Dear Sir/madam

This is in regards to the lack of responsibility shown by the employees of Axis bank(Home Loan Division - Dondaparthy) towards the change of mailing address request which was submitted on Dec. 27th 2011. I personally visited the Bank to confirm the request twice however nothing has been done so far whereas the cutt off time set by Axis bank is 7 working days.I am facing Issues in receiving the Bank statements and required information.
Request yourll to look into this matter and resolve it as it is inconvenient for customers like us.

my brother a/c in axis bank a/c no[protected] he has closed in his account date 16/04/10 he had gone to bank and closed his a/c.then bank representative destroy check book and atm card then she told him you withdraw your amount so my brother withdraw amount and she told your a/c has been closed. my brother received a bank statement on 15/07/10 he saw bank received a check from peerless date 06/05/10 and bank cut a charges during this period . my brother shocked then he went to bank and he told a bank representative she told him your bank a/c closed 16/04/10 or u told head office branch then my brother told plz gave me contact no she ans you called a customer care then my brother complaint a customer care 4 time but bank gave me a no ans . so bank why r make a customer care............who is responsible ... satish garg gwalior contact no [protected]

Axis Bank Home Loan Department — Lack of Responsibility

Dear Sir/Madam

This is in regards of my wives home loan account. She is having a home loan account with Axis bank. She placed a change of address request on 27th of Dec. 2011 but till today The Bank has done nothing for the given request. I visited the Bank twice but they are not showing any interest for liquidating the above issue. As per the lay down procedures the Bank has to process the issue within 7 working days but till today they are sitting ideally.

    I have home loan A/c No.[protected] from Axis Bank.

    Axis bank has not communicated me any change in my EMI

    and accepting my old EMI which is covering only their interest

    and my principal amount is not going to deduct.

    When i called to them at Bhandarkar Road Pune branch and ask

    that why u have not inform me the change in EMI ? So their executive

    says its ur duty to come here and ask about EMI. Is it the procedure?

    I have got loss of interest and mental harasment due to all of this.

    Actuallly they have to inform the change in EMI.

    AND ALSO IAM NOT GETTING THE YARLY STATEMENT THAT HAS TO BE SHOWN FOR THE TAX DEDUCTIONS .

    PLz............................. SEE INTO IT ASAP.

      My name is a saraswat ( [protected]), trying to get provisional certificate ( statement of home loan for claiming deductions under section 80(C) and
      24(B) of the income tax act, 1961). For home loan a/c # ph[protected].

      I have written numerous email and tried reaching out to them through contact number provided[protected] but all that to no avail.

      I dopn't think the bank has culture of customer service. I won't recommend dealiong with this bank to anyone in future.

      very true, I also tried getting my certificate .. but no response also there web site is crap only talk about getting loan .. no option to get other service

      I also feel that Axis Bank is one of the worst bank to deal with. I am not able to login easily as have too many complications and request to toll free has been send 4 days back and no provisional certificate is provided till date. I am sure if I am unable to submit my papers in time to my company, Axis bank has to pay me the deducted tax with interest of my invested money to IT.
      We have availed home loan from axis bank in 2011. Every year we were getting
      Provisional interest certificate by post/courier. But this year we
      Have not yet received. I enquired about it to my fort branch i have been told to get it from
      Byculla service centre. I have send my person over there. Again asked to contact
      The fort branch and gave one e-mail id. Please tell us from where could we get this
      Certificate because we have to submit it to our employer to get the it exemption

      I fully agree with all above. Axis Bank has the worst customer care system of all banks. No online help, for everything you have to "walk to the nearest RAC centre". Transactions and dealings are not transparent at all. Wouldn't recommend anyone.

      AXIS bank one of the worst customer service bank. Recently I visited AXIS bank Jayanagar branch and converted the home loan into reduced interest rate plan at the same time I have updated my email as old email was activated. I have sent the request from updated email ID and asked for provisional certificate, got the reply from bank saying I have sent the request thru unregistered email id. When I call the bank helpline number the phone rings no one picks up the call.

      This bank has pathetic customer service and as mentioned in one of the above comments, on there bank website they have all information to provide loan and not a single customer service we can avail online.

      didnt recieve cash from atm and the money was deducted

      i went to withdraw money from axis bank atm using sbi debit card didn't receive any money but it amount was deducted from my account
      Most of bank provide Interest certificate and ROI online. AXIS bank not have such facility, its take minimum 10-15 days to just get the certificate, for ROI you need to call them multiple times with minimum hold time of 30 minutes, most of the time they will give you excuse of server problem.

      Yes, AXIS BANK, LIC Home Finance are worst to deal with.

      After gone through all these customers concern, I also fully agree with them as I too face the same problem of not getting tax certificate for my home loan. Why such so negligence on customer issues? And this is not a good sign for axis bank's growth rate!
      Need a serious and an immediate action by axis bank to avoid nore customer escalations...
      Really, Axis has to come up with good service approach towards customers. At least with the customers who are paying all the EMI and charges on time. Very pathetic service by Axis.
      There website says click on below email option to write email for Certificate and statement. LOL, on the screen there is no where any button or link is available which directs us for Email or no email id is provided.

        Last week[protected] i have recharged my mobile for Rs 50 through net banking (Axis Bank). My amount was debited from my bank account, but it was not credited as a top up for my mobile. I made a call to the airtel customer care representative and she told like, amount will get credited back to my account within 48 hrs (ie :2 days) . After 2 days of time, i made a call to the airtel customer care for asking my issue, they told like , they didnt get any amount credited from my account. So they asked to check with the bank which i have transferred. On the moment, i sent a email to axis bank saying the same. But they didn't respond my request at any cost, i was really fed up with customer service which axis bank is providing.

          The NetSecure token is a cheap chinese piece of **** which lives truely upto its potential - as with rest of the chinese goods. I have tried to get a resolution on this for the past year and I am a Priority account customer.. if this is the treatment I get then god help the ordinary customers ... please take your money and go to another bank .. Axis banks departments work in silos ... the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing ... take your money and run before the bank runs with it ....

              My Name is Sandeep Khungar, im a student in England.
              I have a AXIS Bank GBP Travel Card with me, i lost my PIN on 16/12/2011 for my card. First i contacted my local branch to reissue it, but they told me to contact customer care. I contacted customer care and they further forwarded me to the mail department.

              I sent first mail from d bank on 18/12/2011 saying i will get my New PIN 48 hrs, but unforunatelly til today 28/12/2011 thier 48 hrs has not completed, i hav contacted customer care almost 100 times, but thry always come up silly appologies nothing else, mail department is not replying me, customer care executives dont know anything about it, branch people dont want to take any headache..

              Today its 13th day im trying to get my PIN, im begging them but no one is listening to me, i hav almost spent 200 Pounds on calls to customer care.
              Its such a pathetic experience n im feeling like crying on my situation.

              This experience has made me not to bank anymore with AXIS Bank, and i have already suggested my two freids to get HDFC Travel card, n said a strict NO to AXIS.

              If sharing my complaint here will help me to get my new PIN then i shall be very greatfull..

                I had home loan from axis bank but i had not received insurance policy of bajaj allianz which was supposed to be provided by bank. I had taken several follow ups , launched complaints personally as well as on mails but yet not received the policy. Home loan was taken in august-2010, loan account no. is PHR[protected]. pl help in this direction
                1. Once again we would inform and request to forecloser of our loan account no PHR[protected].
                2. For which we have made all payment to bank and flat registry had been done. Registry was handed over to AXIS Bank advocate.
                3. After that Axis bank advocate given the cheque of balance payment to us. This had been enchased by us long back.
                4. Till date we have send several reminder (list is with us) to the bank to issue NOC/ ND C. Which is very urgently required the loan for other flat.
                5. Please let me know will take action on this from Axis Bank, otherwise we are compiled to take legal action on this.

                  5 months back i changed my mobile number [protected] to [protected]. net secure code doesnt come to my new mobile No-[protected].I filled required document and submited to axis bank in delhi- malviya nagar branch.Still date it is not activated. I contact customer care, they sugested me to edit in atm center. but the problem still persist.

                    Dear Sir i receive a phone coll from bank just after 2 days of filling the complaint and they are agree to reverse the charges to my account and still i didn't get any reversal from bank side. and also while they coll me they told that the account is required to maintain a minimum balance but earlier while i open the same they didn't give me any information regarding the same issue, so please make the same also a Zero balance account .

                      AxisBank, suggested I use 1-touch device, charged 800+Rs from my account, and after a few months the device does not work , I cannot even use Internet Banking now. And the branch officials in Pune refuse any refund!
                      The device was working 2months ago, but since the last 1 month, the passwords generated by it are not accepted online.
                      I have Java Update 21 as per requirement & tested with several browsers.
                      Since, 1 month every browser gives an error message.
                      The error messages are as follows-
                      Firefox- Invalid OTP
                      Safari- System Not available
                      Internet Explorer- Page does not even display
                      Chrome- Invalid OTP

                      I have personally visited the Axis Bank branch in Viman Nagar 5times during the last 1 month, expressing my problems.
                      They just say that, they have forwarded the concern to the relevant department and are waiting for a reply. But Nothing happens

                      I paid over 800Rs for this device, I expect the passwords generated by it to be accepted as they were earlier.
                      Therefore if you cannot resolve my problem , I demand to be refunded the amount deducted for the device.
                      If both of this is not possible, than I would be in despair due to your lack of ethical business.
                      A thing that you charge for is supposed to work
                      And now I cant even use InternetBanking!

                      sane has happened to me i have actually written the details about the problem over here:http://gamebit07.blogspot.com/2011/10/why-not-axis-bank-i-touch.html and when i mentioned my problem to them, all they did was to reject my credit card application, after confirming the same credentials 5 times over phone, disturbing me every time while working hours.

                        I'm a customer of Axis Bank from last 8 months. I'm not happy with the service. Only thing that pisses me off that you people charge Rs 5/- for every Funds Transfer to other bank accounts which is sick. Even SBI which is one of the largest bank in India is not charging a single penny for Funds Transfer to Other Bank accounts. What the hell u people think o[censored]rself ? Axis Bank does not understand the needs of its customers. What about them who cannot visit Bank due to certain reasons. Axis Bank Sucks a BIG TIME!

                          I am Neelesh Mattam, Me and My wife ( Radhika Rajyam venkata) have taken a Land Loan from Axis Bank and the loan number is PHR[protected]. I am shocked to see that the first installment for 15 days has been deducted twice, Once from my wife's account HDFC Bank and the same amount was withdrawn from my account using the check number 426829 from ICICI Bank for amount of Rs 20,102/-

                          >> Narration of the incidents

                          On 15th November, Priya from Cust service Axis bank called me and said we have to Pay 20102/- against the 15 days loan interest and I asked her to send an agent to collect the check at my residence. I have given them the ICICI Bank check 426829 amounting to 20,102/- and on 17th November they have utilized the check and to my surprise the same amount again has been deducted from wife's HDFC Bank account thru ECS.In this growing cost if bank does such things how do you expect a family to survive and meet his / her regular commitments.

                          Secondly I have been following up with bank. If I call the agent he says to speak to customer service, When I call the customer service they say to email at [protected]@axisbank.com and I have been emailing them continiously for the past 3 days and till date there has been no response on the same.

                          Please do help us and get us our hard earned money back

                            Myself RAJESH KUMAR KAUSHIK ([protected]) has been granted a Housing Loan of Rs. 976404 on 11/04/2009 under the Loan Account No. PH[protected] for 20Yrs term at the interest rate of 09.25% & EMI amount is Rs.8943. In the last month, I sent a mail to RAC Delhi for sending me the Interest Certificate for the Year 2011-12 & the till date Loan Statement, but didn’t receive the reply even after 10days from the mail was sent. Finally, I called RAC Delhi & the executive told me that we are not entertaining e-mails now. The executive noted down my address & I received the hard copy. I was literally shocked to see that the interest rate has gone upto 11.25% & without my knowledge or consent, the bank has revised my Loan Tenure to 35Years Terms, which is unbelievable for a service class personnel like me. Well, the first thought that came to my mind was “ZAMINDAR TYPE ATTITUDE OF AXIS BANK OF 1950’S-60’S”, who always kept exploiting poor farmers. Moreover, from that day onwards, I’m continuously trying all the phone numbers of RAC Delhi provided on internet, but totally in vein. Two different series landlines are not working & another number[protected] is never being replied. Truly speaking,, I’m feeling tortured for the last 10-12 days as unable to speak with Axis bank.
                            I hope, Axis bank will look into the matter on top priority & will fix the issue as soon as possible with proper consent of mine.

                              I am a customer of Axis Bank Limited having account number associated with Bongaon Branch of Axis Bank Limited. I am also subscribed to Axis Mobile. Recently I have changed my mobile handset. Since then I am unable to download the Axis Mobile Application from Axis Bank's download site. It appears "Content Match" error message in my mobile screen whenever I try to download the application. My mobile make is Samsung and Model No. is GT-S5333 and my IMEI No is [protected]/8 and my registered mobile no is [protected]. I wrote to Axis Banks Regional Manager through Axis Bank Internet Banking gateway but none redressed my query till date.Pease help.

                              dated 24/10/11 check on my A/c balance, & balance mount 23765,
                              then i was withdrawal amount of 15000 .
                              but i got only 13000 Rs only but i was not get 2000 Rs
                              plz verify this query

                                AXIS bank released disbursement on my home loan after period of three and half months from day of my disbursement request. However Bank charged the interest from day of my request and not from the day of disbursement. I was cheated by the bank representative who assured me (verbally) that the interest would be reverted back. When no written confirmation issued by bank, I returned the cheque to Bank. AXIS bank is still charging me for the amount which I have not received from them!

                                  Respected sir,

                                  I am Kommareddy Madhavi holding an account in the State Bank Of India(SBI),Bhaskar RaoPet branch, Vijayawada. My account number is [protected]. On October 7,2011 I send my son to withdraw money from the nearby State Bank ATM.As the State bank ATM was not working he went to the nearby AXIS Bank ATM to withdraw Rs 10,000/- . The cash dispensed by the machine was only Rs 2000/-. However, my account was debited by Rs 10,000/-.I did not get the remaining Rs 8000/-.

                                  He immediately went to the State bank branch and lodged a complaint. However the amount (Rs 8000/-) has not been credited till date. I am vexed at the callous attitude of the bank officials. They later informed me that the compliant was closed. The bank gave me two ticket no’s AT[protected] and AT[protected] and told me to follow up the issue with the AXIS Bank.i don’t know what to do. One of my friends suggested me to complain to in consumer forum.

                                  I hope you address my problem as soon as possible.

                                  Please help in getting my issue resolved as it is a big amount for me.

                                    DEAR SIR, Madam,

                                    AXIS bank card number: [protected]

                                    Would like to highlight irresponsible behaviour and not followed RBI rules by AXIS bank.
                                    My brother had outstanding on card which was settled on settled in Feb 2009 by paying 19000 cash and 10000 cheque of HDFc bank.
                                    This was his salary account which was closed by their employer and hence the cheque did not get cleared.

                                    Again in Dec 2009 we started receiving calls and as per their executives confirmation we paid the amount by Citi's cheque which was realised. While making this payment had confirm with the executive on their line that, is this the final amount and would want to close this case.

                                    Their executives did confirm this and collected money in Dec 2009.


                                    Now in Sept 2011, i started receiving calls from executives asking card has outstanding and we need to pay for final settlement which was a shock for me.

                                    I have gone through RBI guidelines for a bank which does mention that banks should do follow ups for outstanding amount and calls should be recorded. Executives language should not be indecent.


                                    All these above points are strictly not followed by this bank.

                                    Further since Sept 2009,I am doing rigorous follow ups with clarification and questions raised as below:

                                    - Why did it take two years to understand the fact that letter issued was not valid?
                                    - What were the follow ups, tracking done during this period?
                                    - Why did the executives gave incorrect information in Dec 2009?
                                    - Why the executives do not follow basic mannerism while speaking to client.

                                    Unfortunately have not received any answers for any of above questions.

                                    Had lodged numerous queries on their site and mails - there was no reply and as last option have written mail to their Nodal office, CEO (thrice),credit card head( once.)

                                    An excellent irresponsible Procedure followed by good bank is CEO's representative forwards mail to nodal office, nodal office to customer service and customer service - standard reply - "We shall get back to you in 02 working days" since Sept 2011.

                                    Wondering which country are we in, in north or South Pole that 02 working days are more than months!!!

                                    Their executive also mentioned on call - Madam you lodge complaints, do anything, you will not get the reply for even 4 years, just pay the money".

                                    How many times does a customer have to suffer? - i agree there was an outstanding and we did pay with interest to close this. One can not punish customer after settlement- that too with such irresponsible behaviour.

                                    My concerns are
                                    -when i paid the amount in Dec 2009, after clarifying 10 times i want to close this , tell me final settlement amount- they discussed details on phone and then after two years asking me to produce proof of my conversation with executive- they should have this in their own record!!

                                    - Till two years no one was bothered to do follow up or inform if there was outstanding if any!!!

                                    - What is the guarantee that this situation will not happen again in future!!!

                                    I have received my card and i not yet received my pin number . so i didn't used my card anywhere and so still i am getting the bill monthly by increasing the cost value .

                                    So stop the bill or give some right guide's .

                                    I have setteled my credit card dues on 04/16/08 and got settelment lette on 04/24/08 from Mr. Vignesh (DGM), but still deduction amount was not released from my AC account [protected].
                                    I have addressed this issue to Mr. Vignesh several time but he has not responded, finaly he is approching me in a wrong way, and using slang words at me. As a lady I am not able to do any thing. I personaly advice Females not to take Axis bank credit card.

                                    Axis Bank Gold Credit Card — fraudalent use

                                    My card was lost on1st June 08 and was misused for a sum of Rs58270.The bank did nothing except sending me bills.On my query and probe they only communicated via their consmer contact service.No one even bothered to check the fraudalent misuse.Even today the bill stands at Rs92500 appx with interest.
                                    The bank has not responded to any query and keep on sending bills which i will not pay.

                                    Axis Bank Gold Credit Card — Settlement of Credit Card outstanding amount

                                    I have a gold credit card of Axis Bank and there is some out standing amount to be paid. I am not using this card from Aug'2009. When I last used this card the outstanding was INR 2,000 which has become now around INR14,000.
                                    Now, my name is appearing in CIBIL list and I want to remove my name by doing sattlement with the bank.

                                    Please guide If I do sattlement with the bank can I be able to get Hme Loan and will my name be there in CIBIL or not?

And that time due to some issues I have been surrender that card and I have visited your branch so many time to know the status of card but due to closure of the credit card operation they had not able to provide me the details. I have got some emails regarding this and again I visited the branch why some outstanding is showing there. They told that the card has been close and need not to worry.
                                    Again I got a email that there is some outstanding there. When I inquire they told that please provide me details. Since matter is pending 8 year before how I can provide the details. Request you to provide the details and proper solution to get rid of with this problem.

                                      Hello,
                                      Today Nov.29 2011 had been to the Axis Bank Mulund Branch (108) A/c# [protected] to withdraw cash for my wife's treatment. However, the Branch Manager (Female) after reveling the issue and situation ended up giving sympathy and nothing else. On top of that she was too arrogant in her approach.

                                      Finally to take my wife to dispensary I had to ask for money from on of my friend which was so shamful. After having money in my account the bank didn't bother about the criticality of the situation and didn't issue me a loose cheque leaf.

                                      Such non co-operative managers must be sued big time.

                                        Dear Sir,
                                        I have applied for Axis Bank home Loan and since then they have made my life hell. When applied I have clearly told that I don't want any insurance, but then too in pre-approvement they put insurance condition and when I told them to refund money if insurance can't be waived, then they say, they are again going to send waiver request and waste huge time, never properly respond on emails and delayed the Loan process. I have told them what date I require loan and if you can make it possible, then only process it, else please let me know, I will take Loan from other Bank and till last moment they trap me with their false commitments.

                                        Now I have cancelled the Loan request from Axis Bank. I have asked them to refund the processing fee INR 11030, but no one is properly responding properly on email.

                                        Also I have suffered a lot because of Axis Bank, in terms of mental tension, pressure, health loses, delay in dreams of my own home, execution of other plans, my parents & sister have planned to come in 3rd week of November to Mumbai from Gwalior/Delhi, but couldn't make it possible, because of Axis Bank, huge time wastage, suffering in professional front as well as personal front, at places couldn't walk my talk because of Axis Bank couldn't walk it's commitment, financial loses, loses in terms
                                        of Emotional Bank Account, unnecessary problem/delay because o[censored]navailability of Cheque Book consumed/wasted for Axis Bank Home Loan processing (1+6 cheques wasted), lost peace of mind etc.

                                        Axis Bank worst for Home Loans and Grievance Redressal is of no use, no one responds. Fake commitments and irritating service and make your life hell.

                                        I have all written communication emails as well as recorded voice recordings against Axis Bank representatives, request you to help me in this matter to get my money back as well a to compensate my loses from Axis Bank. Also to instruct Banks for such kind of miss-communication and miss-handling in Loan etc. processing.

                                        Axis bank promises more but dont act on their promises self Capt vinayak ingle is priority customer of axis bank Ratnagiri residing in ratnagiri maharashtra working in govt of maharashtra and drawing aprro 75000 /- p.m. and left with 8 years of service and applied for home loan for 55 lakhs in local axis branch ratnagiri as per their advised and guidelines on 14 .01.2016 to purchase the flat in ulve new mumbai submitted all required documents as per checklist ratnagiri branch forward my application on 14.01.2016 after completion of over 2 month time nothing was communicated to me builder is charging a intrest 24 percent annual for the hoam loan amount pending self has trmendous physical and mental harrasment after visiting branch for asking my staqtus of application of loan but till now no response from Mr. Rahul joshi kolhapur axis bank either by email or by msg on mobile
                                        after so much harrasement and money loss self has decided to go to consumer court to take action against the bank for my mental physical and money loss
