[Resolved] Bharat Gas — Very Bad Service | |
My consumer number 14332 which is in the name of My husband Mr.S.Gowthaman, is with M/S K.RAMANAIAH BHARATGAS AGENCY, Chennai - 87 whose distributer code is 161381. I had been trying to book a gas refill for the past 10 days since the 9th of January 2009 through their phone numbers[protected]/[protected]/[protected]/[protected]/[protected]. All the phone numbers though in full working order are not responded to by the appropriate personnel. I had to take a leave from my office today to go to the aforementioned Gas agency to book the refill wherein, I found that the phones were off the hook and the three personnel who were there were utterly rustic and were discourteous. When pointed out to the facts that the phones were off the hook they simply did not acknowledge and I was told that "if I needed any gas I should learn to come to them in person in future." I am forwarding a written complaint too pointing out to the fact that I have recorded the entire conversation that I had with the personnel in my mobile.As a consumer I could abide by the rules and regulations of the corporation but not this appaling treatment of the consumer, that to a woman is very unbecoming for a company of this stature. I request the responsible personsons in the coprporation take note of this distributer to avoid any snowballing of the service related issues with them at the earliest Was this information helpful? | |

i have different story with bharat gas
i am living in delhi from last 5 years, i have taken connection at time of BJP goverment, service was good best that time, i just book the cylinder, i get gas within 3 -4 hrs
now since the time of Hon. Sonia Ji Gandhii.. ji ji ji
i get gas after 1 week / 2 weeks most of the time after 1 week i have to take slip myself and go to godown and and take cylinder myself
few times i have to take in black
i was bachelor then no problems
i take usually 2 -3 cylinders in year
now i am family person and have daughter six months oldi went for booking they refused and are saying you take less amount of gas
they need affidavid for that then only they would provide me booking
i talked in head office same answer there, this has already lapsed 2 days
i dont know what is process for affidavid i talked to one lawer he told me charges are rs.200/- and i have to go to court for that, the process would take atleas none business day
the cost and suffering i have due to this i think i take it through black
i dont know what should i do
please do let FIR or anything else

My consumer number 17374 my name is sureshkumar distributors name sreekish gas agencies vatakara 1 whose distributer code is 621719.their fone nomber [protected] &[protected] I am allredy booked before1month[june 13]and iam not getting yet they asked me 500 rupees blak delivery
The booking was done. But in view of non response on phone on two occasions, the booking stood cancelled. The customer rebooked and was delivered. No demand for any amount was made.
