1.0 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
We have in file your CV/ Resume and answers to the submitted Online Questionnaire and after the evaluation of these documents, we found you qualified to work with our Team.
Hence, GALLERY GROUP U.K seeks to employ your services for the provision of services as stipulated in the following acts in this document. This document embodies the approved Terms for the purpose of this contract.

2.0 SALARY INDICATION/ ALLOWANCES & BENEFITS
BASIC MONTHLY SALARY: £4,897.00 (Tax Exclusive)
HAZARD/ INCONVENIENCES: £822.00 (MONTHLY)
CAR MAINTENANCE: £910.00 (MONTHLY)
HOUSING & FURNISHINGS: £7,800.00 (Yearly)
ENTERTAINMENT: £612.00 (MONTHLY)
TRAVEL & EVENTS: £4,100.00 (QUARTERLY).
Work time shall be 40 hours work week. Employee shall also be entitled to Over-time Allowance if employee work time exceeds the official stipulated hours.
Salary shall be liable to Increments with time and Employees' official promotions and position in service.
3.0 GRANTS & LOANS
OLD HEM HOUSING LOAN: 1 year service to GALLERY GROUP U.K is required for eligibility.
Starter’s amount will be £48,971.00
Can be repaid within 10years with £0.00 interest.
LIEU CAR LOAN: All Employees are eligible to apply.
Starter’s amount will be £22,045.00
Can be repaid within 5years with £$0.00 interest.
TRAFFORD BUSINESS LOAN: All Employees are eligible to apply.
Starter’s amount will be £35,000.00 to £70,000.00

4.0 CONTRACT PERIOD
The Contract shall last for duration of 24 renewable Months (2 Years). The Renewal is based on Employee's satisfactory services to the Company.
The Employee will be reimbursed by the Employer for reasonable expenses incurred only as a result of relocation or early termination of leases, storage charges; procurement of travel documents.
Reimbursements shall be made before Employees embark on journey not later than Five (5) working days after submission of Employee's expense report and receipts, this will be effective after the acquisition of relevant travel papers through the U.K HOME OFFICE.
5.0 DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
GALLERY GROUP U.K hires the Employee in the capacity of Employee's duties may be reasonably modified at GALLERY GROUP UK discretion from time to time. However, detailed Job description, Duties & Responsibilities will be made available to all New Employed Staff during the Orientation & Training Programme.
6.0 DEVOTION AND COMMITMENT TO GALLERY GROUP U.K
The Employee will devote full time, attention, and energies to the business of the Aviation industry, and, during this employment, will not engage in any other business activity, regardless of whether such activity is pursued for profit, gain, or other pecuniary advantage.
Employee is not prohibited from making personal investments in any other businesses provided those investments do not require active involvement in the operation of said companies.
In the event that the Employee cannot perform the duties because of illness or incapacity for a period of more than 1 month, The Employee's full compensation will be reinstated upon return to work.
However, if the Employee is absent from work for any reason for a continuous period of over 2 months, the COMPANY may terminate the Employee's Contract, and the GALLERY GROUP obligations under this agreement will cease on that date.
8.0 TERMINATION OF CONTRACT
GALLERY GROUP U.K will terminate the Contract if Employee submits a written 7 day’s notice to the HR MANAGER. The Employee will continue to perform his/her duties and may be paid his/her regular salary up to the date of termination.
In addition, GALLERY GROUP U.K will pay the Employee on the date of the termination a Severance allowance, less taxes and Social Security required to be withheld, without cause.
9.0 DEATH BENEFIT
Should Employee die during the term of Contract, GALLERY GROUP shall pay to Employee's Next of kin/Family any compensation due through the end of the Two months in which death occurred.

10.0 SETTLEMENT BY ARBITRATION
Any claim or controversy that arises out of, or relates to this agreement, or the breach of it, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the United Kingdom Arbitration Association. Judgment upon the award rendered may be entered in any court within jurisdiction.
If, for any reason, any provision of this agreement is held invalid, all other provisions of this agreement shall remain in effect. If this agreement is held invalid or cannot be enforced, then to the full extent permitted by law any prior agreement between the GALLERY GROUP (and any predecessor thereof) and the Employee shall be deemed reinstated as if this agreement had not been executed.
12.0 LEAVE PERIOD
Employees are entitled to 2months Paid Leave Period which can be taken once at a time or 2weeks apart one different Leave Period.
13.0 TRAVEL PLANS/ RE-LOCATION
Expenses made/incurred by the Employee related to job before commencement of duties or Expenses made during Travel Plans, Processing of Travel Particulars etc will be substantiated with receipts and Employer will re-imburse the Employee not later than Five (5) working days after submission of Employee’s Expense Report and Receipts as proofs of such Expenses.
On no account will Employer accept to shoulder costs for Travel Expenses of Employee before Work sign-on.
This is to possibly evade losses that may be accrued to Employer should Employee decide to decline Job Offer or rather be delayed by her Current Employer after certain Expenses must have been made by Employer.
The agreement hereby binds Employer and Employee in that re-imbursements will be made fully to Employees upon presentation of Expense Reports and Receipts of Expenses.
14.0 UPFRONT PAYMENT OF SALARY/ ALLOWANCES & BENEFITS
The First Month’s Salary (Inclusive of all Allowances & Benefits) shall be paid in advance before Employee Re-locates to new Job Location.
All payment of Salary after assumption of duty in London shall be 40% paid into an Offshore Bank Account to be provided by Employee with the remaining 60% paid locally in London. This is in line with the British Expatriate Financial Statutory Laws.
15.0 FEEDING & ACCOMODATION
Employee is expected to reside at the Company’s Staff Estate.
There are Single Bed-room and Flat options for Employee to choose from.
Family Package Status is available for Employee that wishes to Re-locate with Family.
Employee is entitled to take meals free of charge at the General Staff Canteens. Dietary options, Customized cooks and Dieticians are available options.
16.0 MEDICAL EXPENSES
Employer will provide the Employee with Comprehensive Health care for the term of Contract, and follow-on care for injuries suffered during the term of Contract for Employee and Family.
17.0 OFFICE GADGETS TO BE PROVIDED
Laptop Computer, 1.6 GHz Processor, 256 MB RAM (Pentium M), 24XCD-RW, 30GB Hard Drive, Floppy Drive, Integrated Network Adapter, Internal 56K Modem, Spare Battery and Necessary Software. Full time Internet access is available.
Employer will provide Employee with one (1) landline and one (1) Mobile telephone. This shall have a reasonable credit limit application per Month.
18.0 SAFETY & SECURITY
Safety and Security of personnel (Local/Foreign) and Facilities on Job Locations and communities are no small issues, and have been seriously considered to ensure and assure hitch free operations.
All operations on Job Location are designed to adhere strictly to the Health Safety and Environment (HSE) Policy as applicable in the Health Care Sector.
19.0 ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Recreational/Sports Facilities shall be made available at the disposal of all Employees with no expenses to be incurred. Laundry and Dry cleaning service will be made available to Employee by the Company’s Laundry and Dry cleaning unit.
20.0 ORIENTATION AND TRAINING PROGRAMME
There will be a mandatory Orientation and Training Programme which starts JANUARY 10TH, 2010, Attendance is mandatory for all newly employed staff of
Gallery Group U.K. Any Employee who fails to be in London for this programme will have his/ her Contract with us terminated. This programme is estimated to last for 5 days after which Employees will be expected to return back to their home countries and prepare for re-location to London.
After the Orientation/ Training programme, we will give a minimum of 1 Month notice to newly employed staff to prepare for re-location. Upfront Salaries +
Monthly benefits will be made available to Employees to enable them settle immediate domestic/ family needs and prepare for final re-location, Hence, you are requested to complete all Visa formalities within 10 days of confirmation of this Contract with us.
21.0 PROCESSING OF VISA/ TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
