[Resolved]  BSNL Cellone — Poor customer care service

For cellone mobiles there is only one number [protected] for Chennai customer care. I contacted the number regarding my cellone GPRS configuration which was disconnected following the software upgradation in my mobile NokiaN95. They directed me to another number 24955925. I found no one is lifting the number then again asked the CC they gave 24953717, in that after 15 mts try I got and who attended the call noted my particulars and my mobile model and told me 'will call after 30mts" . Three days gone no one called yet or even lifting the phone. May be they went on Pooja holidays, but who is to take care of the customer is not known. The quality of signal is also bad and mostly we do not get good quality in speech thro mobile.

complanins from my friends and family.. that when they call me to my cellone mobile.. it doesnt connect shows disconnecting.. after 10 tries they able to connect one.. my network shows full.. but people getting annoyed. and they never calls me.. my mob no is 94*0071234 i doesnt want to lose this good no. thats why i never changed the network... iam from mangalore..poor network..
ya this happend to me too...just remove and replace the battery ...
this will solve the problem !

i too had this prob ... it solved in 2-4 days ...
do not know the reason for that ..it solved just like that ...

BSNL CellOne — costmor care nt support me

i called to bsnl custmor care. and mr.SURJEET SINGH pick my call and use very ruf lang. and say me sala thats not fair pls do someting about surjeet singh
I have a cellone pre-paid connection of Sahibganj (JHARKHAND) vide no.[protected]. On 8. 4 .09 I sent a message to 53733 for activation of gprs. On several calls to customer care settings were sent to my phone on 9.4.09 but it has not been activated as yet. Persons on duty at customer care at different times give cotradictory replies. Now they disconnect their phone whec I try to contact them. Such is the service of customer care.
I would like to deactivate my bsnl NATIONAL NEWS Pack. My Mobile no. is [protected]. pls help me its urgent.

I am holder of telephone connection no. [protected] I had adopted for Rs 1100/- planin Jan-09. I wanted to have the facility of two free or 10 paise call numbers for that one of the Samsung mobile dealer did the SMS for me of two numbers [protected] and [protected] . the 1st land line no. was activated soon . I didn't knew that where as one should be mobile no. the activated no. I have come to know that the other can be got activated after expiry of 6 months. The land line no. worked for some days nicely but from last 15 days it is not working . It is said that call can't be made at this moment. This is the condition through out the day. then what is the use of if I have to pay 49 paise on the no. that I have got freed. Please see into the matter so that I can make calls properly at 10paise. and also intimate the procedure to get two no. free after 6 months.

BSNL CellOne — no puk n0

my mobile n.[protected] is no in order .need to PUK n. yet not genrete
i have recharged sms power booster card for Rs.33 but for each sms 80 paise is deducted, how to activate that recharge card, i think that offer is withdrawn but in the shops they are selling by saying that we have to inform the customer care so that it will be activated for our number.

I am a bsnl user for the past one year.My number is 24712617.My broad band is not working for the past 3 months.The officers were not responding for my complaints.This response was very pathetic and i got fed up.So I recommend not to use this service.It would give you only additional stress.I would be glad if you can process this complaint and give me some relief.

I am a share holder connection of bsnl. All out going calls are barred bad service
At present my GPRS connection on mobile is already active. I have China Mobile(ALFATEL H1).My problem is that my email id is not open.I also contect on Helpline no, but every time different answer are given by help line no.My friend has also a china mobile and his gprs is working normal.He had got setting from help line centere.I follow up for gprs setting last 30 days, but no possetive reply from help line .
I had logged a complain on 29-04-09 complain no. 3026937 at centre after several call they have not attended. On 13-05-09. I was able to get connected to Ms Hamita Senior CSA. She talked polity and gave the assurance to get the incomming of sms from abroad will b done in 24hrs and the department will call me. I even asked her for a mail adress for putting the complain in writting but she beg excuse that we can't.
Where to go? It is just like breaking ur head with the wall. Bsnl should change their attiude.
Also there should b a mail addres to complain.

BSNL CellOne — internet not working

1. My Cell one 3g number is [protected]. It is active since 10 days but the internet is not activated inspite of making all the settings.

2. Customer care has not been able to solve the problem since 18 May 09

BSNL CellOne Prepaid GPRS — improprly functioning gprs connection

I have got a life time prepaid SIM of cellone & activated gprs on it, the activation itself was a bitter experiance for me because it took more than 20 days, thereafter no settings regarding the same were provided, after consulting many times to the customer care, no satisfactory result was obtained.
From 3-4 days there is again a problem, most of the time there is no gprs connection but it appears for few minutes & then breakes.

BSNL CellOne — HELLO TUNES ACTIVATION WITHOUT CONSENT

I received a call from BSNL customer care to my mobile [protected] I just listened to the pre recorded speech regarding hello tunes. In the meanwhile, I had another call to my land and I just left the mobile on the table without disconnecting. after some time, i received a message saying that i will be charged rs.25 per month for subscribing to hello tunes and the same has been activated.

I request that the hello tunes be immediately deactivated and I should not be charged rs.25 as there was no consent from my side to avail this facility.

BSNL should desist itself from such acts which is sheer cheating the customer.

Sir,
I am getting so many messages from the BSNL Network that saying "you have got the prize & claim by calling to some number". I was really suffered with the telephone number by calling to that number. I am still getting the messages. What Can I Do?

bsnl (excel sim) — regarding banning of msgs on charging for toll free numbers

i have a bsnl number [protected] (dehradoon). the company is charging me for Toll Free messages on 53733. i do a complaint bt still there's no action on that there's also i'm facing the problem to send the msgs cz they barred it. Plz take my problem in consideration n do work on that as aquick as you do. my complaint num is E[protected].
