[Resolved] BSNL — suggestion
A suggestion to bsnl officials::
The logo bsnl hangs at all its centers that " constumers must be treated good" must be first taught to its own staff who interact with costumers. Yesterday i went to bsnl service center( mother dairy road, yelahanka) to pay my telephone bill. There was a problem with the DD and 3 of the Lady staff were utterly rude and unco-operative. If a person is not responsible for certain job they should guide us to person whom we should contact rather than shout at us as if we don't matter atall. Among the 3 lady the one named Reena was very impolite and high headed. Today bsnl higher autorites did help us through the problem and got it solved. But the incident has left a bad image of bsnl center in our minds.
