We brought an Aquaguard RO system. In 3 months the problem starts with the unit. Water is not coming into container instead it go to drain. When the service engineer comes he simply removes the filter and hit with his screwdriver and refits it. Then it will work for some days. When we ask this is the way they clear the filter? He doesn’t have any other tools clear the filter. I really think they don't have a proper mechanism to clear the filter. With in 2 months the filter is cleared 3 times and now filter is gone bad. Now they say it needs to be replaced and it is not covered under warranty.
My sincere advice NOT TO GO FOR ANY EurekaForbs products.
Now they just want to have sales but not give customers the best service even in warranty period.

I totally agree. I too paid rs. 900/- for a year's contract with a company with valid office, phone numbers and receipt but i got only one service and now none of the phone numbers are working! My machine is left unattended and the cylinder has not been refilled. I don't even know where to contact a proper servicing person. This company is worthless and I am thinking of switching to some other brand like PureIt.
