biocaptol product from france vita natura pondicherry — FRAUD & CHEAT THE INDIAN PUBLIC

I have purchased Bio Captol on 05.10.2010 vide invoice no : 352629 Dated . 28.09.2010. As per their advertaisements, there is no rediction in weght and as per their guarantt, I have applied for refund as I am eligible as per their terms. E ven as on today I have not received the said amount of Refund and when ever I called they say next month first week. It is passed already 6 months and there is no proper reply from them.

Now What we call them ? Cheeters ? Fruadulants ? What action can be taken ad per our Government system.
