I hereby lodge a complaint, that my outgoing call has been barred of my Mobile phone no (no.[protected] for no fault of mine. For the bill payment of month September 2008 (bill payment due date: On 25.10.08) I made the bill payment on 10/11/2008 (bill amount Rs. 622/-). But on the next months bill I found that same amount Rs. 622/- was added as previous balance. I made a complain to the Accounts officer at Bhupen Bose Avenue Branch on 02/12/2008, Where I usually submit my bill. He appreciated my problem and allowed me to submit the bill excluding that Rs 622/-. He also assured me that the dispute will be taken care of and will be sorted out with immediate effect. On that assurance I payed my due amount on the same day that is on 02/12/08.
On 4th December 2008 my outgoing call was barred and from that day onwards I have called BSNL and its customer care unit no less than 30 times, each time getting assurance that my outgoing call will be reestablished with immediate effect. “But it is needless to say, that as usual, the Super Navaratna BSNL did not pay any heed to my concerns, and never pay any heed to the concerns and problems of millions of their valued customer(don't know whether BSNL at all think these customers as valued or not!!!).”
On 10th December 2008 I got a SMS on my phone where somebody has threatened me on behalf of BSNL that I will be sued if I do not pay the dues immediately. As I have mentioned already that I have no amount due on my cell phone bill. And for last one week I am suffering badly as I cannot call from my phone in spite of all assurances given by your staff.
“I don't know even your capacity or whether you are at all powerfull enough to solve the above mentioned problem or not. I know BSNL is getting used to all these complaints and these complaints do not bear any significance to them. I will consider myself very lucky if I am proven wrong”. Otherwise I will be left with only two alternatives: one is to surrender my BSNL connection with immediate effect, and second is to go to the Press and tell them how professional your organization is. I think you will appreciate that in this competitive market I will have no problem to get connectivity.

The Broadband connection plan ‘Home 199 C’ was provided to me against my landline no. 255-8748 on 17th. Oct.2008. But until now no bill is issued against this connection, instead the regular ‘P&T’ rental bills are charged since then. I am also paying the bills regularly. The matter was brought to the notice of the O/O, the SDO (P)/DIE, Dgp.01 verbally for repeated times.
Now, I am requesting once again to look into the matter to take appropriate action so that my bills are regularized with proper adjustments under the plan scheme and no inconvenience is left for future trouble.
