I had purchased eureka Forbes aqua guard aquasure smart uv from dealer g mart (address S No 125 Shreeji Vihar, Opposite Kunal Icon, Pimple Saudagar, Pune - 411027)on 13.12.2012.the dealer gave me false information about the product.he said there is music in the purifier that is when purifier will be on music would run at that time.i came to know that it was incorrect when it was installed.please help me get my money back from such fraud dealer.

    I have take the AMC (on Site) from the company for the Two years. And They have committed for the four services. But they have provide only two services. One at the time of making payment and one after making follow up for the four months.

    Eureka Forbes — non service of request

    We had purchased a Compaq model of acquaguard around 7 months back. We had placed a service call on 15th of june and since then has been continously following up. Non of there represebntatives have called up yet.

    This is clear case of deficiency of service.

    we need to raise up the same
    Dear Sir, I have purchased water purifier AIG TOTAL INFINITY S.N 6044605 AT COST OF RS. 9590/- FROM Eurekasubhash house 48 e block, sri ganganagar on date 30/10/2010.the customer sales specialist mr.subhash swami.from the day of installation,the above purifier is not working . I have made no. of request to the company but no one responded yet.I request you to please look into matter and do needful.

      I bought a Aquaguard Infinity Model through a Sales Executive of Eureka Forbes who came home and took the order. He was so nice while taking order. Th real face of the company came after i received the product.

      There was no follow up or call on the installation. I called up amny times @ many numbers and lodged complaint with customer care as well. Till now there is no response. Everytime sme or other person will say it will be done in 2 days.

      Its been 1 month now that the product is lying @ home without installtion. This is height of customer service. I have not come accross such fruad people in life. Even if they do the installtion in some days i really doubt their service in future.

      At this point i think i have wasted my money.

      PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCT OF EUREKA FORBES (ESPECIALLY AQUA GUARD). BE AWARE.

        Dear Sir,

        I would like to lodge a complaint against Aqua Guard's poor customer service.
        Initially we had an i-Nova water purifier. The sales agent forced us to buy a Reviva model saying that the water contained a lot of dissolved particles which are best treated by a Reviva model.
        Now we pay an AMC of Rs 3500 but get no or poor service.
        A water purifier related complaints should be treated as high priority, since we have no drinking water.
        I raised a service request 5 days back with Aqua Guard and still no service.
        How can I take action against Aqua Guard to ensure proper and prompt service.

        Eureka Forbes Aqua Reviva — Worst Service ( Customer Care)

        I have raised a complaint on 14th Jul 2010 and my complaint number is 83212577. I have not given any proper reply from Euro Customer care. It clearly indicates your Post Sales services. At the time of sales, you people came more than 10 times to buy a product & after sales your services is worst. Fed backj in lodging complaint. Iam purchasing can water for last one week due ti your poor services. I have even infact raised an complaint in Online and i didnt get any reply. i need the entire issue to be solved by Tomorrow.
        I'm naveen from velachery i bought a aqua reviva water purifier last two month back, it, s cost is 12, 000/-, in that time the rep person told me, sir one year free replacement warrenty with out any condition, but now with intwo months fillter candel is failed not purifing the water then i report to the customer care he dosen;t take care about this problem daily i'm calling to the person, no body not take care .aqua purifier services is very very worst now i, m daily bought can water, so any body idea to bought aqua water purifier please drop the idea.
        I strongly agree with above compliant. I bought Eureka Forbes Aqua Reviva while buying they told they will come and test the water 4 times. Forget about 4 times even one time also nobody has come. I have changed the house I raised request to reinstallation I called 10 times to customer care center every time they are saying it will be resolved with 48 hours. They should tell "it should be resolved with 48 days"….. Instead of getting service from these getting tatkal train ticket during pongal is very easy.

          Purchased Aquaguard reviva in 2011, within 3 months installed product got problem and we are not able to get purified water, and we called customer care updated the problem, but there is no immediate action, after rigorous follow-up they sent one service engineer, according to is demand, we waited for is visit 4hrs , taking off from work, this services engineer just spent 2 min, and informed we have to pay for replacement of filter, and forced us to pay for that, replacing the filter we got purified water for 20 days, and again the similar problem we encountered, this time we decide to burn or through away this product, and as last attempt we called Customer care center and explained all the stories they sent one cheating service engineer, and this fraud informed, if we entered AMC, they will take care of the problems encountered in One year, we believed is cunning words and Paid Rs. 3511 for AMC. due to personal reason (want abroad) we were not used Aquaguard for 6 months after taking AMC, and after coming back we just started using this Aquaguard for 5 days again this third rated product giving same problem, and this time when we called customer care center they sent India No.1 cheating/cunning service engineer and he informed according to is company, if sign for AMC for one more he will do the service , even though we are under AMC, he want us to sign the AMC for One More year and want to pay the money even though we are under AMC and warranty. After paying money for next year AMC he will give the service.
          With My experience, Aquaguard is No :1 fraud/cheating company

          Overall, Aquaguard least bothered about customer and there paid money, just they want squeeze the customer whatever possible way to get the money they have reasons to tell, even if you paid the money for their service

          AquaGuard — Aquaguard is out of use

          WE have lodged a complaint on 20/10/2008 with our local customer care centre. My complaint number is 270. till date the complaint has not been attended.

          AquaGuard — worst service

          My mail to eureko forbes ...

          Hello,

          Inspite of my repeated effort in august last year to get my purifier serviced and candle replaced, your earlier franchise people could not be of any help nor your central call center to close my complaint.

          Your service person came in august with a new promise and shameless face and said they had some problem as the earlier franchise was closed and this newer one is in its place. with all big talks and request to meet any service requirement he managed to extend the contract from me for another 3.5 years. I had mentioned that candle is due as my purifier was purchased in 2006 and it was changed only once in 2007 though contract was till july 08. he said once the contract is renewed it would be done soon. service personnel was very much on time to collect cheque and provide me with contract receipt but as doubtful he never appeared after august to replace nor to service my purifier and money for service has been collected til 2012. Such a shameful character reflected by your company really surprises me. it would be almost 2 years candle has not been changed, purifier as good as no purifier in place and its totally scrap for me as of now. Inspite of timely payment for service no service nor any response was ever made available, yes expect to collect cheque.

          I am initiating this mail just to retain a copy in black and white for myself so that i can use it as a reference. am considering the legal option via consumer court and I intend to do this as your comapny with such a penetrative health concious ads on media are actually your stunt to play with sentiments and health conciousness of people. you infact have become a just a business minded organisation fooling people on this front, this is all i can say from my expereince. so only i have provided my feedback on your site as well have taken initiative to put in my query / review in places where it can reach maximum people.

          I request you to provide some responsible senior executive's detail (mail or contact no.) who is in charge of complains so that i can escalate this issue to him directly; as am tired to call your call center and hear loose assurances again like last year.

          Aqua Guard — out of service without use

          My aqua guard is out of service since i had not use it for last 25 days. I bought it 16 month before . Now they asking for 2000Rs to get re started.

            Eureka Forbes Limited — Poor Servicing

            I had purchased 'Aqua Guard RO Silver' 4 months back. As promised by the sales person, I would be entitled for 8 Free servicings in 2 years. 4 months have passed but not person from Eureka had come to service my machine. Servicing is badly needed since the machine is taking more than 2 hours to fill the whole tank (instead of 1 hour as taken earlier) and is also making noises of different types.

            I had called the Eurohelpline at 3988 3333 on 05.04.08 and was given a Docket Number and was confirmed that withinn 24 hours I would receive a call from the servicing department. But in vain. Thereafter, I had called at the same number on 12.04.08 and then on 15.04.08 with the same promise and asssurance.

              Sir,
              I would like to bring to your attention , the harrowing plight I have been encountering with one of the products of Eureka forbes ( Water purifier – Total Sensa). I bought an aqua guard “Total Sensa with SMP +” on November 16 and since the day of installation I have been having problems. This is one of the costliest available water purifiers from Eureka Forbes

              Issues are : Water leak , , water overflow, UV mode not functioning , basically the entire system is unusable.

              I have tried contacting the sales person who sold it to me and he has washed off his hands saying it is a service issue. And I have been contacting the service personnel and they have already visited me twice and still no resolution in sight.

              With the experience I am having I would never recommend someone for eureka forbes products . And I sorry to say that even if you buy a radio from a shop , if it is not working , you have an option to get it returned or replaced if you are not satisfied with its functioning , but with eureka forbes , looks like you are stuck and probably it is because of the flawed direct marketing model which your organization has adopted.

              Eureka forbes as an organization may be able to swindle one customer but not everyone , one way or the other the company will have to pay for its action.


              Having lost Rs 19,000 on a product which has not be operational or useless and calling your service engineers every other day for a resolution is not a very great experience for a customer who has shelled out his hard earned money.

              Hope you would give due consideration to my email and do the needful to get me working usable system or a refund for the same.

                we buyed Eureka Forbes / Vacuum Cleaner XForce for 8490 at nov 5 2012. we still get any invoice or warrnty card. the team leader named sudhhakar mob no_[protected]...

                and the demo person name suresh [protected]

                they told us there is 5 years warrnty for machine & part to part replacement

                & travel bag & diwali scratch crad.. utill now they didn't give the demo after selling the machine

                & the team leader suresh or demo person not responisng to our phone calls every day we'r calling 10 tyms... & also machine not working. they gave us a fake machine

                i hardly recommended to every person to dnt buy any Eureka Forbes products dn't make fools yourself like us

                  Hello All,

                  I have been using Smart RO model of Aquaguard from Euraka Frobes. Recently I shifted location and asked for installation and service. Even after repeated call to their customer call 39883333, they have not sent their technician for installation and service. I have call the customer service several times and every time I am promised prompt service. But nobody turns up not calls to checks if the service request has been addressed. Fed up with their nasty service, called again the customer care and asked to talk to manager. They gave me a mobile number and the concerned person is someone named Shyam. I am not sure if this is genuine contact no. Nobody picked the call on the given mobile number. I called the customer care again and asked to talk to authorized person on the same line. They put me on long hold and nobody responded. Oh! I forgot to mention, I have an AMC with Euraka Frobes for service and repair and it costs me around Rs 5000.00 per year. This is additional to the some Rs 8000/9000 (almost 5/6 years back) I spent for installation.

                  Yes, I am going to throw away the water purifier. If there is some problem or something, that can be explained and understood. Despite repeated promise of speedy service, nobody is bothered to check if the request has been addressed. I am really disappointed with Euraka Frobes and lets not talk about the customer care executive.

                  I would recommend people NOT to buy water purifier from Euraka Frobes. Does not make sense to buy a can of water everyday when a working water purifier is lying useless.

The body of the water filter is broken and complaint is pending since March 2012 and thrice complaint is made in August/October 2012 but so far no action has been taken from the company which is having its head office at Bangalore.

                      I had taken aqua guard service contract with the company for the year 27/02/2012 to 26/02/2013 No.: 20611975.
                      I had called at eureka forbes hubli office and inform about the problem on Monday 19/11/2012 regarding service the product, but till date i didn't get any response from them after calling several time.
                      Today again I called the company manager Mr. Nagraj while discussing the problem he started abusing and treating. same thing happened with us several time.

                      Was bery difficult to register a complaint after5 days of ph call and sms i was successful in registering a complaint. Then ur executive came and solve complain after 3 days. After 2 hours of solving the complaint again same problem ocuured.
                      I called 100 tmes to diff people in maninagar and ashram road branch in ahmedabad. They are very casually rceiving call and doing nothing. Person who came for service did not pick up the phone. After repeatation of ph calls yet nobaody has responded and they are very rude and noncoperative.
                      We have been buying water from outside for last 15 days. I have decided to register a complaint in consumer protection court.

                        Hi bought Aquaguard Reviva water purifier. I was told that the filter will come for 1 1/2 years and replacement cost is only Rs 1000/-. First thing that the filters did not last for 1.5 yrs..I started getting sour water after 1 year itself and the technician tells me that the filters cost me 3500/-!. Its open cheating by such a reputed company. Moreover I had a service request in between. The technicians the company employs doesn't seems to be qualified enough to be technicians. They are just trained individuals (mostly, uneducated). They don't under stand any bit of water purifications. Such an unprofessional service by Eureka. I don't know about others but I would never recommend Eureka forbes to any one.

                        Eurekha Forbes — cheating me by giving a false information about product

                        I purchased water purifyer from Eurekha Forbes at Eluru West god Dist Ap, while purchasing the product some one told me that we need to refill the filters every month, i personally asked the sales executive he said it is not necessary ..i told him i will not purchase it if it is the case he promised me it is not required, after a few months it started giving trouble we informed his one of the service peerson came to our home and he is saying that it need new filters to be installed worth 3000 and it should be ever year ...called the eurekha forbes office they are saying that we have not given any written commitment do what ever you can, and the most surprising thing is now they are dwmanding 3500 for the filters pls help he .

                        i recently purchased a aquaguard reviva ro system from eureka forbes .but now that is not functioning properly in the guarantee period.worst service in the world given by this company.

                        This is complaint regarding the aquaguard reviva RO which I have purchased from EUREKA FORBES Ltd. Technical engineer visited our house and said we need to change the filter which i need to pay. The warranty is still valid and we sparingly used filter as we are 4 in our family. According to the sales person he said we wil get minimum of 2 years without any additional charges for filter. Kindly take necessary action to resolve this at the earliest. I am very much disappointed with this.

                          We have purchased an eureka fobes crystal water purifiers. It not been installed from past 6 days. There technicians call us and tell they will be coming , but they wount come. From past 3 days i am coming home early , but these people don't have responsibility and commitment towards the job.
                          we bought a water purifier in the 2nd week of dec, 2009 and the salesman gave us 1 bill and said the other mentioning the warrenty period will come by post.which has yet not come.we have called the branch office many a times regarding this matter and the has been no response from ur side.5 months have passed and nobody gives a response.we have even called the sales man who came to install the machine but nothing happened.he was very interested in installing the machine but is no interested in solving problems.

                          i have purchased a eureka forbes vijay water purifier from sealdah BIG-BAZAR.they told me that installation is free and service is available on all working days except sunday.every saturday i called them on 10 am and the persons said please call me on 12 noon when i reach the office and then when i called him on 12.30pm each time he said the he is very busy and will try to come on evening before 7pm and never come.now already 3 months is passed by but still it is not been installed.i also tried to contact the customer care number and service center of eureka forbes using the manual given with the product but all the nubers are either invalid or not the correct numbers.

                                  Eureka Forbes has the worst customer service ever, SO PLEASE AVOID THEM!!!.

                                  I'm Mohan from Bangalore... I called the customer care on[protected] on[protected] and asked for new water purifier.. the very next the sales person named Arun called me and came to my place and suggested me to go for Total Enhance RO after testing the water. I agreed and later he took an advance amount of Rs.2000 and left the place saying the product will be installed the very next day. Next day no one showed up and after repeated calls to the sales guy.... finally got the water purifier installed after 2 days and the same sales person came and collected the remaining amount. That was the first time i got bad impression on this company. The purifier worked fine for about 2 weeks and later it stopped immediately. when i switch it on, the motor tries to start but goes off immediately... again tries to start and goes off... this keeps on repeating as long as the power switch is on... this is the first time where i started to believe that all the negative reviews about Aquaguard products on mouthshut.com, consumercomplaints.in and few other sites is true and started to regret buying such a pathetic product from Eureka forbes. Next day i called customer care and registered a complaint and they told me that within 24hrs they visit my place and get it repaired. Again no one showed up for 2 days, once again i called the customer care and requested them to solve my problem, again they made a fake promise saying that they will send the technician within 6 o'clock... no one showed up within 6 o'clock and for the next day too... Now i had only one choice.. that is to call the sales guy and ask for help... When i called the sales guy he told he will personally talk to the technician and send him to service the product the next day... again no one showed up... from past 5 days (since[protected] I'm frequently calling him and asking for help but in vain. I also asked him to take the product back and refund my money for which he replied he would email the head office and ask for it. He always tells me he would call me after checking the status but never he called me...

                                  Anyone who is planning to buy any products from Eurekha Forbes please think once again that their customer support is very pathetic and they never care for their customers after selling their product.                                     Since the AMC of my Aquaguard Total Enhance water purifier made on 15/10/2012, I am facing chronic problems with the machine! I have made requests to repair or replace faulty components but the cry is being ignored since. Initially the machine’s LED lamp started to fail due to non-availability of spares, then the water level sensor started failing to perform.
                                    The machine had been being inspected by clueless technicians and the problems are stuck with it after their repeated efforts! Even after paying Rs.4885/- towards AMC, the machine fails to perform as expected. Each time they service the machine, they instructed to flow away the storage water produced first. In this way, the precious water gets wasted but the problems are not solved!

                                    The persistent problems with my machine are:
                                    1. The production of water does not shut off even when the tank is full,
                                    2. The LED indicator does not glow to indicate the supply of electricity to the machine,

                                    I, therefore, would request you to take necessary steps towards redress of my grievances immediately.

                                      I’m Joshua Williams. V, now residing at the above mentioned address. I and my family have been loyal customers to your company since its inception in INDIA. As a person who lived abroad and seen several multinational brands I can confidently say that Eureka Forbes manufactures some of the best durable and reliable products, a few of which I have used and recommended to a lot of my friends and colleagues. My experience with your company has been great and is the sole reason for our loyalty towards the brand.

                                      A few months back, after doing an extensive research on the internet and by collecting individual feedbacks from friends and considering our experience so far I decided to buy the Aqua guard Duo RO system as against Kent RO purifier which I found to be the closest competitor in terms of technology and function. Easy pay Scheme was another attraction that your company offered which was not available with Kent.
                                      I must admit that the build quality of the machine was excellent and I was looking forward to a trouble free experience as ever with your products. But that expectation was short lived when one morning I walked into our hall only to plunge my feet into a pool of water caused by the continuous overflow from the tank (RO filter) all night. The incident rendered several items useless and I was close to being electrocuted as power extension strips were kept in the floor. The water also damaged an expensive hand woven Kashmiri carpet which we considered very valuable.

                                      Agitated over the incident, I immediately raised a complaint with the Euro Helpline as it was only a week since we had bought the equipment. I was told than an engineer should attend to the issue swiftly but he visited our place only 3 or 4 days later. I explained to him everything that had happened that day and he dint seem to care the least to empathize. I asked him what he intended do about it and requested that the equipment be serviced immediately or I be given a new fully functional machine with no defects. As a customer I exercised my rights which I believe I have, to demand a replacement against the faulty machine which wrecked our house.

                                      The service engineer said he just came to check on the issue and did not carry the spares to rectify the faults. He said the equipment’s water level sensor malfunctioned due to which the overflow had occurred. I told him another issue that I noticed. The blue pipe that sends out waste water was flushing out 24/7 and dint seem to stop even when the tank remained full. The service personnel stated that it was a problem with a set of springs and also suggested that the motor be replaced. I added that the UV light never came on even when the process was running once in six hours. He said that the light will come on and we may have failed to note it. He then left our house saying that he would return in 3 days with the necessary spares and the machine remained untouched. Three days later when I contacted him he said the parts hadn’t arrived and he will come over whenever it was available. In the mean while I wanted to check on UV light issue. So I installed my handy cam focusing the unit and let it run the whole night. The next day I ran through the footage to check if the UV light lit up anytime in an interval of 6 hours. The process did happen but the light never came on. It was already a month and a half and my constant follow ups with the service engineer did not yield as he never answered the phone. My wife insisted that we stop the payment in favor of Eureka Forbes for having cheated us by giving a non-functional product and turning a deaf ear to our persistent request to resolve the issue. But none of our measures seemed to bother anyone from your company to the least.

                                      During the course of waiting we decided to shift our house due to certain inconveniences that we were facing. A week after shifting we decided to fix the equipment as we had no proper source of drinking water. Everything seemed to look good after hooking up. The blue pipe stopped flushing water; the equipment seemed to have fixed itself. When we were just about to cherish the moment of happiness of a working machine, everything turned otherwise. The machine started making a loud noise that sounded like our common centrifugal pump pumping water out of a sump to the tanks. The sound was very loud that we turned off the machine thinking it might blow off any moment. We checked the water pressure through the tap and also the level of water in our overhead tank and there were no problems with it. Dejected about the situation we felt cheated for having bought the Equipment from Eureka Forbes and regretted our decision of not having given a second thought about Kent. My wife was unhappy both with the product and my decision of buying a Forbes product solely based on my loyalty.

                                      I then reached out to a local Eureka Forbes Franchisee office close to our house and informed them about the situation and I was assured that someone will attend to us at the earliest. Like every other promise made by Eureka Forbes this too just passed away. A month after we shifted to the new place I received a call from a lady who claimed to be calling from the Eureka Forbes office enquiring as to why the cheques that I issued under the easy payment scheme did not realize.

                                      I patiently explained to her the whole issue that I had been facing since the first incident. She then promised to send someone to take care of the issue and I conveyed my address. A month later three representatives turned up at my door stating that they have come to check the machine. I again spent all my time narrating the entire story and our disappointment with the equipment.
                                      One of the gentlemen claimed to be an area manager and he promised to have the issue resolved. The Two other drained the water from the tank turned on the machine filled water cleaned the tank and then declared the equipment to be in perfect working condition. I told them that I’m not satisfied with whatever they just did as the cause of the underlying issue was never determined. They failed to agree with me about any issue and suggested that I install an external filter for a higher level of filtration. I requested that the filter be fitted immediately but they said they do not have anything handy but promised to come and install it in a weeks’ time.

                                      As it has been the way, no service engineer turned up but someone from Eureka Forbes, who claimed to be a collection executive who never carried an Identity card or a name card/business card, came over to demand payments. I gathered all my patience and once again spend my entire time narrating my pathetic and bitter experience and clearly mentioned that I will not authorize any payments unless my request for a replacement is processed to my satisfaction. The man then left. As my nature of Business demands me to travel places I was not available or reachable for a few weeks and the only person other than me in the house is my wife. During one of those days when I was unavailable at my house my wife called me up and said that a person from Eureka Forbes by the name of Vibushnan has come to ask for payments. It was 09:15 pm and I asked him what business he had in my house at an odd time. He said that he was the person who sold me the equipment and asked me for the payment. Amidst my busy and hectic work i narrated the entire incident one more time and how my request for a replacement of the equipment never paid heed and only turned deaf ears. Vibushnan carried an unpleasant attitude and refused to understand any of my concerns. I told him that I will be unavailable at my house and asked him to come home after a week while I’m available.

                                      A couple of days later my wife again called me up and told me that Vibushnan came to our house at 9:30:Pm and stated that he wanted to take the equipment to be replaced with a new machine so as to fulfill my request. He convinced my wife that I had given the authorization to carry the machine from the house by calling him that day. My wife refused to let him in as it was late in the night and very Inappropriate to let anyone in the house during the absence of the male member of the family. But Vibushnan insisted that he has to take the machine to process my request. So she tried reaching me over the phone to verify but as I was held up in a remote location with poor reception I was not reachable. Panicked and Confused my wife did not know how to react to the situation and asked Vibushnan why he came at this time of night. Vibushnan reassured that the equipment will be replaced if he was allowed to carry it. Vibushnan then went into our kitchen unhooked the equipment and also removed the pipes and said that he would talk to me about it.

                                      When this incident was brought to my notice I was severely disturbed. But was relieved that my wife was safe. On my return I called Vibushnan over the phone and asked him why he had taken the machine without my permission and what was happening to the replacement and when I’m likely to receive the new machine. Vibushnan reluctantly replied that the machine is with him in their office and they will not process any replacement whatsoever and put forth an ultimatum stating that unless the payments are cleared the equipment that was taken from my house without my knowledge will not be returned.

                                      Having realized that my wife was deceived, tricked and victimized by Vibushnans conniving and scandalous tantrums. I was deeply hurt. For a person (Employee of Eureka Forbes) to come home at odd hours during the night while the male member of the family is not present and knowing when the women of the house is alone. I figured that Vibushnan and his accomplices must have closely observed our going out and coming in by hanging around our premises often. I was well convinced that he was either instigated by his company (Eureka Forbes) to use such cheap, unscrupulous, shameful methods or he acted upon his own understanding. Either which ways now I’m forced to take up this incident to the next level.

                                      It has been close to 3 months and we have not heard from anyone at Eureka Forbes. What I requested was very simple. A replacement of the equipment that failed to satisfy a customer. Isn’t good business all about delivering quality products and superior customer experience?

                                      By way of this letter I would like to inform you that I, my wife other members of the family are deeply hurt and disturbed by this incident and we have been advised by our family, friends and well-wishers to report and instigate appropriate legal proceedings against Vibushnan or anyone associated directly or indirectly with Vibushnan who acted on the influence of the company or upon their own understanding in this heist, in the interest of the safety and protection of several consumers like us and for the loss of our articles, time, money and above all peace of mind.

                                      Eureka Forbes/RO system — Non functional of RO SYSTEM

                                      The six RO Systems intalled at National Institute of openschooling, A-24&25, sector-62, Noida, UP are not working. These systems are under warranty. You are requested to take immediate action to make functional these systems at the earliest.

                                        I am samir Kar, from Visakhapatnam. I have purchased a Eureka Forbes Aquasure storage UV Water Purifier from M/S Nagraj and Co, Visakhapatnam., last year.

                                        The water filter is not working since some time and there is indication (LEDs) on powering on. On giving complaint to M/S Eureka Forbes, their service engineer came and told the spares are not available for this model and even if it is available the spares cost will be too high. He suggested me to buy a new eureka Forbes Water purifier l.

                                        I am astonished that within one year of procurement one model will be obsolete and spares will not be availiable. This is surprising..

                                        I MAJOR SANGEETHA JOSEPH OF COMMAND HOSPITAL AIR FORCE BANGALORE 560007 MOB NO [protected],ACUSTOMER O[censored]REKA FORBES,BY USING AQUA SURE STORAGE WATER PURIFIER WOULD LIKE TO PUT FORWARD A COMPLAINT REGARDING SERVICE PART.
                                        A COMPLAINT WAS LAUNCHED ON 24 JAN 2011 REGARDING THE MALFUNCTIONING OF THE WATER PURIFIER .IT WAS TOLD THAT THE COMPLAINT WILL BE ATTENDED WITHIN TWO WORKING DAYS,AND THE COMPLAINT NO WAS GIVEN AS 84232928.TILL 27 JAN 2011 NO ONE TURNED UP.AGAIN A REMAINDER WAS SENT ON 27 JAN.ON 29 JAN 2011 BEING THE 5TH WORKING DAY,NOBODY ATTENDED THE COMPLAINT .

                                        Aquasure Storage — Eureka Forbes

                                        We purchased an Aqua sure Storage water purifier of Euroka Forbes in the month of November 2010. Within the 3 month itself, we found that water is not purified properly & foul smell in the water.And also some small ants manage to enter the pure water purifier which we have to filter again. I have been calling to customer care continuously but not received any response . after so many complaints office and though they promised to come in October.Now the product is almost 11 months old. An engineer or technician allotted confirmed that the filter cartridge is blocked & to be replaced and cannot be done free of cost, since only one month more for the warranty to get expired. I told him that the product is still under warranty & I have been complaining about the problem from time to time.But he rudely tells that it is not his head ache if the company not responding to the complaints.He also broke the pipe while checking the product & not even bothered for his mistake .when we asked to repair the broken part ,with an irresponsible attitude & told he can repair it only for the next day & still then its customers problem . its not his problem to repair the things immediately which is broken by him itself. what kind of technicians this eureka Forbes has?

                                        Then I called to the customer care & narrated the things happened, they suggested me to call the proprietor. I took the number form the same technician & called to the proprietor Mr.Anthony (Ph:[protected]).He not even attended the call for once at least even though i tried almost ten times & was disconnecting the call.Then again I called to the customer care & this time they gave me another number Sudeep Enterprises[protected]. The person attended this call told its wrong number. Again I called to customer care & they gave me another number saying this is the manager for south branch Ms.Asha[protected].The person attended this call says it the customer care number & not of any manager.

                                        We purchase the water purifier to filter the water give the purified water & not for the purpose of storing the water. The product should have the warranty for filter.But there seems to give the warranty only for inspection & services & not for the filter? & then why should we invest money in such products? not even for six months we had good water!!!!!!!.
                                        If the product is of no use because of filter failure then what warranty are they giving?..

                                        Its a festival day & had a very horrible experience with eureka Forbes service & technicians...... spoil the festival morning itself......... one service they are giving in one year that also this kind horrible service & we should pay for the products though it is under warranty.They fool us..

                                        Since the product is of no use because of the filter failure & also damaged by the eureka Forbes technician itself.
                                        we need the replacement done for free of cost or pay the money back & also compensate for the trouble faced due to the poor service & rude technician.

                                        Eureka Forbes/ Storage UV Water Purifier — Service is not provided

                                        I was purchased storage UV water purifier (sr. no. 009-60/B829, Company: Eureka Forbes Ltd) fro Honest Appliances, Nr. Lions Hospital, Jail Road, Mehsana.

                                        My water purifier is not working since last 6 months. I have register service requests to showroom and company so many time but still my water purifier is not working.
