[Resolved]  BSNL Broadband — not giving the proper response

the bsnl broadband usage is not at all working the link is broken and the usage is not at all cuming up

i request u i called u 14times to ur custumarcareand i taked 3 time 2 nodal officer but they are also not give me my problem solvtion
what will i do to my compline
My Phone number is [protected] (I think you can find where is the phone is.) I've bsnl broadband.
Everyone knew that bsnl is always slow; here my broadband is so slow.
The connection link is not steady. Always break while browsing.

If you can service; plz welcome. If you can't give service please tell me; I will go for a private networks.

Plz reply to my address in paper.

Hello This is another Complaint from your bsnl web page:

Hi, I stay in Chennai. I have a very frequent reset of the BSNL Modem. I lost connectivity say in every 2 or 3 hours. then to get it restored I need to wait for atleast 30 minutes or it may never happen also.

I tried calling the USELESS 1500 number and trust me, the operators or the call center workers will simply re-route it to a different channel were the call will automatically gets disconnected. Many time I hear some noise when this happens.. ppl working in BSNL Toll Free dpt are never bothered on their customers, it is not just the TOLL FREE it is the whole BSNL ITSELF.

If someone ask me on feedback to go for a BSNL BB or Not...I WOULD SAY A BIG NOOOO.

Reason: USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE.

That is the REASON why still Private service providers are still survying in this earth like Airtel, Reliance etc
