total Sensa which is almost 7 months old now. My Eureka Forbes customer id is [protected] and Order #[protected]. They sold the machine but after that whether the machine is installed properly or not and whether its working or not they are not concerned about it. Even after doing lots of complaints, there was no solution to the problem. The machine is not purifiying the water properly. It takes more then 13 hrs to purify 9 litres of water. It is not working on the Intel mode which is Total Sensa's strong slogan for selling it. That it decides automatically which purification process to use. I have been calling the field officers directly also but they say they are not able to come as the parts to test the machine like its electronic circuit called PCB is not working.
                  Please sir take a strict action on Eureka Forbes as they just know to sell there products but dont provide quality and service at all.

                    I had purchased this model in 2010 and with in a short
                    time, the operating buttons beneath the power button(sticker) started to worne out.

                    I had asked the technician who came for AMC service to replace it, but the technician insisted on changing in the next service. This went on for 1 year and in the last week (24th Feb 2012) I had lodged a complaint 86449223 with another issue along with this one. During the service, I came to know a SHOCKING NEWS THAT THE COMPANY DONOT MANUFACTURE THIS PART AND SHOULD CONTINUE USE THE SPOILED ONE.

                    Today, the purifier which I had bought with amount 10,000 has become useless within 2years. Hence I suggest all the consumers not to go for this model at any cost.

                      i am dr.devendra purchased eureka forbes Aquasure water purifier on 17/12/2011 from Vijay sales, sion mumbai..in early feb i.e. within 2 months suddenly the outlet started leaking even if the water purifier is in switched off mode..it stopped only when i cut the water supply..i called upon the helpline number.and within 2 days the service engineer replaced leaked valve which sucks water..it was told to me that it can malfunction again.and advised me to install a booster pump costing rs.3000 to avoid this problem in future..
                      After replacing the valve the water flow has reduced significantly and now its taking 10 min to fill a bottle of 1 litre..on the contrary this filter assures you flow of 2litres/min..i called upon the engineer, he told me the filter is at fault..he dint do any paper work...since then last 2 weeks i have been calling helpline repeatedly..they just apologize but not fixing the problem..this pathetic service when the product is just 2 months old..my request number is 86385347..

                        I bought the Aquaguard Total Enhance in December 2011. This product makes a humming motor noise, which is higher than tolerable and unusual. I initially thought it was faulty. But, the service technician confirmed that this model has a noise and is featuristic, due to the position of a filter/motor. This is the only annoying factor, otherwise water taste is fine. So, I suggest anyone who wants to buy it should watch it installed in a place and make sure that the noise is tolerable and then go for it.

                                Purchased an Aquaguard Sensa RO unit for Rs. 18000/- on 25-Feb-2011.

                                Purchased the unit despite it being extremely expensive because the Eureka Forbes brochure claimed that the unit would deliver pure water no matter what the input source - corporation water/Tanker water/Municipal water....

                                However, the reality has been far removed from the claims since I have been having repeated complaints with the unit in terms of water quality since date of purchase. The product brochure claimed that 4 free service check-ups would be done by Eureka Forbes but despite repeated follow-ups only 3 have been done (one other was done because the unit had started leaking water all over the floor and is not counted as a service check-up). The last service was done on 11-Feb-2011 by Mr. Ranjit and Mr. Gangadhar Reddy from Poorna Solutions to whom it appears that Eureka Forbes have apparently outsourced the servicing. Based on my repeated requests as part of the service call, Mr. Ranjit and Mr. Gangadhar measured the TDS (Total Dissolved Salts) rating of the unit and noted that it was abnormally high at 179 (should be between 40-80). They had no explanation as to how the TDS became so high even though the unit was last attended to by Mr. Prakash Acharya (again from Poorna Solutions) on 02-Dec-2011. They advised changing the membrane to rectify the issue and the same was done on 11-Feb-2011. Despite changing the membrane, the problem is still around since my vessels still have a coat of white salt all around the inner surface - I use ONLY the RO water from the unit since these vessels are used for my 9 month old kid and I am very cautious not to mix vessels and check vessels repeatedly before and after use. The vessels were checked before the RO water was poured into it and it was absolutely clean with no scaling. However, after 10 mins of boiling the RO water in the vessel, the salt scaling appeared and coated the entire vessel.

                                In the attached picture you can see the finger impression that has been left on the vessel base (in which I had used the RO water for boiling) and the sediment deposited on my index finger.

                                I have tried escalating the problem on the Eureka Forbes end repeatedly after this incident but there has been no action. It is to be noted that I have brought up this issue repeatedly with them in the past too and I have met with the same inaction and indifference from Eureka Forbes even for those complaints.

                                Would appreciate any help that I can get from the consumer complaints forum in helping me get some closure on this.

                                  while the asking replacement of machine, they are shifting the blame on dealer now.

                                  very poor , technical staff with very poor customer care service.

                                  i also saw more than 250 such complaint here against same company , i am not sure if this has any impact or not.

                                      I have purchased Aqua guard Compact on 21.10.2010 from pune direct sales representative DC No.16966366, ORDER NO.[protected] and my Customer ID is [protected].
                                      At the time of the sale so many false commitments that after free service only one time filter change is required for an year it costs Rs.300 around.Very less maintenance.

                                      They also said aqua guard classic is the base model where pre filter is located outside but in compact model pre filter will be inbuilt so it costs etc.
                                      because of the reasons i purchased COMPACT model.After one year i got transferred from pune to chennai.i thought to make service contract at chennai.the moment i installed my aqua guard it was not working at all so made online service request

                                      There was a call from the call center they sent the service person Mr. Augustine ([protected]) on 25/01/2012. He inspected & completely dismantled the kit & said service charge is Rs.375 one sensor has gone for that Rs. 190 total Rs.565. He also said there is no guarantee for electronics items. i also paid the amount Rs.565 as what he said.He enforced to put one Pre Filter outside or else this will get damaged quickly.

                                      I don't know for that reason only i had gone for compact model else i would have gone for the basic classic model ????

                                      He insisted to put the service contract Rs.1250 per year in that the filter will be taken care for other items customer have to pay This happened on Wednesday (25/01/2012). it was working fine on that day water was coming as earlier.On Thursday (26/01/2012) again there was a problem & no water from the unit. I tried to call him but he has not lifted the phone. the second day i got the line Friday (27/01/2012).

                                      He said that he will come on Monday (30/01/2012).He came on that day & after inspection said that circuit board has gone it will cost around Rs 1400.I was frustrated with the total service & cheating the customer, I refused & said no don't repair it. After that he was telling put service contract i will make the items free in that.

                                      I got a call from the customer care they said that the circuit board costs Rs.1800 & filter costs Rs.700 to 800 when i asked why there is a mismatch in the rates Rs. 1400 to Rs.1800 & Rs.300 to Rs.700, they are beautifully managing with words that new circuit board is costly & new filter is costly. I don't know whom to believe. In total Genuinity is missing.

                                      My one doubt is at the time of the sensor changes he completely dismantled the kit may be the malfunction can happened because of that. What customer knows?????

                                      If the circuit board is weak why he has not intimated at that time of sensor change?????

                                      If company says suddenly it can happen why it is perfectly happening after one year somewhere something is wrong!!!!!!!!

                                      If there is a real problem which happened after one year where is the quality for this costly product.

                                      my simple calculation is initial investment is Rs.8000 + service charge is Rs.565+ filter change is Rs.700.

                                      Nearly Rs. 10000 within one year & three months. If i would have gone for BISLERI / KINLEY mineral water it would have cost-ed me very less & will have a good taste also.

                                      Hi, I have similar product Dr. Aquaguard Magna RO+UV in year 2016 and we have updated the warranty period for two year.
                                      On 1st August 2018 the machine stops working and we have launch a complain [protected]. After that on 2nd Aug 2018 one of the technician visited for the service and found that the PCB needs to be replaced. He said he will replace the PCB, he then said the product is not available and need one or two days to get. Since then I have taken the follow-up and it has been 9 days I'm chasing service people but there is no response from there end.
                                      When we ask customer care person to hand over the call to your senior always we get answer that our senior is busy.
                                      We can't transfer call to them. Is this the way how a customer is treated

                                        My experience with aquaguard- EUREKA FORBES IN bANGALORE has been very bad, to say the least. right from installation, They have provided the worst possible consumer service. Competition between two nearby branches for installation leading to delay, providing the wrong model for my requirements- (as reported by the Manager!), delay in installation for days after payment- Can things be worse? This is in Koramangla branch/kanakapira branch...
