sir we coplaint maney time our ph is not working 0124. 2375001.

my land line no.-2221745 is not working since last 10 days. please take appropriate action.

BSNL — Non issue of cheque

Non issue of cheque due to surrender of telephone connection

I have surrendered ny telephone connection on 26/9/08 along with Instrument.Till date there is no communication & cheque despite repeated enquiries at the ulhasnagar office of BSNL.Please help

I guess there seems to be some fraud by BSNL here i have also Applied for a connection to a person named Gautam on the same Phone number as idicated ..( [protected] ) .. It has been close to a Month now I dont have the connection Nor my money has been refunded . I guess BSNL should take some strict action against this agent as it seems to be that he has looted many people & have not refunded the money as well .

I have applied for a broadband connection on my existing phone[protected]. my connection has been activated but i dont know my username, password and how to connect. please help me what to do?

Kindly get my landline number[protected] checked as its not working since 20 Dec 08.

My Internet its works on 10 days in months i complaint many times but they just don't response . Mr Hooda GM Gurgaon still working with file . i have dought if he know how to operate the computer . If you go to meet him the lady setting out side will say that he on lunch . still waiting to him for finish his lunch .

After providing broadband services for two months (feb - Mar09) BSNL has refused to provide broadband services due to fault in land line. They are not intrested in providing the services.

BSNL Landline — landline is not operational from 4th july 2009

this is to inform you that after complaiting on phone on 6th of july, i personally visited the karwan telephone exchange on 7th to in form them they took my phone number and address but till date there is no action from them. my telephone number is 24826661. I am requesting the concerned authorites to take the required action.

It is to bring your kind notice that I have discunected my telephone connection (No.[protected]on April.09 due to the treatment for paralises of my mother outside Gurgaon.
But after reaching Gurgaon I have applied for telephone connection again on 26.06.09 after making payments of all dues (Bill No.HRGRG00164963 dt.26.06.2009 amt to Rs.824).

But regretted to inform you that till date the telephone was not connected after long time, insted of repeated complaints (445740 dt.26.06.2009 and CDU761 dt.04.07.2009.)

As the connection required urgently as my mother is ill (paralasis)
Your early action in this matter is heighly appreciated as BSNL is well known for connecting people and I have full faith on BSNL's good service.

BSNL Gurgaon — broadband-request pending

i have requested for new landline and broadband connection 2weeks back till now i am waiting for connection

But sorry to say even my tel.[protected], is dead for last one week, even after making complaints twice.
