[Resolved] Aquaguard — Worst Service and Product | |||
Purchased Aquaguard reviva in 2011, within 3 months installed product got problem and we are not able to get purified water, and we called customer care updated the problem, but there is no immediate action, after rigorous follow-up they sent one service engineer, according to is demand, we waited for is visit 4hrs , taking off from work, this services engineer just spent 2 min, and informed we have to pay for replacement of filter, and forced us to pay for that, replacing the filter we got purified water for 20 days, and again the similar problem we encountered, this time we decide to burn or through away this product, and as last attempt we called Customer care center and explained all the stories they sent one cheating service engineer, and this fraud informed, if we entered AMC, they will take care of the problems encountered in One year, we believed is cunning words and Paid Rs. 3511 for AMC. due to personal reason (want abroad) we were not used Aquaguard for 6 months after taking AMC, and after coming back we just started using this Aquaguard for 5 days again this third rated product giving same problem, and this time when we called customer care center they sent India No.1 cheating/cunning service engineer and he informed according to is company, if sign for AMC for one more he will do the service , even though we are under AMC, he want us to sign the AMC for One More year and want to pay the money even though we are under AMC and warranty. After paying money for next year AMC he will give the service. With My experience, Aquaguard is No :1 fraud/cheating company Kindly don’t buy their product, if it all anybody want to cross check my words, Kindly call me Mobile.No: [protected] or send me mail: [protected]@yahoo.com to authenticate my experience Overall, Aquaguard least bothered about customer and there paid money, just they want squeeze the customer whatever possible way to get the money they have reasons to tell, even if you paid the money for their service Worst service, No 1 cheaters,. AquaGuard — worst service
My mail to eureko forbes ...Hello,
Inspite of my repeated effort in august last year to get my purifier serviced and candle replaced, your earlier franchise people could not be of any help nor your central call center to close my complaint.
Your service person came in august with a new promise and shameless face and said they had some problem as the earlier franchise was closed and this newer one is in its place. with all big talks and request to meet any service requirement he managed to extend the contract from me for another 3.5 years. I had mentioned that candle is due as my purifier was purchased in 2006 and it was changed only once in 2007 though contract was till july 08. he said once the contract is renewed it would be done soon. service personnel was very much on time to collect cheque and provide me with contract receipt but as doubtful he never appeared after august to replace nor to service my purifier and money for service has been collected til 2012. Such a shameful character reflected by your company really surprises me. it would be almost 2 years candle has not been changed, purifier as good as no purifier in place and its totally scrap for me as of now. Inspite of timely payment for service no service nor any response was ever made available, yes expect to collect cheque.
I am initiating this mail just to retain a copy in black and white for myself so that i can use it as a reference. am considering the legal option via consumer court and I intend to do this as your comapny with such a penetrative health concious ads on media are actually your stunt to play with sentiments and health conciousness of people. you infact have become a just a business minded organisation fooling people on this front, this is all i can say from my expereince. so only i have provided my feedback on your site as well have taken initiative to put in my query / review in places where it can reach maximum people.
I request you to provide some responsible senior executive's detail (mail or contact no.) who is in charge of complains so that i can escalate this issue to him directly; as am tired to call your call center and hear loose assurances again like last year.

Aqua Guard — out of service without use
My aqua guard is out of service since i had not use it for last 25 days. I bought it 16 month before . Now they asking for 2000Rs to get re started.Aqua sales and services — Fraud and cheated
