[Resolved] BSNL manikjod — Breach of Contract | |
As you all know that BSNL has provided a free post paid cellone connection to the all landline holder under the scheme called "Manik Jod" which is totally rent free. I had also taken and registered under that scheme when it first came into effect but now after almost one year, I received a message that manik jod customer will be charged Rs 40 as a rental every month from 07.01.2009, which according to me is a total breach of contract between the BSNL customer and BSNL. They just have taken the customer as a rat whom they want to catch by giving a free cheese. This is totally disgusting and by this customer has started lossing their faith and trust on this company. Hi i am Arun Agarwal.I have own BSNL landline phone since 2000.But last year bsnl gave a free offer Manik jode plan. During this time Bsnl Department had been told me this offer totaly rental free. But before three days i got a telephone bill.And There has wrotten your manik jode fixed monthly charges 40, Bill Amount 54, previous balance 373, And billing date 01/08/09 to 31/08/09.I cant understand this system.I want to help from any body.And i want to stop this connection.Who body know this release system or procedure so please call this number : [protected] (Manik jode number [protected]).

It seems that all of you cheated by bsnl. Hence Surrender all the telephone line, post paid and pre- paid mobile, land line and broad band services of bsnl. And take refund all of the security deposit against above connections.There are so many service provider waiting for you with better customer service.

I think we the customers of BSNL are being cheated by the Company and the Company is taking us as granted as imposition of monthly charges on Manikjod Scheme is totally illegal and I strongly oppose the same and want to draw the attantion of TRAI or other higher authorities to immediately check the same and also to arrange for refund of the money whci BSNL has illegaly collected from its customers.

I am also one of the unsatisfied customer of BSNL cell phone. Their survices are also most worst. BSNL are just play game with us. I have decided to back with my previous VODAFONE connection & surrender the BSNL MANIK JODE. I sincerely believe that IF EVERY BODY JUST SURRENDER THE BSNL LINE AND GO TO THE PRIVATE CONNECTIONS, THIS WILL BE THE GOOD LEASON FOR BSNL.
