[Resolved]  Croma Retail — Adm complain

hi,
sir my self mazhar khan .I have visited to your malad croma and i am so unhappy about that .so thats why i want to complain about your manager . I think he is Adm at malad store he dont have maner to talk .
How to talk with customer .When i have call him he is ignoring me .He is busy in talking with the girl .At last he has come but he dont know the knowledge about that product . And i want to say one more thing why
you are making the manager who dont know the product knowledge . That guy name is permeshvar who is Adm in malad croma .He dont have any knowledge of product .i dont know why your are making the manager that person permeshvar.i am requesting you that you have to take some action about that permeshvar .And i have seen that he is giving bad on the floor to the staff also .What is that you are giving this type of service.
i hope you will be with me and you will take action on that guy .

i think you ought to learn a bit of the language before you begin posting utter crap.
perhaps thats why the "adm" couldnt understand you.
^ And you think your English is excellent! The guy has a genuine issue and he wanted to express his concern - please grow up and support his cause instead of talking about how bad his English!!

Yes I too have experienced the same at bangalore it was a Sales guy who had no clue about the product I enquired about and he was helpless when I threw him some product triva - I would not blame him for the lack of knowledge - I only guess that they do not have an effective training set up for the chaps. The above issue is more towards discipline or as you said maners

my name is Ajay reddy, actully i went Bangalore (croma store, Indraprastha, kormangla2) regarding laptop purchase on 6/04/2011 day wednesday, there i find it one ADM Navina in computer section she did not know how to behave with customer, when i asked about laptop configuration she told wait i will call my employees they will explain, then i asked who r u, then she told i am a ADM of computer section, then i told her then u should explain to me but suddenly she got angry on me and told me who r u, just wait otherwise come later, one more thing she dont know behave with employees, when i use Hindi language then she told mr. I dont know Hindi language just speak english otherwise Malyalam language, what is this i[censored] dont know National language then why r u ADM, first u should learn HINDI language then, so i want to ask one think like this ADM (Navina) u r keeping in TATA CROMA STORE. never i thought like this will happen in TATA CROMA STORE, Indraprastha, kormangla 2, Bangalore. I want terminate to her to TATA CROMA otherwise she will finish the Company image.

mujtabam, there's no point quibbling about manners. Sometimes, not having proper communication skills can prove to be a real problem. Mr. Khan obviously had that. There are also socio-religious regions here that I don't want to go into.

Oh, and posting a message on some obscure forum doesn't really contribute to "the cause"...whatever that is. If the on top had any sense, he'd have submitted a written complaint to the stores manager. If you go high enough you'll always find someone who's willing to listen to you. Creating a scene in the real world gets a lot more attention than putting up a badly-worded complaint in the virtual complaint - which is more of a means of assuaging his bruised ego. Remember what they say about the squeaky wheel?

It's a fact that customer service is something that is only slightly more than a passing concern here in India - the reason is that consumers don't have legal recourse, for one. For another, nobody has the time or inclination to fight for it. Mujtabam, you want to support your brother in the cause? The next time you're in the Bangalore store, fill out one of their feedback forms. Or better yet, talk to the store manager and make a scene. If you really want some action to be taken, write to the regional personnel manager in charge of training.

Until then, keep your fat mouth shut if you think your stupid post is going to support any "cause". You guys are nothing but a bunch of small cocked weenies with miniscule balls. Speak up for yourself, instead of whining about it over the Internet. .
