[Resolved] Bajaj Auto — Not issuing the NOC | |
This is regarding NOC of my Bajaj Wind 125.. proposal No 66855 Dt.2004.. From last month Bangalore office of Bajaj Finance .. giving only dates .. that come tomorrow...tomorrow... And myself I had contacted there head office at Pune.. but still there is no response.. As I am shifting to Mumbai...I have to sell my Bike .. and nobody is ready to purchase it.. because of NOC is not there... So how long I have to wait... and who is responsible for it.. Dear sir,
I Mr.Jagannath Rao bought a Two Wheler under Bajaj Auto Finance Ltd, under the scheme of one year term EMI which was cleared, i received the NOC. But it was misplaced when we shifted the house.
Now sir, i am in need of NOC from your side.
Kindly requesting you to arrange the NOC.

All EMI has been cleared but the company has not given the NOC. When I spoke to your agent at SHIVA SCOOTER AGENCY, SAHIBABAD, GHAZIABAD they always said tomorrow you will get your bike NOC. My bike Reg. No. is UP-16-K-5744. Even I cleared my all the penalties of EMI. Can you tell me when I will get my NOC. My bajaj A/C No. is:- 695.

i have purchased bajaj boxer on 9/12/98.and taken loan from you.after total repayment i have not received noc from you.while you have dispatched.but at that time my postal add.was changed.
