My train was cancelled by the train company following severe weather conditions relating to the monsoon. I applied for a refund online as instructed by the staff working at the railway station. I have still recieved nothing despite several attempts to contact Cleatrip and applying for a refund on numerous occasions. They have basically stolen my money. I paid money expecting to receive a service in return, a train journey from Goa to Mumbai, I wasted money travelling to the train station and standing around waiting for a train to be sent home and eventually had to pay for a coach. I should be entitled to my money back as I've had nothing from them. Was this information helpful? | |||
