I have a Broadband connection with BSNL, phone number[protected]. The Broadband is not working since July 2012, From that date I keep complaining that my Broad Band is not working I have visited several times BSNL office(Dhuliyagang branch) & DE (Divisional Engineer), SDO, GM (General Manager),Line incharge, & other more through Phone and in by person , MADE COMPLAINTS ON 123 AND EVEN ON 198 for more than 5 MONTHS with not a productive response there is no option left with me other than this complaint forum.
This is not the first time, this has happened earlier also and many times for more than 15 days NOT WORK . But the bill every time is generated with the rental charges and I'm paying the the bill each and every time. We have logged several complaints on this issue.

Still my Broadband was out of order so me made repair by private man last 2 days before because BSNL is incapable of making connection repair and I am help less what to do and how to proceed the matter to get a better service

How this private line man get repaired line in 2 hours & BSNL officers cant do in last 6 month . ?
If this complaint forum is really worth, then this would be my last and final option.
This is humble request to concerned authorities to take this forward and offer some help in getting my Broadband fixed.

BSNL — Broadband Not Provided

I have been trying to obtain a Broad Band connection from BSNL. but they say that the Jaipur 281 level exchange is full !!

Can anyone provide the contact details of some higher officer who can help me.
I have been trying to obtain a Broad Band connection from BSNL. 1st appication sumbit in may but department miss document and after re application on dtd.25.08.09 but they say that wiring line not proper leve 2539 level exchange so many complain that level exchange.

I would like to bring your attention towards the services provided by BSNL call center/ department. My internet of no[protected] is not working since 6.03.2010. I had made compliant 3 times and the position is still same i.e the net is not working. Every time I got a call and they misguide that there is no problem from our side and there is problem in my system/ internet explorer. I had checked my system and tried the same at some other net at my friend’ s home, the same is working properly. I had also tried another system at my net point, the same was not connecting. From both is these, it is clear that there is problem from the BSNL side. Three times their technician came but he was not able to sort out the problem. Finally last week the BSNL tecnician agreed that there is a problem in BSNL line. But they have not sotted out the problem till date. I am having all the compliant numbers with me.

Please take some immediate action as this is gross negligence from BSNL in terms of consumer service and direct the company to waive off my charges for this period.



My complaints and their respective numbers which I have preserved so far for any legal actions towards the exchange my account falls unfortunately. For the past four months I am lodging complaints and the representative person who comes here says its fake because in front of him the connection works properly. My point of concern is so minute which earlier they used to affirm is that connectivity fades away randomly and it is just a coincidence that when they come here it appears to be working fine. More to it.... Earlier when I filed my complaint they used to acknowledge it but know they themselves delete the lodged complaint and remarking it with a O.K. note...
It will be a great help if some possible actions could be suggested in this government driven country and which appears to be running inappropriately....

BSNL Broadband — internet explorer not functioning

Internet explorer is not functioning. While browsing through internet explorer, one message box is being displayed containing " Internet explorer has stopped working. A problem caused the programme stop working properly. Windows will close the programme and notify you if a solution is available" When clicked on notify, another message is appearing saying " Internet explorer unhandled exception - An unhandled exception occured in 3rd party module and will be closed".
When close command is given, the window is not closing. So the PC is required to be shut down. Please arrange to solve the problem. My contact phone No- [protected].

BSNL — Broadband not working from last 37 days

Dear sir/madam
I have Bsnl Broadband connection from last 4 years.My bsnl connection number is[protected].
My broadband connection is not working from last 37 days. I have already registered 3 complaint through 198. but every
time bsnl Engg. visit , but the issue is still pending. On their last visit they told that your modem is faulty and put the blame on us
After that i have checked my modem through service center,the modem is working fine there all is well working. due to this i lost
my BSNL user name also.And one thing more i wanted to connect to the sdo of the exchange but they do'nt pick their mobile number. So plz help me on this issue
