[Resolved]  BSNL Cellone — Poor customer care service

For cellone mobiles there is only one number [protected] for Chennai customer care. I contacted the number regarding my cellone GPRS configuration which was disconnected following the software upgradation in my mobile NokiaN95. They directed me to another number 24955925. I found no one is lifting the number then again asked the CC they gave 24953717, in that after 15 mts try I got and who attended the call noted my particulars and my mobile model and told me 'will call after 30mts" . Three days gone no one called yet or even lifting the phone. May be they went on Pooja holidays, but who is to take care of the customer is not known. The quality of signal is also bad and mostly we do not get good quality in speech thro mobile.

''thank u for subscribing in the FHM VOD Daily service from cellone galaxy. u have been charged Rs 5/-.
it is valid ...(till the next day). i have regetered this complain to the customer care but they do not reply to me.please take the neccesary action!!!

I convert my two mobile ( [protected], [protected] ) to Dosti Plan on 08.08.09 and sent SMS on 09.08.09 after 9 A.M.
After quary from Customer Care, they replied several times that they get my SMS on 10.08.09 and processing going on.
I don't know why I am on que during last 26 days ????

Your poor service to your customers indicates that you are always in the faviour of private companies. If not do something faster than private companies

BSNL CellOne — deactivate subscription service

at present iam in excel ananth scheme (my num is-[protected] ANDHRA PRADESH CIRCLE) i contacted customer care on 5th of sep 09 for conversion from excel ananth to saral ananth to avail vilakshan ananth package by sending MSARAL to 53733.but due to negligence of the customer care i have not yet received confirmation. try to solve this problem as early as possible.

I am subscriber number [protected], residing at Kilpauk Chennai.I have been receving signal from Kilpauk Tower which is very good, But now and then, tower goes faulty and i receve no signal or poor signal until the fault is rectified.I kindly request you to carry out tower maintenance to ensure good service.Even today there is no signal and in have registered a complaint with yoiur customer care and docket number is 5431.Pl do the needful

bsnl/cellone prepaid — about GPRS

sir,I have to say that,I am consumer of bsnl excel prepaid service,I am using gprs service with voucher of Rs 230/- per month. from last 6-7 days I could not access gprs service in my locality i.e. GUD KI MANDI Patna city,due to failure of gprs network. we also complain bsnl costmer care [protected] and[protected] for this problem.But no solution have been made till date.
so, pl take necessary action in this matter.

CellOne No 9433008679 — Mobile outgoing is barred and after payment of the bill line has not been restored. All your nos rings nobody picks up. Very disgusting

My last bill did not come by post so I collected duplicate bill and paid yesterday itself.

But till today my line has not been restored. All your nos rings not a single person bothers to pick up either mobile or land line.

Please do the needful to restore the line immdeiately and check why your officers do not pick up phones.

CellOne — Poor Service

I have a cellone mobile (No: [protected]) for the past 5 years. For the past 3 months the service of cellone in sivakasi is very poor. We have no signal in many part of the town. We have to make 3-5 calls to complete a conversation. In case of emergency we are unable to make any calls. We often receive "Error in Connection", "network busy" & "no coverage"

I have decided to switch over to other network if this is not corrected by this week.

tamilnadu. sooooooo many times lodged complaints, but no response from bsnl.If it is like that we forcebly go for another network.pl. take CARE.

BSNL Cellone — No signal since 10 days

The BSNL (cellone) tower in PALVANCHA town in khammam district in Andhra pradesh is NOT working properly since 10 days. we are not getting even single pole of signal in town.
I request you to necessary action on the BSNL staff and make us problem free.

CellOne Mobile Services — Messages services - not working(9440084502)

Dear Sir,

I am a Prepaid Mobile Customer of Cellone network with no +91-[protected].

On 16.10.2009 my Cellone balance suddenly went in to negative balance of Rs.8.14 which indeed should have been postive Rs. 8.14. So I contacted the customer support of Cellone network and I was given an answer that their server is to be updated. Mean while on 17.10.2009 I have recharged my mobile with a recharge card of Rs.55 which helped me in having a positive balance. since my problem regarding the negative balance haven't been solved I was in a constant touch with the customer support and I also got my complaint registered Vide No. AP[protected] which still stood unsolved.

on 17.10.2009 I noticed my message service was not working even after my account showed a positive balance. After a series of calls to customer care I lodged a second complaint vide no AP[protected] regarding non working my message service.

Whenever I called customer care I received a different answer, and I called whenever they have asked me to do (they kept repeating that I have negative balance but my balance stood positive and that is very much evident because I am able to make calls/ receive calls), Some times the Customer Support guys are harsh and impatient.

Please help me in this regard,
