My hand set is not configured to access internet im using BSNL connection

Sir i am hemant from solan himachal my mobile no. Is [protected] iam using nokia 5130-c2. I am waiting from 1 month and 10 day but sir not gprs settings are provided i lounch my first complaint on 22nd nov. 2009 but sir no setting is send to me i am lounched almost 12 complaints and 50 time i talk with c.c. and 2 time i talk with senior excutive he tell me you recive the settings with in 24 hours but now sir almost 10 day are pass but no setting is send to me. On 22 dec . 2009 i recive a call from c.c. he said me the same thing.now i want to know in how much time i recive gprs settings.

I am trying for gprs through customer care and as well as in writing no response.Kindly feedback the status immediately and get gprs activated.

Hi I have Nokia 5130 and i want to use it in GPRS but when i use this function in my PC my mobile shows to subscribe the packet data first...

I have activated my GPRS service but airtel customer care said your gprs service already activated u have some tecnical problem please contect your phone satting
or go to nokia center but it is not solved
plz suggest me and please help me.

I TRIED IT IN EAST ZONE
For me its working fine...i am also able to connect internet in PC using Nokia PC suite...
Use the below mentioned pass word and user name in PC Suite..
NOW IN THE ACCESS POINT TYPE “bsnlnet”; IN USERNAME TYPE “mic1” ; IN PASSWORD TYPE “mic1”
