[Resolved] BSNL Cellone — Poor customer care service

For cellone mobiles there is only one number [protected] for Chennai customer care. I contacted the number regarding my cellone GPRS configuration which was disconnected following the software upgradation in my mobile NokiaN95. They directed me to another number 24955925. I found no one is lifting the number then again asked the CC they gave 24953717, in that after 15 mts try I got and who attended the call noted my particulars and my mobile model and told me 'will call after 30mts" . Three days gone no one called yet or even lifting the phone. May be they went on Pooja holidays, but who is to take care of the customer is not known. The quality of signal is also bad and mostly we do not get good quality in speech thro mobile. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

BSNL — poor customer support

I am using bsnl internet for the past 2 years and use to get bill the range around Rs700/-. but last month i got a bill for Rs 2412/-.i have enquired about this, but they say the usage can be seen on the site selfcare.sdc bsnl.co.in, which never opened. The customer support of bsnl is really pathetic.

Bsnl is sending advertisement sms frequently without any permission of the customer. To stop this messages and unwanted calls i send dns ( do not disturb) to bsnl and received a reply sms .. wait for regestration sms. i have not received retestration sms till date (after two weeks) and still advt. sms is frequently coming. i contacted several times to bsnl customer care [protected], 123, and several numbers. but unable to connect and talk to the customer service agent. (after following tedious instructions of the computer) The problem is still existing... what to do???????? poor service of bsnl...!!! when will it become regular??????? or seek another connection???

BSNL CellOne — Cricket Alerts

I had received a message for Cricket Alerts a couple of months back for which I had suscribed for one month, but it got automatically renewed the next month without my consent. Moreover when I call the customer care more than 5 times, None of them was able to discontinue this service.

BSNL — bad customer care

i have been using the bsnl broad band for the past one yrs.due to some prob i have to change my residence to the new one in the same street.in order to shift my broadband connection to my new residence i called the bsnl office for the procedures.they said that to shift a connection i have to submit the letter,address proof,and recently paid bill to the near by office.i went their with all the required ones.but its not correct procedure to change actually i have to fill only the shifting form alone.even after that there is no response from them.if i call they there is no proper answer.either they wont attend the call or wont answer.please try to avoid these things.

CellOne — 3g network signal

there is very week signal of 3g network in khajpura,patna.......when will we go away from the bailey road..there is one 1 3g network shows............plz improve the network strenght

I am having a BSNL mobile no.[protected]. Our house is very much off the ECR high way Chennai's busiest locality. But the BSNL tower reach is very very very ... poor. All the members of our apartments are seen poking their head out of their balconies to get signal for the mobile. This I see as a punishment for their decision to opt for BSNL mobile out of the many other service providers. When the people inculcate trust on a govt-run mobile service why can't the govt. live up to that?

CellOne BSNL Mobile — Arbitrary SMS Charges

My phone No is [protected]. On 27 July 2010 I got my phone recharged with Rs 33/- SMS pack. But, since then, all local Text Messages I am sending are being charged and the amount deducted from my main balance. I complained several times. At last the call-centre registered my complaint on 3 Aug 2010 (No.6287364) but nothing has happened till date. I demand the fault be rectified immediately and amounts arbitrarily deducted be refunded.

BSNL CellOne — Poor Services

The BSNL cellone Service in Jamshedpur is pathetic. It is very difficult to get through to not only make international & national calls but also local calls especially after dusk. Even during daytime, call drops are common. SMS messages dont go through. Some times an SMS keeps coming multiple times. Signal fades out quite often. "Network Busy" is a common message.
While on roaming, especially in metropolitan cities, there is no connectivity in many areas. Missed calls are common
This is experienced by most users of Cellone in Jamshedpur & they are forced to use sim cards of alternate mobile service providers.
This state of affairs has been continuing for long & no redressal seemsto be insight
