Cashless claim — Insurance Claim

I was having Icici Lombard Insurance policy and i was hospitalised in the month of September,2009.

I was doing regular followup with there customer executive for last 5 months they are saying it is under proces and please call after 4 to 5 days even i am doing the same.

When i personally visited TTK office in Andheri,Mumbai i meet receiptionist Ms.Varsha and she told me after checking with the doctors and back office said my claim is settle and i will received cheques within 8-10 days,but when i call to re-confirm the status i called customer executive, he was saying my claim is under process and need more time.

please help me to get my claim
