[Resolved]  Barclaycard Statement — NOT RECEIVED

Barclaycard — not received the statement

Hey, I had been issued an BarclayCard in the month of FEB 08 and I used it for the first time last month in june, however till date I've not received the statement.

I have been calling the Helpline no.[protected] mentioned on the back of the card, where a prerecorded message says pls call on 6724 2222, buth that no is perenially busy.

Pls advise how to go about paying the amount due without penalties being incurred.

Barclay card statement has been dispached vide pod no. [protected] through express it couriour.AS PER BARCLAY statement
delivared.But suprisingly the customer not recived the dsocument.

barclaycard statement — from past two months i have not recieved my bills

every month i have recieved SMS from bank that your statement is delivered to you by some AWB number, but this courier company had not delivered any of my statements from starting month.
and i am sure that they are able to reach my address easyily, because the same company already delivered my card, that is required some recieving proof.
this is worst service i ever faced in my life...even local courier companies are far better than those guys.
why the banks are choosing these 3rd class sevices for their valuable customers? Are any other good courier services not there in INDIA better than these guys.

I am to register the following against this frudelity of the Bank

I was asuured by bank that I would gat a Trolley bag, some cash vouchers etc in March 2008. But till date nothing has come. It was promised to be delivered within 15 days.

They have not only chareged the amount in full but also the overdraft charges for the same amounting to some thousand rupees. Now who should pay for this, when the things have not been reseived by the undersigned even after 11 months.

I was given a SMS that an amount of Rs 47637 was sent on Nov 2008, against which I paid the full amount much before the last date. Again they sent a statement of Rs 680 which I feel is an incovenience to me.

Now is there anyone who would return my amount of Rs 5618 charged in 2008 Maech along with compound interest @3.5 percent per month. For the inconvenience caused to a government employee, could there be any compensation, I donot hope so.

It was promised me a numver of times that the full amount alongwith interest would be paid back to me.

I changed my accommodation in December 2008 and so it would now be requested that my address be changed to

I have not received my statement in the month of january. pls.gave my statement at residential address j-3/186 rajouri garden[ground floor]
