It is well known that BSNL died long-back but we forgot to do it's annual death remembrance ceremony. It's all customer care numbers are put on hold and no operator comes to speak even after a hold for 30 mins. Full of problems and money paid to them is fully waste. They don't have answer for any queries asked and not help in solving our problems. Thus I feel we need to celebrate BSNL's -death date- remembrance ceremony.

    I am facing low speed on internet in BSNL no. [protected] since 14 feb 2013. The speed was good enough till 13 feb 2013. So I registered complaint with docket no. B[protected] which was to be solved in 24 hrs as per their instructions. I checked it again on 15 geb 2013 the issue was unsolved. So I called their customer care again and asked for the problem they gave me excuses that I would be having network problem in my place. I am using BSNL internet on my dongle since 1 month at the same place with same network but then also they gave me excuse that I would be having some network problem. The customer care services are worst and they pick up the call after 25-30 mins everytime. Also they dont transfer their call to their higher authority person or their Nodal Officer.

    BSNL — low speed of internet

    I have a BSNL 54 Rs. plan for internet , but in the very slow and low speed of the NET.
    So, i heartly request for the increase speed of INTERNET .

      i have landline number with[protected] with bsnl broadband connection n they have been charging unauthorize charges for music on demand,movies on demand , games on demand by m/s hungama for the past 6-9 months i tried to call customer care so many times but they never answer the calls made i have never ever subscribed for all this music movies n games on demand by me but they are charging for the same for so many months i want bsnl to unsubscribe me from all this unnecessary things n plz do refund all the amount so far u have been colllecting for this unsubscribed features tht i never subscribed with u

      BSNL Broadband — Regarding unauthorised billing

      This complain is regarding the activation of GAMES ON DEMAND on my internet connection..I recieved a call from BSNL customer care and i was informed that i can play free online games for 1 month(august).and later i can activate it for further use..
      But without my willingness,GAMES ON DEMAND was activated and bill of RS 200 is being charged along with my regular bill.i logged a complaint 2 months earlier,but no action has been taken...even this month i recieved high bill.

      My BSNL Landline No is[protected]. As i have deactivated the One-time charges from Hungama.com. But still they are charging the one time charge in my BSNL Landline. So i kindly request you to deactivate the ONE-TIME charge immediately. Otherwise please take necessary action in this regard.

        We have a BSNL telephone[protected] connection for the past 15 Years. The wires are all old and the connections from the exchange are also very old. The service gets disconnected every 3 weeks and also the Internet connectivity suffers due to these outdated wires. We have made numerous complaints to the concerned authority but they are refusing to change the old wires in the exchange. Kindly look into this issue.

        my land line number[protected] is. most of the time is dead. previously my no. was[protected], most of the time it was not working, then the exchange people changed the no.& told that now there will be no problem but again there is no connectivity. if things dont improve, i will be forsed to surrender the connection.

          DEAR SIR

          I have Broadband Connection and Tel number is[protected]. I could not get continues connection of internet because DSL link is not stable. I had complained frequently but I could not get any proper answer. Complaints always get closed with out confirmation. If I try to reach the concerned BSNL office, nobody gives me the appropriate answer or concern person not available.
          In day we are trying many more times but nobody is ready to attain our broadband issue

          dear sir, as i had done mobile portability with bsnl, i visited bsnl musheerabad branch for std and gprs activation request for my mobile no. [protected]. but the concern person was not available on 9th april 2012 and when contact by telephone number[protected] on 10th april from 10 a.m to 12 p.m there was no response and was no reply.. please tell me are they on leave or they are not doing their duty sincerely ?? kindly reply or contact me on above mobile number.

              Bsnl India Games — Unsatisfactory services

              BSNL Customer service called me on 25.10.2010 onwards many times to set the Free Games service for one month plan. My 10 years old son told him to call us after 7.00 pm as we'll reach home at or above 7.00 pm. So he catched us on 27.10.2010 explained very patiently about the Free plan and installed too. He also told they'll call us after 15 days to enquire the service. But on 15th day (12.11.2010- Friday) a lady call us on 6.00 pm by telling this is the last date if you are not interested to continue this service you should go to ACCOUNT and cancel otherwise we'll be billed for Rs.200 for the games plan.
              As soon as we reached home we tried to contact to consult with them about this. But their Toll free no.[protected] doesn't exist. Just before called us land line Number also in engaged tone.

              They have called us to tell about the plan after 7.00 pm. But when we want to know about cancelling process, we couldn't catch them.

              And we couldn't uninstall the GODplayer from our pc too.
              We don't know how to cancel the plan and uninstall we are confusing about whether we 'll press any wrong option.

              BSNL/INDIA GAMES — Deactivation

              My BSNL number is 24402714 . BSNL has offered a free package of games for one month. the period is elapsed I have not given my consent for further continuance of the games. Last month BSNL have billed additional Rs.200 for the games. I would like to deactivate my account.I want the refund. The toll free number [protected] is always busy and not responding.Hence, I would like to deactivate my account.Please do the needful at once..

                Respected sir/madam,
                I am writing this letter to inform you that my father Mr.N.M.Mathew has been using the BSNL mobile no. ([protected]) for the past 11 years, from the beginning of his use, different companies have been sending unwanted messages i.e.(advertisement) to his mobile. To stop this inconvenience, he asked me to make these messages (advertisements) stop. So I enquired into BSNL office about the matter and they told me to activate DND (Do not Disturb). I activated the service a few months ago but the problem persisted even after activation of this service. Not only is he getting unwanted messages, but now a slight amount of balance from the mobile is also being deducted for unknown reasons. I have complained to BSNL office about the matter and they have taken my complaint. Complaint number A06KL384551. Also I complained to TRAI (Telephone Regulatory Authority of India) with no response at all. I do not know what else I am required to do as the problem is still persisting.

                Please assist to solve the above problem as early as possible and kindly ensure that the amount (Rs40) unreasonably deducted is refunded.

Now I am too frustraited about it service.Some time noisy sound only… Every month some thing is happening with that land line. Now I fed up. Everytime I gave complain there, Bsnl authority solve it after long time but after going well few days it become same. Here also previous month it was dead for so many days, . I gave a complaint on 1 month before. Still my phone is not working. every time they are saying issues is on cables…..They are not ready to recitfy it …what should i do…?

                    My mobile sim No. [protected] was deactivated automatically when i did complaint about this in BSNL office, Sector-5 they gave me a duplicate sim of same No. and take my original sim on dated 07.02.2013. They assured me that it will activate within 3-5 hours but stilll it is not activated. they charged me Rs. 100/- for the duplicate sim. when i again went to the office. they refused to return my original sim and they didnot listen to me and give harassment to me. i have many important phone Nos and i circulate this no. for many urgent works. it is my request to please look into the matter and take action against the person who issued me duplicate sim and misguide me. please activate my sim no. [protected] as early as possible in my name.

                    I AM ATRISH MUKHERJEE FROM AHMEDABAD, GUJARAT. I BOUGHT ONE BSNL MOBILE PREPAID SIM (MOB NO: [protected]) ON 15TH MARCH 2011 FROM A BSNL AUTHORIZED MOBILE STORE SITUATED IN "RAMDEV NAGAR, SATELLITE" AREA OF AHMEDABAD. AFTER SUBMITTING NECESSARY DOCUMENTS FOR ADDRESS AND IDENTITY PROOF THEY TOLD ME THE SIM WILL BE ACTIVATED IN 48HRS TIME. BUT MY INCOMING AND OUTGOING FACILITY IS BLOCKED SINCE THAT DAY. IT IS ALMOST 10DAYS, I SUBMITTED ALL THE DOCUMENTS ONCE AGAIN TO THE STORE FROM WHICH I PURCHASED THE SIM. I CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER 5-6 TIMES DURING THESE DAYS, BUT THEY COULD NOT TELL ME ANY PROPER REASON FOR BEING NOT ABLE TO RECEIVE OR MAKE CALLS FROM MY MOBILE. EVEN I COULD NOT DIAL 123 AND 1503 FROM MY MOBILE. EVERY TIME I CONTACTED BSNL CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER OR THE STORE FROM WHICH I BOUGHT THE SIM, THEY TOLD MY SIM WILL BE ACTIVATED IN ONE OR TWO DAYS. BUT TODAY, 20 DAYS IS OVER AND STILL THE PROBLEM REMAINS. i JUST WANT TO KNOW WHY MY SIM IS STILL DEACTIVATED AND WHEN IT WILL BE READY TO USE? .

Today I have contacted Chandanagar BSNL office to apply for new connection, I was looking for only Landline phone connection but i was forced to apply for Phone connection with Internet facility which i am not interested.                       BSNL - Landline connection — Provision of landline connection being denied

                      I have submitted an application for fresh land line (Individual, NOYT) connection at Pimpri on 20th Feb 2008. Promptly, Rs 500/- was charged and copies of directory were given.

                      My custgomer account # is [protected] and the waiting list number is PPI3001913. The exchange code is PPIRSU.

                      After a weeks time, when i appraoched BSNL inquiring the status, they claim that they cannot provide landline connection to the address i had mentioned. I was advised to cancel my request.

                      I just do not understand while my neighbor flat owner can have a BSNL connection, how i cannot have or how BSNL finds it difficult to provide the connection there?

                      My address is V-3, V Wing, Vaibhav Nagar Phase 2, Pimprigaon.

                      Would the authorities throw light in this regard and do the needful?

                      We are not expecting that i have to struggle for new connection, i have applied 20 days back for new connection but till date connection was not provide. While confirming with your customer care it was informed that order has been issued.

                      If you are not able to provide the connections on time, why you give adv. that we will provide you connection within 48 hrs.

                      It is my hearlty request that stop all this activity if you are not capable or merge with some MNC company they will serve better.

                        my mobile no is [protected] and somehow a voice chat service is activated on this SIM CARD and now it's not getting deactivated.They just cut 30rupees per month from mobile balance.They are giving a number 12630035,but it's only for activation and rules for the service in which i'm not interested.

                          This is to inform you that I'm very much upset on the activation service of BSNL Prepaid mobile connection having the no. [protected], I've provided address proof and ID proofs as demanded by the dealer (Resident proof and Voters ID copy) The number was deactivated For the same I went to the bsnl office in sector-5 Panchkula . They said me to take duplicate sim of the same No. It will be activated in 2-3 hours and every information or contacts will be safe in this duplicate sim. They take my original sim and issued me a duplicate sim of same no. for Rs. 100/-. I waited for one day but it is not activate. When I again went to their office and asked them they said that this sim is issued to any other person. I enquired them how it is possible. How can you issue the same no. to two persons. It will be harmful and anyone can misuse of it. They again advised me to convert my no. in postpaid connection. They wanted to cheat me again saying that if you want the same mobile no. in your name you have to convert it in postpaid connection by filling another form and purchase it. Otherwise your mobile sim no. is lost. They take my original sim and my duplicate sim is not activated. I have many important contact nos. and information in my sim card which they had taken

                            I took the BSNL broadband connection last week but it didn't work well even for single day. I registerd couple of complaints but no action has been taken. A person came to our home and said that there is no problem with broadband and problem is with the line. He gave the phone number of lineman. I called lineman and lineman said there is no problem with the line.
                            I am not sure what should I do next. I am thinking of getting another connection if this doesn't work for another 1-2 days.

                              The undersigned has requested BSNL vide letter dated 1/9/12 for disconnection of aforesaid Land Line Connection[protected]. Now the said connection has been disconnected by BSNL alongwith Broad Band, opted under Plan No. Home 299 C) in 1st Week of September 2012. The Telephone Set provided by M/s BSNL has also been handed over to Store-Incharge of SDOP, Vasundhara on 8/9/2012. Original receipt issued by Store-Incharge in this regard and also signed by SDO, Vasundhara is enclosed herewith for further necessary action at your end.

                              The Accounts Statement received for the period 01/08/12 to 31/08/12 vide Invoice No. [protected] dated 5/9/12 for an amount of Rs.504.99 has been paid by me (CASH) and copy of Receipt No.0287826 dated 23/9/12 issued by BSNL is enclosed herewith for your kind reference.

                              After completing all the formalities, nearly five months have been elapsed, but till date I didn't refund my security amount. Kindly take up with BSNL, Ghaziabad for early refund of security.

                              BSNL LANDLINE / BROADBAND — landline phone & broadband not working

                              dear sir.

                              me banaskantha dist ke dhananera se hu. mera phone no [protected] he. pichle 2 sal se harbar saptah me 2-3 tin din band ho jata he. aur jab bhi chalu hota hai tab bhi phone me bahot distabans ata he jis me samne vale ki bat bhi acchi tarah se nahi sun pata. me 10 sal se bsnl grahak hu. mene hamesa time pay bil pay kiya huaa hai. mene mere phon ki complain dhanera exchenge kitni bar likhvai he fir koi fark nahi pada .riper ke liye jab bhi koi line main ata he to bolta hai ki 10 sal purane vayar honeke karan sab vayar sad gaye he. aur vo 1-2 din chale aesa riper karke chala jata he.aur hum pichle 2 sal se vahi ke vahi rah jate hai .

                              sir mene is month me ye number [protected] se brodband conection liya hai jo bar -bar line kharab hone ke karan intenet conection chod deta hai . sir mere ye number [protected] line me 80foot ke antar ke vayar me 7 se 8 to joint lagaye hue he. line ka vayar pura kharab hua he. fir bhi koi meri sunta nahi he. mene eske bare me dhanera me likh ke comlain diya he . aur phon karke[protected]/[protected] dhanera exchange ke number par complain likhvai he . aur mene dhanera ke main officer Mr. mina sir ko bhi direct aur phone no[protected] pe complain kiya he.fir bhi koi fark nahi pada he to please sir meri complain ko dhayan pe le aur meri taklif dur kare . mera landline phon aur brodband sahi tara se chale aesa kuch kare

                                On[protected]:19:53am I got message from BT-TUNES saying I am charged Rs.1 for BSNL Tunes request.
                                I had kept my cell and slept on the night and saw the messge in the morning. I didnt request for any BSNL Tunes and this has been done by itself.
                                Also when I checked the balance it was not just 1 Rs, but 18 Rupees have been cut from my balance.

                                I called customer care. But they asked me to call later as their server is down or something.
                                As per BSNL CC once a customer speaks to the CC person he is not allowed to speak to the CC person so I was not able to reconnect that day.

                                I lodged a online complaint with token no. A31KT301311 for which a day later I received a call and they said they will resolve it. But later on tracking the status of the Docket at the link "http://bsnl.sparshindia.com/complaintportal/BsnlComplaintStatus.aspx" its mentioned that the complaint is closed with out any action taken to resolve my issue.

                                On[protected] I got message saying I am charged with Rs 2 for BSNL Tunes Renewal.
                                On[protected] I got message saying I am charged with Rs 12 for BSNL Tunes Renewal.

                                I checked the status of the online complaint on 07-Feb-2013 after the second message for money cut for renewal, and was surprised that with out any intimation to me, my issue has been closed. and Yet I am charged for unwanted renewals of BSNL Tunes.
                                I tried to call CC again, but I have been put on wait for 10 mins and the call got cut. After that I am not able to connect agian.
                                Finally even though I didnt asked for activation, I got the procedure to deactivate the nonsense and Sent a message to 56700 BT DCT.
                                Which again charged me with Rs 2 and its de activated.

                                I had raised the complaint to deactivate and refund the money which they activated by themselves, But they have closed my issue without resolving and also charged me with furthur renewal activations.
                                This is a clear breach of trust and also poor response from BSNL

                                I have lost 34 Rs in Total till now due to this BSNL Tunes automatic activation by BSNL and I seek justice for my money lost, not resolving my complaint and closing the complaint with out resolving it.

                                Dear sir I request that BSNL should compensate me by credit back of the money they cut till now. This is the least I deserve for the inconvenience they caused me.

                                BSNL Mobile Karnataka — Caller Tune Not Activated from past 10 days

                                Hi,

                                My name is Raja Reddy and i have activated caller tone on dated 10.01.2010 around 7 pm but still date 19.01.2010 it was not activated and when ever i use to call they were saying it will be resolved ASAP.

                                1. They told it will activated with in 24 hours on dated 10.01.2010.
                                2. After 24 hours they registered a complaint. the compalint number is KT[protected] and still date it was not resolved.
                                3. When ever i use to call customer care of BSNL they will say it will be ratified with in a short span of time,but still date it was not resolved.
                                4. My mobile number is [protected]

                                In this case what i need to do please help us to resolve the case.

                                    Every time I make payments of my BSNL landline telephone number[protected] , on online but every time I have to make hundreds of calls for this activity,

                                    I requested all the concerned authorities of BSNL to post or to Display mt landline bill on ONLINE BILL PAYMENTS PORTAL SERVICE

                                    but very very sorry to say that still no solution had been provided by this BEST & EFFICIENT BSNL Company

                                      Today morning(6 Feb) i have top up BSNL MOB [protected] from my standard chartered account.Till now the amount is not top up in the account.I have called so many customer care number but the response was much disgusting.Since i have topped from online and from chennai the people have advised to call to CUSTOMER CARE KERALA.When i called customer care kerala no one knows how to handle nor don't know hot to check the status .They simply dis connected and asked to call BSNL Tamil nadu.The loop is going continously. There is no meaning for the customer care in BSNL. If they don't know how to respond to customer why such cell is organised
