I made a fixed deposit of 30000 rupees for 1 year in Axisbank. The maturity date given was 15th October 2012. I was expecting the maturity amount to be refunded in my account on 15th October 2012 (Yesterday).

When I login into my online account, I was surprised to see that the fixed deposit is auto renewed for another 1 year and the date of maturity is 15th October 2013. No one contacted me before renewing the fixed deposit. When opening the fixed deposit, I have clearly mentioned to the bank employee to deposit the amount in my account after the maturity date.

When I call the customer care they said they cannot do anything about it and asked me to speak to bank. (This is funny customer care is nothing but a part of bank, but they are referring me to go to Axisbank and speak).

I am in need of money for writing my CCNP exams and for paying Credit Card bills. If I don't get this maturity amount, I will end up in paying huge interest rate to bank (for my credit card bill) and cannot pay my exam fee.

Kindly help me in receiving my money.

    Sir,

    The housing loan was asked for specific flat in multi storied building under construction at Officer City-2 at Rajnagar Extension, Ghaziabad, U.P. The residential complex is being contructed by M/S MR PROVIEW. It is construction linked payment as agreed with M/S MR PROVIEW. Before processing same, your officer visited my residence for verification and after satisfaction the loan was approved on 31/12/2011 with validity of 180 days. As asked for necessary processing fee amounting to Rs 11030 was paid vide cheque No: 880898 Dated : 23/12/2011.
    Unfortunately the construction of Tower was not started within 180 days & loan was also not availed. Now the construction has been started and builder is asking for payment on construction linked plan. I approached your bank but failed to revive the loan as 180 days already passed.

    Now please let me know the following:

    Loan was asked for specfic project and an advanced sanction without project as such why sanction was not revived when project actually started. Why loan was sanctioned without reconsile with actual progress of construction.
    Why you have acknowledged only Rs 9651.00 as processing fee when Rs 11030 was issued vide cheque as stated above.

    I will wait for your quick reply so that I can do the needful action.

      Hello, I'm Sanjib Marak, customer of axis Bank, Tura branch Hawakhana, On 26/09/2012 I was shocked to see my account statement, on 24/09/2012 two deductions against consolidated charges for A/c & Service tax were made by Axis Bank Ltd. from my account. The deductions are Rs. 3171.89 + Rs. 392.05 in a time. what the hell is this, what system is this, is there any system or ...............................? I have never seen such type of Bank.

        Hello everyone,

        This complaint is to alert all the existing/prospective customers of Axis Bank Limited. I am an employee of Max Life Insurance Company Limited and have got my salary account with Axis Bank LImited at their DLF Galleria Branch. In the beginning of September '12 when I wanted to know the balance of my account I called Axis Bank's telebanking phone and stunned to know that somebody has withdrawn Rs.20,000/- from my account from Varanasi (probably with a cloned ATM card). Though I advised the tele-banker to immediately close my ATM card and lodged a complaint with Axis Bank, DLF Galleria Branch, I never got a satisfactory solution. Firstly, as a formality to take my case further, the Bank wanted me to lodge a F.I.R. with the police and make the complaint with a copy of the FIR thus received. To get the F.I.R. registered, I literally ran from pillar to post from one police station to other. When I approached the Gurgaon DLF Phase-II Police Station, the SHO advised me to approach the Gurgaon, Sector-29 police station. When I met with the duty officer (an ASI) he advised me to go to Varanasi to lodge the FIR, saying, the jurisdiction doesnt fall at Sector-29 police station, as the fraud happend at Varanasi. On much argument and debate I met withe the SHO there, who too told me that he cannot help me, but advised me to contact the DLF City-Phase-II PS. My requests, went to deaf ears. I came to know shokingly the fact that, an average Indian citizen will never get justice from the police. On my emails to the Commissioner of Police, Haryana did not elicit any response so far.

        For the first time in my life, I felt pity for getting birth as an average Indian citizen without having any political clout.

        On my forwarding the complaint to Ms. Shikha Sharma, Head of Axis Bank, I never received a positive response. While Ms. Shikha Sharma joined from ICICI Bank to take Axis Bank to further heights, what she conveniently fogets is the fact that persons like me helped Axis Bank's phenominal growth in such a shorter span, in one way or the other. No organization can grow this faster, without having support from the masses. Some three weeks ago, one person, who introduced himself as Rakesh, the "Nodal Officer, Axis Bank" ([protected]) called me to know about my case in detail. Though he took every detail from me and assured me of every possible help, he too conveniently forgot my case and upon my reminding him yesterday (09.10.2012) he said some lame excuses like, he was too busy with some training, etc. and if I want him to proceed with this case further, I will have to provide him with the video footage of the ATM machine from which the fraudulent transaction happened and also produce the FIR report. Happless me, cursed the moment when I thought of beginning a relationship with Axis Bank. What I understand, as compared to ICICI Bank, HSBC, Standard Chartered or any other new generation banks, Axis Bank has got the most vulnerable software system which can easily be hacked by the anti-social and frauds. Personally, a few of my friends had also shared their miseries of these sorts while dealing with Axis Bank.

        Having seen no possible solutions from Axis Bank, as every responsible officer kept mum of my cries and it is not even far at sight, I have got no other options, but to forgo the loss. As the current hues and cries against corruption and the so-called social issues are at its height, what pains me the most and makes me realize with utter fear of the validity of an average Indian citizen and his value.

        So my poor, average, lower/middle salaried class fellow brothers/sisterms, just a word of caution, keep away from any sorts of relationship with AXIS BANK or any of its associates in future and use other banks, which has still left some human sentiments with them, as dealing with a CHEAT would be dearly. For a social cause - try to safeguard your own rights, try boycotting votes/elections, when the election comes with much fanfare, never ever trust the political class or other elite class of society. Never ever trust AXIS BANK !! Never ever trust the corrupted police system!!

          I have opened my Axis bank salary a/c on 2007. I have never do any transactions from 2010. Last month i did a transfer in that a/c, then i got to know that in that a/c 639 rs lien amount is there. Can i get my amount back and how?

          Axis Bank — ABOUT LIEN AMOUNT

          DEAR ALL

          MY EMIS ARE DIRECTLY LINKED WITH AXIS BANK HOWEVER THEY HAVE BEEN DEDUCTED MY EMIS FOR THE MONTH OF MAY IN LEIN A/C WHERE THE SAME AMOUNT HASBEEN DEDUCTED ON THE SAME DAY FIXED BY AXIS BANKS.
          I am a proprietor and own a business, I have two accounts in Axis bank, Current account and Savings account. For the last 3 years I have not used my current account and also not maintained the average balance required hence I was told that my account is dormant and my current lien for current account is Rs. 21,615.

          I want to ask can Axis bank collect the lien from my savings account in case I do not do any transactions in my current account (I have not linked both the accounts). Also what methods can axis bank use to collect the lien amount.

          I was told that I cannot close the current account unless I pay the lien amount and hence lien amount is increasing every month. I had surrendered all the cheques and debit card with an application in January 2012 and was told that account will be closed in 2-3days, when I enquired on 11th may I was told that I have to pay the lien amount to close the account. For three months nobody contacted me regarding this, Is this right.

          Please give advice on above situation.
          Hi,

          I used a travel card from Axis bank: [protected]. The currency was GBP.

          The card showed a lien balance of GBP 779 and after 4-5 days it showed that the balance is 0 and the lien has been paid.

          I have been following with the Axis bank via email for more than 7 days and getting no response.

          Is there an escalation process which can be shared along with the contacts of the relevant people from Axis bank?

            Sir,
            I (Ankur Shah) have saving account with Axis Bank Sendhwa from last 1 year. At the time of account opening they told me that you should maintain 2500 Rs. balance in your account and till that I have maintained that much amount in my account. Suddenly they have deducted 750Rs + Tax from my account. When I have asked reason of deduction of this amount then they are saying that from 15th June 2012 they have changed min. balance amount from 2500 to 5000 and that's why they have deducted such amount as penalty from my account and now they are not ready to return this amount. However they have not informed about this changes. Request you to get my money returned. My account no. is [protected].

            i have selerry account in axis bank. In last month (60 + 6.16)Rs are deducted as(Consolidated Charge + Service Tax @ 10.30%) from my account. But the information about any kind of this charges are not given in axis bank 's website. then why this much ruppes are cut from my account?

            I have saving account in your bank. but my Corporate Policy is chabged and we had to switch over our salary account from your bank to other. When I visited your Bank at Thatte Nagar Nashik, they said I need to pay some 787/- Rupees debited to my account. I had received not a single initimation from your bank regarding closure of my account when it started getting charged. Hence I would request you to kindly waive of the said amount and close my account immediately.

              I have a joint a/c with my husband Sagar Nair in Axis Bank since Feb'2012. On 24th Sep'12 Axis bank has deducted Rs 750.00 from my account stating thats its Consolidated Charges and also Service Tax @12.36% on Charge 92.70 has been deducted the very same day. When my husband and myself had opened this joint account we were not informed about the consolidated charges and the service tax charge. We were just told to maintain a minimum balance of Rs 5000/-
              Kindly take some action against this fraud.

                I am Anant Kumar from Jammu, I have a account in AXIS BANK, JAMMU they have deducted consolidated charges from my account and also tax on the consolidated charges, they charge hugely other banks offer some flexibility in account of balance activity, this is the worst bank i have ever seen, they have charges me Rs. 939 + Rs. 939 within a period of 3 months, what the hell is this, what system is this, is there any system or law.......

                    I had a savings account (A/C no. - [protected]) in Axis Bank(Moti Nagar Branch,New Delhi) I applied for its closure on 10,march,2012 . They made me fill a form for the same . At that time,I had Rs.5085.50 in my account . I withdrew Rs5000 from ATM and she asked me to make "a self pay cheque" to withdraw rest Rs85 . They asked for my cheque book and my Debit card . I submitted both on the same day . The clerk who was handling my account closure tore my cheque book in front of me and threw it in the dustbin . My ATM was blocked on the same day . She assured me that my account has been closed . I asked them for a receipt for the same . She again showed conformity and said that all the formalities have been done from my side and my job is over . They didn't give me any receipt for the closure . I was still getting messages (promotional or discount schemes) from Axis bank on my mobile number . I went there and asked if my account has been closed . The Operation's head assured me that there is no connection with the messages as the number is in database so I will still be getting messages even if my account is closed . Then,on 19,September,2012 , my cousin brother who was unaware of the fact that my account has been closed deposited Rs.2000 in my account accordingly which was closed and invalid . When he informed me about the same, I went to the bank and asked how can anybody deposit money in a closed account . They totally changed their statement and told me that my account is still open without my knowledge . I asked the reason , they told me your account had a balance of "50 paise " so it couldn't get closed and accordingly "quarterly low balance penalty" has been applied 'THRICE' to my account and it has Rs.2250 "in negative" . That Rs2000 has been deducted from my account . They didn't inform me that my account couldn't get closed and I was unaware of the fact that I need to withdraw "50 paise" for my account closure,they did not guided me for any procedure regarding that . They didn't inform me anything about this not only on that time but also later on . Rather they gave me a very false assurance twice . Now, they are not refunding me that Rs.2000 amount and blaming me for not withdrawing that 50 paisa .

                      my name is sunil kumar agarwal my axis bank account number is [protected],mob no [protected] and my younger brother name is anil kumar agarwal and his axis bank account number is [protected],mob no [protected] we both have same problem...problem is,we have opened account nearly 8-10 years back it was a normal saving type account with a minimum of rs5000 to be maintained per day...at the end of every quarter we used to receive some interest from bank coz we have lil more money in account than the minimum bank requirement i.e rs5000...
                      now what happend on dis quarter (jul,aug,sep) is they have deducted rs1700 from my account and rs1500 from my younger brother account,and when we enquire about the deduction they said amount has been deducted coz now minimum bal is 10000 instead of 5000...after listening to their things i said i haven't informed bout the incresed minimum balance so i want my balance back,bt they are not listening anything...

                      nw i want to say that if from last 10 years im maintaining 5000 and also getting some interest so y cant i maintain 10000 if have informed before and if i was nt able to maintain i shoud have closed my account...i haven't received a single msg frm their side about increasing min bal. nor i have received any letter frm their side...dis is just frustrating...if im not getting my balance back certainly m closing my account v.soon n even in my family we have 6 account in axis bank,all 6 will be closed v.soon if i donn get my bal refunded...
                      I axis bank customer, they informed increase in minimum balance it via email, sms (twice)and on internet banking page to me.

                      I think you didn't check them or ignored them.

                        I took car loan from AXIS BANK a/c no. [protected].the EMI had been paid through ECS from KOTAK BANK since 2007. after completion of 3 years, in year MAY 2010, the ECS functioning was stopped due to axis bank upgradation of system . it was braught to the notice of BANK with intimation.to “customerservices.[protected]@axisbank.com”,and BANK had arrange to receive the EMI through a/c payee cheque on due date and all cheques were collected in due date by BANK representative till the end. the statement had also been submitted to me reflecting the Balance EMI ONLY.In the communication , I had specifically mentioned that the failure of ECS is the BANK PArt only and I am not going to pay any additional amount. the BAnk had admitted their fault. after the end of tenure, when I had paid all dues , they had shown 00 in balance and I contacted Bank to get NOC. the I came to know in year 2012 , that I have to pay Rs. 17000/- for ecs bouncing and daily interst on this amount is being charged if i do not pay.

                        Regret to inform that I had no other alternative but to pay Rs. 15,500/- plus Rs. 27/- plus Rs. 1604/- by force to get NOC. At the end of my tenure with no fault of mine. In this regard , please refer all my correspondences with “customerservices.[protected]@axisbank.com”, please be informed that the EMI of the referred loan no.[protected] had initially been paid through ECS of KOTAK MAHINDRA BANK. In June 2010 , I had found that ECS was not claimed and it was immediately brought to your notice. You had arrange to receive the EMI through a/c payee cheque on due date and all cheques were collected in due date by your representative till the end.
                        I need to know, in spite of receiving cheques in due time since June 2010 till aug 2012 .why Bank's system generated ECS without my knowledge and claimed Rs. 17131 after paying all EMI in due time. Why Bank had hidden that an amount in statement which was sent to me. why Bank had not mentioned that amount when I had mentioned that due to non functioning of ECS I am not going to pay any additional amount. with copy of all my letters , I need to lodge complain to Banking Lokpal as Rs. 17131 is forcefully taken by bank taking advantage of non issuing NOC

                          Subject:Non-realisation of Cheque for Credit Card payment

                          Dear Sir,

                          I am in regular in regular touch with Axis Bank Customer Care as well as their Grievance Cell w.e.f.10.08.2012 till today on 18.09.2012 i.e. after received a telephone from no.[protected] to my Mob.no.[protected] on 09.08.2012 at about 5.23 PM regarding non-realisation of Credit Card payment due date 30.7.12 amounting to Rs.2553.50. Regarding this I would like to brought to your kind notice that I have depositd a cheque no.204584 dt.24.7.12 on UBI,DVC Extn.Br.,Ultadanga for Rs.2553.50. But intentionally/inadvertently Axis Bank send the cheque for collection from UBI on 28.08.2012 for Rs.2553/- only, which was an ENCODING ERROR and as per guide line of RBI, due to this reason the cheque was returned. Though the mistake was made by the collecting branch of Axis Bank but they have charged various charges including interest on due.
                          My complaint is when I have deposit correct cheque in all respect, why I shall bare charges + interest for their fault. Kindly look into.
                          I also request you to please intimate me the email address of the higher authority of Axis Bank besides Customer Care / grievance Cell to whom I can described this fact for justice.

                            my dad is out of town and he by mistakely blocked d card by speaking to customer service, as he is little lower in english, he did'nt understood the words of customer assistance, he is out of town and the card is in my name, he wants urgent cash, so i went to reactivate the card with a application,

                            the bank worker said to unblock from the customer assistance in GHATKOPAR EAST branch of Axis Bank.
                            i talked to customer assistance he said to unblock from the nearest branch.
                            i went back to the branch so the bank was closed as it was a saturday..............
                            the worst service given as well as no respect to held the customers as well as wrong informations also given..........
                            the person who is in emergency needing the cash urgent
                            and secondly as it is a rewards points a/c, i did'nt event got my check book......
                            and no internet fund transfer tab is availed
                            so this is not the way to judge as they r sitting to assist us.......
                            this way they are assisting..................

                              hi All,
                              I have been trying to communicate with AXIS bank home loan department since Last two weeks (loan account- [protected]) as want to foreclose the account. I tried sending mail to them - just getting complaint number no further updates i get. I also tried calling them on customer care mobile numbers, no response I get.
                              I am really surprised with their behavior, how can this bank survive in such tight competition.
                              I would suggest never doing any transactions with Axis bank, the bank is truly unprofessional

                                I have a savings account with Axis bank in Idar-Gujarat Branch.

                                i was in Beed-Maharashtra (I AM LEAVE IN IDAR GUJART.) D:14/09/2012 in The Morning.
                                I go to the hdfc Bank's Atm and try to debit money 3to4 times but not receive and not receive any kind of receipt then i go to in bus for Jamkhed-Maharashtra, after 20mins receive sms in my mobile ''Your A/c 40658066 is debited Rs 6000.00 on[protected] a/c balance is rs 120.41. info: CASH-ATM/HDFC BANK LTD./ SAGARHEIGHTS/14"
                                so i ave cash in my pocket just 230.00rupees only and i stuck without money. and i try to complain in axis bank coustmot care 3times they tell me that we give you money befor 7 working days. now in Jamkhed-Maharashtra idont ave money to logging & bording and i am new in the place all over Maharashtra so i request coustmot care Ex. & Team Ledar Mr. Champak & assistant manager Mr. Viren Shing to give me my money, i dont have money but they dont care about me and they dont help me out.
                                and i sell my two Ring Of Silver And Go to The Pune-Maharashtra. now i have no money to go home and i dont have any option to get money and people suppot. and i am in Pune-Maharashtra Now And My Friend Complain in consumer court online....

                                I any thing happen With Me So It Will be Responsible Only Axis Bank and & Mr. Champak & assistant manager Mr. Viren Shing.

                                Now I am within for go home by free.... or some one help......

                                If i Will reach Back My Home So I so i want case file against the Axis Bank.
                                So Pls Do Reply As soon As Possible...

                                  I, Venugopal Cheela taken loan from Axis bank vide Loan account no.PP[protected]. I have made my payments in time upto 2008 until I felt very sick because of multiple complications combined with heart attack and diabetic related problems. Being doctors advised me to take complete bed rest and there is no other person to look after my businesses in my absence, which was also running under losses, I forced to close all my business activities to save my life and to avoid further losses, problems, tensions & complications.

                                  As I am a principle person with ethics, I, by myself have approached all the Banks & individuals and explained them about my health & business position by showing the documents and came to an understanding with them for pre-closure of my loans under one time settlement [OTS] against the agreed payment after reaching an understanding on the settlement amount against proper receipts which includes closing of my personal loan account with your bank which I availed wide loan account no. PP[protected]. I have settled the account as per the understanding reached figure [under OTS] of Rs.7,80,000 which includes Cash, Post dated Cheques, DDs and Credit Card through your Authorized DSA M/s. Tejaswinini Financial Services, Hyderabad in November 2008 itself.

                                  I have demanded for loan closure / no due certificate at the time of issuing cheques on[protected] but their executives convinced me by saying that you will get no due certificate automatically after realization of above mentioned final cheque dt.[protected].

                                  After my credit card payment I have called and reminded bank people number of times for the issuance of no due certificate but unfortunately I have not received the same and I was under the opinion anyway the loan account is closed and I have the receipts for records and stopped following up after sometime.

                                  After closing the account in 2008, recently I have received a letter dt.[protected], stating that I have due or Rs.3,41,480. I was shocked and approached the bank immediately with the supporting documents. Again surprisingly they are also said the same. After verifying the receipts and tallied with their account, I came to know that my settlement have been cancelled due to the less payment of Rs.2 or 3000 and payment made by me is one month late as the final cheque was bounced and you have paid the same in next month. After taking required money for one time settlement they have made me fool by converting the whole amount into EMI's and calculated interest from there on to till date. So the due will become 3Lac plus. What a bank, what a bank officials. They have never intimated me the same until I approach the bank. By their own decided to do cancel the preclosure letter and taken as EMIS. I have arranged this fund from various sources to clear at once and want to be peaceful. But the bank has cheated me after taking the required amount and created me humiliation to me.

                                  As a responsible citizen, as a good client, because of my health, business conditions, family position etc I have voluntarily come forward on my own and pre-closed the account to avoid tensions and complications but unfortunately since last several months I am facing heavy tensions because of this issue and I am in helpless condition.

                                  Even now it is a surprise to me if really my loan account is not closed why more than 2 years bank has not approached me for EMI’s? Why your bank has collected EMI’s from one time settlement amount which I have paid? Why you have not informed me the same that we are collecting EMI’s not settlement amount if it is short? Why applying pressure on me and creating tension to me which is effecting my health? If my health is affected and in turn effects my family is your bank takes responsibility? Is it wrong that I am honestly come forward with a trust to close the account by paying the agreed amount as a settlement? See, with a good intention and to avoid EMI burden I have approached for one time settlement. This is not fair that your bank has collected the entire amount in installments, after that collecting EMI’s from that amount adding interest, charges etc.

                                  After taking the entire settlement amount may be short fall of two or three thousands it doesn’t mean that I am defaulter. I have arranged the amount from various sources to settle the account and arranging two or more thousands is not difficult. If you have not collected entire amount from me, it's not my fault, that too myself approached to pay, if you take less amount am I responsible for that? I am not responsible for that because I have paid what your bank peopled said to me. Your people don’t collect money properly, and they will not inform to me then how would I know that still I have due of Rs.2000 or 3000. If is it so you have to see the intentions and ethics of the person. Cancelling my settlement letter and converting big amount into emi’s is nothing but cheating, creating troubles to the customers. Nobody has approached me to collect the amount since so many days by thinking customer is a fool he will go for one time settlement for one more time is very wrong and it is not advisable from reputed bank like yours. This is nothing but clear cheating and blackmailing the customers like. I don’t understand after paying full and final amount I am getting this kind of letters which affecting my health badly.

                                  So I am writing this complaint to your goodself to know the facts and take severe action against the bank and bank officials who harassed me. Please also take action against the bank, bank officials, and the persons who are encouraging this kind of torture to the innocent people like me, without knowing the facts and background of people who lives in the society.

                                  Sub: Complaint regarding demand of payment for the pre-closure of my loan account.

                                  I, Venugopal Cheela taken loan from your bank vide Loan account no.PP[protected]. I have made my payments in time upto Septemer 2008, last amount paid before settlement is Rs.36,152 by cash towards EMI wide Receipt No.66151 dt.[protected] through your authorized DSA M/s. Tejaswinin Financial Services, Hyderabad as per the commitment.

                                  In 2008, I felt very sick because of multiple complications combined with heart attack and diabetic related problems. Being doctors advised me to take complete bed rest and there is no other person to look after my businesses in my absence, which was also running under losses, I forced to close all my business activities to save my life and to avoid further losses, problems, tensions & complications.

                                  As I am a principle person with ethics, I, by myself have approached all the Banks & individuals and explained them about my health & business position by showing the documents and came to an understanding with them for pre-closure of my loans under one time settlement [OTS] against the agreed payment after reaching an understanding on the settlement amount against proper receipts which includes closing of my personal loan account with your bank which I availed wide loan account no.                                   2. Paid by Cheque No.015276, dt.[protected] for Rs. 36,152 drawn on Bank of India.

                                  3. Paid by Cheque No.015272, dt.[protected] for Rs. 36,152 drawn on Bank of India.

                                  4. Paid by Cheque No.015273* dt.[protected] for Rs.1,00,000 drawn on Bank of India [*The Cheque No.015273 for Rs.1,00,000 was dishonoured and we have paid the cash for Rs. 36,152 on 30th December 2008 vide Receipt no. 36925 dt.3-12-08 and for Rs. 63,848 on[protected] vide receipt no.37457 dt.[protected]]

                                  5. Paid by Cheque No.*015274 dt.[protected] for Rs.3,03,848 drawn on Bank of India. [*This cheque was also dishonoured and I have paid by Credit Card for Rs.3,03,848]

                                  6. Paid by Cheque No.*015275 dt.[protected] for Rs.3,03,848 drawn on Bank of India. [[*This cheque was also dishonoured and I have paid by Credit Card for Rs.3,00,000]

                                  We have demanded for loan closure / no due certificate at the time of issuing cheques on[protected] but your executives convinced me by saying that you will get no due certificate automatically after realization of above mentioned final cheque dt.[protected].

                                  After my credit card payment I have called and reminded to your bank people number of times for the issuance of no due certificate but unfortunately I have not received the same and I was under the opinion anyway the loan account is closed and I have the receipts for records and stopped following up after sometime.

                                  After closing the account in 2008, there is no communication [or] call [or] any correspondence from your bank till your letter dated 24th March 2012 for the payment of Rs.3,41,480 for the account which is closed and immediately I have called your Secunderabad branch by phone number[protected]. Even your bank people have said the same that you have overdue amount of Rs.3,41,480 if you have any queries you have to come to Secunderabad Branch with your records. So as per the conversation, I have sent my cousin Mr. Praveen to the branch to verify and get the closing certificate. But surprisingly, your system has showing the overdue of Rs.3,41,480. Your executive verified my documents and said “Sir, you have paid the last agreed instalment amount in the month of May2009 instead of Feb’2009 and that too you have paid short by Rs.3,848 that is why the settlement stands null and void. You have to pay Rs.3,41,480 compulsorily [or] you have to go for one time settlement again with my higher officials.”

                                  In the above said letter, you have mentioned that you have made numerous attempts in the past to contact me with a view to clear my outstanding, but you have been unsuccessful. Please understand after my one time settlement even when my cheques were bounced, we have approached by ourselves and paid by cash and credit cards. Not even single call, mail, and letter have not been received as mentioned in above Para from your bank [or] your bank officials until this letter dated 24th March 2012. After this letter only, I was very shocked when I receive this letter stating that my account was not settled.

                                  In this letter you have also mentioned that, you have received information that “I am applying for fresh loan from other sources”. I don’t accept this and I don’t know how do you know that I am applying for fresh loan. This is ridiculous that I am going for any personal loan. How dare your people say that I am applying for a fresh loan without any proper knowledge and records. For your information, nobody will approach for any kind of loan after this bloody drama created by banks like yours. You have to take these words back, or else I will file a defamation case against your bank and bank people.

                                  Even I have verified with CIBIL to know the status, in that also your bank has reported my settlement is not happened and informed them that I have defaulted, although I have settled my account well before 2009.

                                  All these days I was feeling very tense, because of this I have not made any written complaint to your bank, to your ombudsman [or] to RBI ombudsman with a hope that the issue will be settled and I will be free of the problem.

                                  Generally, any individual will tear off/destroy the any receipts after may be year and so. But fortunately I have kept these receipts even after 3 years and some safety I have atleast to quote. Please understand what would have been my position if I have not maintained the records of receipts and what I feel that “your bank has taken advantage of my innocence and goodness” and in this situation to safeguard myself, I am forced to make this written complaint to your bank and all the higher authorities of your bank, and to your banks ombudsman and ombudsman of RBI.

                                  I have taken loans from 20 to 25 various banks and cleared the dues with one time settlement although I was admitted into hospital with a principal and good intention. But your bank and Barclays Bank only have created this kind of problem and trauma. Please refer my loan account no.[protected] with Barclays Bank for which I have given a comlaont. [I am enclosing all the records for your information]. They have given me apology letter and also ready to give compensation but I have refused.


                                  Atleast now, your bank and bank officials have to seriously look into this complaint and have to issue the no due certificate for the personal loan account no. PP[protected] immediately and should relieve me from this issue.

                                  My demands: I need closing letter [ no due certificate] alongwith apology letter and removal of my record from CIBIL.

                                  Even after this, if justice is not done, I have decided to go to any extend including including filing criminal & defamation case in India and other countries, approaching press & electronic media, human rights commission, Govt of India for my constitutional rights and justice.

                                    I am very dissapointed at the lack of service at the axiz bank near kakkkanad, off civil juntion. Not only the consultants poorley informed on documents required to do an address change or shifting of account from state to state but they are rude. The Manager raised his voice at me, showed no respect for my opinions or concerns and made it seem as if india was not accomodating to foregners. I am a medical student in cochin and is requirred by law by the instruction of the foregn registration office of the state to open an indian accounnt and then to treated by the staff of axiz especially the manager with such disregard. India gets many forigen visitors as well as studnets and it is service like this and made to fell insignifant that will decrease the statistics in the future. Womens rights is a major issue all over the world and for a man to be so rude and raise his voice at an unknow female when she is need or assistance to follow the FRO process in a foreign country should not occur. This inciden has left be very upset and has taken away my trust from axiz bank as a company.

                                      DAY THE MISTAKE HAPPENED
                                      My school opened a salary account for all teachers with Axis Bank on 28th August received a welcome SMS from AXIS

                                      Summary of the Issue
                                      Welcome Kit was dispatched on 29th August through Sigma Couriers however did not receive it till the 13th September, received salary credit SMS on 7th September and spoke to Bank Manager with only commitments and no results

                                      I am not getting any help from the as they keep promising you will receive the Welcome Kit in 24 Hours with no re[censored]s

                                        I am a AXIS Bank existing customer.I applied for Personal Loan from same bank by calling at the call center. The same day a executive called me and send a executive to collect my documents.I was given no updates whatsover about my status.. i kept on calling a executive .. one day he finally said my application has been rejected coz my CIBIL was n/a, OK agreed.. but the next moment he said my application is been forwarded to HDB Finance Company.I was shocked to hear that.. that without my permission how come Bank do this? After few days HDB Contacted me and a executive came for PD. When i saw my file and asked him he said a consultancy has filed yours application.

                                        This executives work for commission with other consultancies, but in this process all my self attached copies are moving from place to place without my permission.Is the Bank responsible if my documents are misused for any reasons ?I did complained to AXIS Bank but the response was very poor.Please find the reference of Complaint as below.

                                        HDB Finance Serv is considering my application. The first thing i would
                                        like to know is how can a bank forward my documents to other bank
                                        without my permission.If any of my documents are misused Is the Bank
                                        responsible for it. Secondly after holding a saving account in Axis
                                        Bank(Salary is credited into same account - Monthly Salary 33,400) and
                                        Holding a Axis Credit Card from 4 months ,my In-House bank rejected my
                                        plea and some other bank is considering.
