[Resolved]  BSNL — Remove CALLER TUNE

landline telephone not working

[protected] line not working since 25.11.2013 morning. The fault is recurrence. Earlier rectification was done on 22.11.2013. Request earlier rectification.

i have surrender my phone no.[protected] on 28/2/2014, but so far i have not recieved the refund od deposit amount, kindly send the chq to the address submitted in the surrender form

Today i.e. on 6/11/14 I lost my mobile with BSNL prepaid Sim from Manish Nagar, Nagpur and My mobile no. was [protected]. I want to block and deactivate my sim My temporary contact no. [protected]

Customer care showing user busy

Hi, I am trying to call bsnl customer care number from last three months, however it is showing user busy at any time. Kindly resolve the issue, so that I can make number so useful for calling with a minimum can rate plans. Otherwise I will destroy this SIM card.

I want to remove my callertune Several times i sent message UNSUB to 56700 & 56799.

bsnl is horrible, poor customer service, unnecessary caller tunes to steal oney rom consumers, poor quality, no network and activating unnecessary caller tunes message is sent t unsubscrbe i nly get reply for activating caller tune.if, y problem is not solved by this month, i will stop using bsnl

Please remove my caller tune from my bsnl prepaid number. I tried removing it by sending SMS to 56700 and tried calling the toll free number 56799 you provided but it seems the service was unable to process instead gave me more options to choose or set a caller tune

All my dear friends finally I deactivated my caller tune which was free by bsnl. But I hate that tune.

Step 1 you need to call on 1503
Step 2 you need to select language
Step 3 you need to press 9 to speak with customer service. And tell them to remove my caller tune. Which is free by bsnl. Then they will do that. Hope so it will help to all

I have tried all the existing options you have provided to remove my hello tune. I sent sms in prescribed format, Tried IVRS which is very tactfully not offering any option for deactivation of hello tune. Please remove the hello tune from my BSNL number My number is [protected].
