BSNL EVDO — Wanting Evdo Connection

hi i want evdo connection in kapurthala.. but in kapurthala exchange SDO said we provide u Evdo in 2 Months but, when i go for evdo connection after three months ... they said no... there is no availablity... what can i do ... when i get this evdo connection in kapurthala... plz tell... iam waiting for evdo from 5 months ...

BSNL EVDO — Speed

During day the speed is like dialup and after midnight it gets faster.why it is not same at day time also.the speed at night time is between 250-350kbps.and at day 10-20kbps.please took action to my complaint.and help me to get perfect speed.also the speed fluctuates it is not static.

First THERE IS NOT A SINGAL WAY TO CONTACT WITH ANY BSNL COUSTOMER CARE FOR
EV DO
Second IN DAY TIME AFTER 8 AM TO FULL DAY I M NOT BE ABLE TO ACCESS THE NET BECAUSE IN EVERY 5 SEC THE SIGNAL OF EV DO IS GONE AND COME AFTER 2-3 MINUTE BUT SOMETIMES IT WILL TAKE AN HOUR ALSO.
THIRD ONLT IN MORNING TILL 8 AM I AM ACCESSING THE NET AFTER THAT IT LOOKS LIKE IF I HV TO REAN AN E MAIL OR TO OPEN A GOOGLE I HV TO WAIT FOR ITS SIGNAL TO COME WHEN SIGNAL COME THE SPEED IS DISGUSTING IWHEN I GO TO BSNL OFFICE THEY SAID AISE HI SERVICE MILEGA. WHAT IS THIS I . BSNL IS CHEATED ME I M NOT GOING TO PAY A SINGAL RS TO THEM . BECAUSE I M NOT USING A SINGAL MINUTES IN DAY TIME WHEN I BADLY NEEDED NET.BSNAL IS SCHETING THEIR COSTUMER. & AM M VERY IRRITETED OF ALL THIS & THINKING TO GO TO THE CONSUMER FORUM & CASE AGAINST THEM .

I have applied for the BSNL EVDO connection on 19/03/2010 at Dombivali (w). BSNL staff told me that I will get the connection within 8 days of time. But after 28 days still I am waiting for the connection.

Please reply why delay happened & when I can get the connection.
