[Resolved]  BSNL Cellone — Poor customer care service

BSNL Postpaid CellOne — Unsolicited sms from 55500

I have been receiving daily dose of news for the past few week from 55500 without requesting or accepting the subscription for the service. I tried twice to unsubscribe by sms with an autoreply message which read as follows -
'You are not subscribed to this service'.

I want my mobile no. to be unregistered from this service.

BSNL — OUTGOING NOT STARTED

gudafternoon sir,
i have taken a vanity mobile number-[protected] @ Rs.17100 on 29th september,2009....sim charges were Rs.221....but i hvnt got any balance in my phone...outgoing has not yet started..the grace period of my sim card is 25th october..so kindly sort out this problem as quickly as possible..

CellOne No 9440894530 Postpaid — Final Settlement of bill and due amt

Dear Sir,
I have given a letter and sim card of my post paid cell number [protected] for disconnection to Cellone
authorities Toli chowki Office,on[protected]. I have deposited Rs 2000/- while taking connection. I have paid the total bill amount at the time of handing over the letter. Since I am on overseas employment
requested the authorities the balance amount due to me to send cheque to my bank account sb 3033
Indian Overseas bank,saifabad br hyderabad-500 004. But so far I have not received any amount due to
me or any intimation. Hence I request the authorities concerned to look into the matter immediately
and settle my account at the earliest.

My previous address: M.Ashfaq Ahemed H No-9-4-133/c/10 Ist floor chabra enclave,tombs rd,toli chowki
hyderabad-500 008.

Chennai Petroleum Corp. Ltd / CellOne Power Sms — Unable to send Long SMS

Sir/Madam,

I would like to bring to your kind information that we are using the services of BSNL cellone SMS Powerpack(post-paid) for our corporate SMS gateway. We were able to send SMS of all types (i.e. normal messsage(160 chars), long SMS, flash message etc) for the past year or so. These SMS are triggered automatically from our production servers based on events.
But of late, for the past two weeks or so we have found that the long SMS (only long SMS) is failing to get delivered. Even if it is delivered, we get only truncated messages or messages in tow or three parts. We have troubleshooted out application and found that SMS application which we use is OK as sometimes the message gets delivered successfully without any hitch. We have also checked with our GSM modem technical team and they have confirmed that the hardware was in good shape. having exhausted our options in ttroubleshooting this particular issue we are now suspecting only the BSNL services.
As the nature of these SMS are very critical, kindly let me know why this is occuring and if there is any problem with the BSNL communication. Our company is located in Manali.

BSNL CellOne — SMS Service Barred

My Mobile number is [protected] (Kolkata Circle). My outgoing SMS service is being barred from 28/11/09 & despite of several communications with customer care executives & complaints, till date no action is being taken so far.

BSNL CellOne — No meaning of NDNC

Getting lots of sms for agriculture, wheather, marketting, news, etc.etc. after having registered DND (do not disturb). These all are really irritating and very painful. Is there any way to stop all these? The proof of registration is attached.

Throw away the sim or change the company by paying some amount for keeping the same no.

bsnl plan 525 — Every Time Different Answer by Customer Care

Bsnl Customer Care on 24365 given every time new/different answer for terrif for
add-on-plan (SECONd SIM) IN PLAN5-25 :- Bsnl Customer Care reply as under :-

1. Plan-99 terrif will be apply on second sim of plan-525.
2. Plan-225 terrif apply on second sim of plan-525.
3. Same terrif (Main Sim Terrif) will apply on second sim of plan-525.
4. If Before 1.04.2009 then same terrif will be apply as plan-525.
5. If Before 30.11.2009 then same terrif will apply as plan-525

What is this. Why always wrong reply by the Customer Care. Bsnl has to
clearify the same immediately regarding this confusion to all subscribers.

Please send it to TRY immediately.

My mobile no is [protected]. I bought sms booster 21.12.09 and try to install yesterday. But I wont get the facility till now. According to the advice of my dealer I try to install many times. As the result it was temporarily barred. I want to open it. I need that facility very essential. I complained many times. Till now I wont get the result. Please do the needful. It is very urgent and essential for me. Please tell me results through my mobile.

in 2009 i activated my phone back up service, and deactivate on same year 2009, august month, but suddenly 23rd december my balance is just rs10.00.my actual balance on that momemt 41.75.i call customer care, but no response my complain.everyday he say time, time, time.just harusment the customer, total bad, &poor service..no value the customer care comment...
