[Resolved]  BSNL — Bsnl Bill Complaint

my telephone no is 25308632. i have received april month bill of Rs.884(which includes Rs.750 for
broadband connection). my bill shows that i have made 51 calls from this number but i have never
used this no. last month also i faced a similar problem.but i pay the bill. this month i"ll not pay the
extra charges for 51 calls. i also use another bsnl phone whose no. is 25544053. i'm using the
special plan for this no. in which 400 calls are free. my april month bill shows that i have made 191
extra calls but i'm sure that there is some problem in the bill.i complain your office on 22.02.2010
docket no.p3287. i request you plese vrify both bills. i have maintained a healthy relationship with bsnl for the last 40yrs and i want to continue this relationship. so i request you to take immediate actions.

bill of may 2010 paid on 17th may still conformation not get phone 26342773 payment made online

my gross metered calls 46 only .
sir, shall I pay 1 year rent of land line as advance ? Plze take necessary action

I have take bsnl broadband connection a few months ago.The modem was purchased from bsnl for 1800rupees.Last month i have changed my broadband plan from home250 to combo500.But in the new bill bsnl asks me to pay for the modem again.I have contacted customer care but they seem to be irresponsible.They gave me a number to complaint which is not responding.I reported this to the customer care officials but they took no action

I hve taken plan 750 plus under central govt employee i.e 20% off but my 1st bill generated frm chandigarh is totally wrong bill is for Rs 750 + 77.25 =827.25 instead of 600+62=662 pl rectify this mistake and correct my bill as earlier i hve paid 662 pm my Account no is [protected] ph no is[protected]. Your earlier action is awaited.

sir, my landline number is[protected]. I took the bsnl broadband connection in the last year uner the plan of 500 c. Earlier i was using 250 plan from last 04 months too much amount is comming. recently bill amount is 2491. I think that there is something wrong somewhere. So I kindly request you to to do the nedfull .

Dear Sir,

I have applied for intenet connection in May ending (scheme Rs. 500 per month unlimited usuage), landline has been installed in June first week. After calling sevaral times to BSNL on 29th June I got inetnet connection . From 29th June to 25th July internet was not working during night time (7pm to 6am). Somany times I gave online complient and met your department people about this problem, finally they found problem with the phone line given by department. later they changed theline.now internet is working perfectly..

The reason behind writing this mail is, today I saw July internet bill in BSNL site, the amount is 3, 612.00 (Bill No. [protected]), I'm just wondering after seeing this huge amount.. I don't know why the bill amount is this much.. Would request you to please clarify this and rectify the bill. my bill amount should be around Rs. 600.00 only. {Rs. 500 for internet change + 85 excess telephone calls + Tax.}.

Really I'm so vexed with BSNL service and response.. If you can't clarify this high bill amount, I'll give a complient in consumers form on this.

Hi, I am also facing the same problem. I am using Home 500 c plan in which they offered me free unlimited usage between 2AM - 8AM in other Hrs 4 GB usage. Till April I was getting the correct amount as I use net mostly during the free Hrs. but from May it got changed. In May the amount was 1800 I thought ok I might have used wrongly, so i paid the bill. Last month July bill was 2300 since I dint notice it members in my home paid it. This month it is 3900. Iam shocked. As I never use this beyoun the free hrs. Also, till now ther has been no communication in any change on m plan. So how come such a big amount. I stay in Nanganallur. Is BSNL cheating people.??? And many time there are problem in the line and whenever their service people come they are looking for money... This is to inform you that we have a BSNL connection taken in the name of Prashant Nair in the month of November 2009.
I have taken this connection under 600 plan and I have been told that I will not be receiving any rent of 1 year.
The thing is I am receiving huge bill which include rent and the internet charges which we don’t have. I am paying the rent and the internet charges for all these previous month for which I am not suppose to pay for.
I am in dubai and I have no time to come there and spoke to the concerned persons.
Please check the previous bills and provide waiver in the upcoming bill.
Please consider it as a major issue and solve it as soon as possible.

maine apne phone[protected] ka nov.2010 ka bill amt.Rs 1311.00 8th jan2011 ko online paid kar diya phir bhi dec.2010 ke bill mein add kar 1985 ka bill send kiya hai .please correct it.
