[Resolved]  BSNL Gprs — Not getting GPRS for last 8 days.

With due regard I like to state, I am having BSNL GPRS (postpaid) connection for last 3 years.
Originally the connection from Agartala, Tripura, right now at Manipur. GPRS connection is not available for last 8 days. After enquiry, it is found that in Imphal, Manipur, the server has been changed to Erricson and now it should be OK, if the problem still persists, Imphal people don’t have anything to do. But still not getting the GPRS. The parrotic Customer care could not help….still I have gone through all the means they adviced. The customer care sent my complain to concerned authority (no. 3469951). But still no result. The problem with BSNL is that, they pretend to take care of customers, but actually they don’t. And no phone number or email ID is available to contact the higher authorities of BSNL east GPRS. My question, whom and how to contact to solve the problem? Why BSNL do not like to take any action after repeated complain and no feedback to customer? Why I shall pay the whole monthly subscription for GPRS, while not getting the service for whole month? Why BSNL do not take any action to improve customer care?

GPRS connection is not available for last 12 days. I am using 99 Voucher monthly for GPRS use. The parrotic Customer care could not help….still I have gone through all the means they adviced. Why I shall pay the whole monthly subscription for GPRS,

I RECHARGE MY NOKIA 2700 IN TORWARDS BSNL BUT I CAN RECEIVE GPRS SETTING FOR NET/GPRS WHOS SETTING GIVE ME THOS ARE NOT COMPLEATED . I've already sent a complaining message that I recharged with STV 601 for a 3g data
but I am just getting 2g speed (15-17kbps as a download rate) however I've paid for 3g data service just because a month validity of my former 2g plan was still running according to a talk with your BSNL mobile customer care. Well,
See, I am not going to seat quiet if I am not getting the quick response from your technical executive leading to resolve this problem.
