Aquaguard Water Purifier — product is not working | |||
Aqua-guard is not functioning from last 8 months.I have called 3-4 times to service centre but every time i am getting the answer that they will take this request in priority but nothing has happened till date.I have already made the request on 6August-2012 for unworkable water purifier of Eureka Forbes and till date i didn't get any response from your Eureka Forbes.I am very disappointed with the Eureka Forbes services. Aquaguard water purifier is not working. Dear sir,
I am SUDALAI SURESH, L&T Manager, Padiyanallore. I was purchase the AQUAPURE RO NANO water purifier (before two months), when the machine was installed that day onwards the machine repair. I was compliant so many time to the customer care and service center also(complaint Number[protected]. Till the machine is not service and now the machine is not working.so, kindly change the machine (or) return the money to me.
Note:1. The machine is purchase at Rathna Store, T.Nager

I bought aqua guard genious a year ago and after a month the LED light is not working and the same has been informed to the technision who came he thinks LD he will get it changed and till now there is no response. Now they are as ng to pay money as the same is out if warranty. One of the worst service and negligible response u have ever seen. Now I really regret taking this product.

Aquaguard Water Purifier — Not functioning
I purchased Aqua Guard Water Purifier in Sept 2008.Since then it is giving much trouble and inspite of sevral complaints - they / their Service Franchise have not send any Sr. Service Engnr and I amj in deep trouble.
Pls help me in this matter.
