BSNL Bangalore — No Broadband connection after 4 weeks | |
Hi, I had applied for BSNL Landline and Broadband connection 6 weeks Back. I got the land line connection within 2 weeks, after roaming to thier office several times, they are not providing the broadband connection even the workorder is generated. I have been following up with these people, but nobody is giving proper response. I applied land line + broad band connection 3 week ago. Since than I had called several times to BSNL but did not get broadband connection yet. There answer to my query is " we do not have modems when wew will get will provide you connection"

I'm shocked to see the services given by RT, Nagar BSNL officer. I had the landline connection which was to noicy, so i requested to change for WLL. I'm facing the same problem in this phone also, But when i went to R.T.Nagar Telphone exchange they spoke so harsh towards me that thay asked me to come after 10 days with no reason attol. This is not the way the Central Govt employees can treat us. Is this the way how to speak with an senior citizen.
So i request the BSNL Authorities to kindly look into the matter seiously and solve this issue.
