[Resolved]  BSNL — Bsnl Bill Complaint

My landline telephone number is26484807 and am staying in Vijaya Bank Lay ou Bannerughatta Road Bangalore where your IIM telephone exchange is functioning and my telephone is serviced by them. I have made complaints earlier regarding the monthly bills. Inspite of that i am not receiving the monthly bills for the last many months. I have earlier brought o your notice that the Telephone bills are required by me for various reasons. You have nither relied to my letter nor started sending the bills. This is astonishing. May I expect your attention to this letter atleast and do the needful?

i am a bsnl broadband consumer . since last four bills i am facing over billing problem . i tried to check it on line but my customer id printed on my printed bill [protected] does not match with my account no [protected] and my landline number [protected] .
i am giving my account details below .please guide me to go further .

The last month bill i have paid even though these people are not updating and sending huge bills when i am not using even 40 calls also they simply dumping like wise August bill 1149, Sept 860 and Oct 725. On what basis and how they were dumping this much of amount. When i have paid last month at GOWLIGUDA TELEPHONE EXCHANGE, HYDERABAD -500095. and also one form filled for plan changing of Rs.349/- unlimited calls and data plans. Whey they have not updated and i need clarity in this regard. If they have not change the plans their mistake and no question of paying of amount. Till such time.
