I have bought LG products from CROMA AUNDH PUNE. Till then it was fine. Installation of these products is done by LG. These is an absolutely painful process . LG people will not call you back , will never call , will not com on time ... or may not even come. When I called up CROMA people they assure that LG guys will call within some time ...and again they never call you. It has been almost two weeks , I have the stuff @my home AC and Ref ...but its just there. I feel like returning the products. Do not buy any products with so much headake.

    Sir, I have purchased a Acer Aspire NB 4736 on 1.8.2009 vide invoice No. 162-3811 for anamount of Rs. 36,999/. I have also an offer of 3% under paisaback scheme, which I had faithfully sent to your Mumbai address within the stipulated time through the courier giving my bank account No.etc. (SBI, Mylapore Branch SBAc No. [protected]). It is more than 8 months and the eligible amount is still to be credited to my account. Please look into this for needful.

      i purchased one vaccum cleaner from chroma Rohini vide bill no.[protected] on 29/11/2009 along with extended warranty of 2 years.

      after 4 month i start using the product vaccum cleaner .5L 1000w AV 0029 and within thirty minutes of operation it failed .

      i tries to contact the phone no. given on the bill[protected] which keeping hold for more than 30 minutes and at last no response.

      then i tried the no. given for extended warranty [protected] - not useful as it worst then earlier it keep in waiting and then cut - unwanted expenses to customer to call.

      it seems that i was cheated wwhen the nos are not in operation how they will support the extended warranty the computer bill become light and within one or two month nothiong readable they haven't given any cerificatge for extended/normal warranty.

        Callousness in customer service.

        With utmost regret and pain I am highlighting the sequence of event which happened to me (and customer like me) which is diluting the brand image of TATA. I don’t believe in my wildest dream that this could happen under TATA group of companies.

        I purchase a CTV LG 21” & Tata Sky from croma retail store Mount road, Chennai on 02 April. Delivery date was 03 April however; I still don’t have TV with me. Reasons cited...

        Dear Sir / Madam

        We have purchased a split a/c from Croma on 6th June 2009, since installation no service is being done. Recently from the a/c water was dripping, we thereafter lodge a complaint on toll free number [protected] ant complaint no.[protected] dt. 22nd March 2010.


        After through follow up, a personnel from National Aircon came, but did nothing , he said there is some major problem do not use the a/c till rectified.

        Again after calling up toll free number it is constanstly repeating the mesage we will call you back please leave the mesage and phon number - but no response – We have been calling them National aricon from day one by they keep on dodging from post to pillar by giving different name and number . Are these people making a fool of the consumer


        The fact according to me is that the a/c installed might be problem, since they do not want to replace they are making fuss over the thing.

        Sir, May I request you to kindly intervene and give me a suitable suggestion of direction on how to proceed futher, let them give me the money i have spent for purchase of a/c and take away this a/c.

          I purchased an AC from Crome Aditya city centre and this was my big mistake. Whole amount was given to croma on wed 24/mar/2010 and after this they inform us that AC is not available in stock and would be delivered to you on sunday 28/mar/2010. But we don't get the AC and not even a response from croma. When we call them they make foolish statements and make another bluff promise of delivering AC on Wed almost after 1 weak but again same treatment. After all this mess we gave a call to them and said that we will now involve police and take legal action against croma. So after this we get AC but no instalation was done by them and no stablizer was given to us which was promissed as free at the time of payment. this all was like worst nightmare for me and my family.
          Same thing happen to me too. i ordered AC from croma mount Road branch Chennai. i have made the full payment 27th March 2010. they promised me for the delivery on 29th before 5 PM. today date 16th April 2010. not yet got the delivery. all falce commitment and saying lame reasons yearend closing, transport issue and other. still i am talking to them. same false commitment. i think they will deliver after summer..
          this is worst experiance for me from croma.
          its too bad services over croma, i have buy ac from devarc sg highway, ahmedabad, croma i suppose to call for knowing my delivery date for ac they even nt pickup phones and, if theres goes ringing then they will cutted down phones and again coming on waiting state.. its too horible telephonic services over alll croma stores
          I have the same experiance from Chroma Gurgaon. Purchased LG washing machine which is not delivered even after two days and the only response fromm Chroma is yes they wll deliver. SHAME ON CHROMA and SHAME ON Mr. RATAN TATA
          First of all, Croma - TATA service worst than anything.
          I have purchased LED TV and Refrigerator from (Croma) Star Bazar- another TATA Worst Enterprise. They didnt deliver TV and Refrigerator on time but after a series of calls they have delivered but a old one with scratch.After complaining they took back and agreed to repalce with new one on another day. Its being 5 days now, there is no call nor update and no Refrigerator. I called croma service desk several times and the executives and floor supervisors and good in playing with customer. They are not ready to escalate after 5-6 calls even not transferring to the manager.(No use even all belongs to Coma - TATA, Indias worst enterprise). Now i am forced to go to consumer court against all these people.
          So if anyone read this please please please dont buy anything from Croma or TATA as the people works there screw your life...
          They are very stupid people, and giving false commitments to the customers...

            I have received duplicate rechargeable batteries from Croma Malad center I have given the compliant to Croma Malad center but he is not giving me the proper response as my frnds hope you will help me.

              I have purchased CROMA microwave oven (20L SOLO - CRM2024) from Infinity Showroom in Malad (E), Mumbai on 21st Feb 2010. On 5th March the Oven stopped functioning and we called back the customer care executives who were themselves unaware abt the contacts of the Servicing dept and finally provided the contact of demo & installation team who in turn redirected us with the correct contact of the repair & servicing team. The technical guy detected that the magnet roll is not functioning so he has to replace the same but wud return after 3 days and there is no contact from him after that. When called the repairs & servicing toll free number the lady Ms. Ramya asked us to wait till afternoon because after which she wud be able to give a proper update on the availability of the magnet roll but no contact from her till yesterday. I am very disappointed with the custome service as well as the product because in case if they are unable to provide me the magnet roll then they shud replace the oven immediately.

                I have bought a lenovo net book from Ahmedabad croma devarc mall, vide bill no.[protected] dated 21/12/2009, they offered a scratch card on paisa back scheme, I got 3% cash back on this. Croma asked me to submit all the proofs. I have sent all those to their chennai office. Later enquired about my bank IFC code. That also submitted through reply mail during feb-2010. Sofar they didn't responded back. we do not have any contact numbers of them to contact their chennai office. No call centre number. No mail ID response.

                Even my experience is the same. I was promised 3% off on a scratch card but have not yet been returned the amount by cheque. They have provided me with a contact number and trying to get in touch on the same.

                I got the promised 3% cash back by cheque delivered to my home. You can phone up their call center to speed up the process.
                I got the cheque and received the amount after lodging complaint in this website, they even followed up on warput up basis.
                croma ahmedabad charged rs 1650 from me for additional one year warranty of Hp laptop but this warranty was not registered at Hp. When my lap top had problem, no one took the responsibility

                  I had purchased a laptop from croma showroom,aundh on 20th feb,2010 and they had promised to give tata photon connection with it on the same day of purchase which till the next 1 week they didnt provide. on various phone calls and complaints ( complaint no.115/280210/computer/56393 ) they called me 4 days back and said that the connection will be provided within 2 days and till date i am still waiting.kindly look into the matte as its a case of pure missellingand false commitment.

                    respected person,
                    i purchased a LG lcd from croma bandra on 8th delivery date was 9th which they delivered on 10th and the guy who was coming for installation came on 11th while installing it came to my notice that the panel sides has some black color on the glass which i complained the same min and was expecting a call back within 2 hours but no1 reverted back to me after complaining on the hotline 4 times which they have it in record i even insisted if i could get bring it back myself and take a new peace they refused to that and though this is a small issue the bigger issue is :-

                    wrong information given to me by the sales man saying samsung 6series is not available with them which i wanted in 32 inches i called up hotlline of croma they said they have it also in other branch in juhu has it on display also so i needed my lcd very quick so i opted for LG though i wasnt very satisfied with just because it was ready it stock i need 6 series as if they have make the replacement for the current lcd they have sent but no1 is calling me back regarding the same what am i suppose to do please help.

                      Dear Sir,
                      Please do bear with me.It is a long mail but needed to explain the gravity of the situation.
                      I had purchased an airconditioner from Croma(Hadapsar,Pune) last summer in May.Due to a defect in the piece we went for an exchange.The new piece was sent to my residence in a few days but the defective old piece was not collected. For three months after that we were after them constantly calling them to take the piece out of my place.But they never turned up,Always saying they would come the next day.Then the rains came and we had to move the heavy outdoor unit, which was left on the open terrace,ourselves and on calling them,again they said they would come the next day.
                      In between they had called on 2 occasions once was 4 months after the piece being left behind saying they were on their way to collect the piece but we were in goa so couldnt open the door for them.On the 2nd occasion 2 months ago they called at 8.30 pm when my mother was alone at home.She told them to com the next day.They didnt turn up.
                      Yesterday though when my sister was alone at home and me and my mother in mumbai for a hospital visit, 4 men(without IDs or uniforms) turned up at my house banging the door and shouting loudly to open the door.Despite of her saying we were out of town and to come back in 2 hours (as we were on the way anyways.),they kept harassing her for over an hour.They claimed not to have cellphones to call me and speak to me and refused to leave the premises.Finally my neighbors had to intervene and hunt them away but not before those 4 men threatened to bring 'people' and 'deal' with them.This behaviour is intolerable.
                      Please do advise me on a course of action.Am I under any obligation to keep a product in my house? What is the legal course of action i can take?

                        The CAF Form no: 2923918 was filled up and submitted at the Croma store at Mulund on 12th December for getting the connection for the Tata Photon+. We were ensured that the installation would be done on or before 16th December.
                        Now after checking with the Tata Indicom help desk, we are told that the CAF form has not yet reached the authorities.
                        Since we are leaving town we were in the urgency of getting the connection done at the earliest.
                        After repeated follow ups no one at the store is forth coming with the information, nor is ready to help in getting things mpved.
                        We as customers are at the receiving end of all the callous attitude.

                        I want this to be taken up at the highest level such that no gets further harrased and does not have to run from pillar to post like us.
                        Also I want to mention that we actually purchased the Tata Photon + , keeping in mind the Tata Brand name. But I am sorry to say that the our experience was quite the opposite of what we had expected.

                          I purchased a Lenovo Notebook from Croma Store at Delhi Airport Domestic Dearture Terminal 1D on 05/08/2009. My invoice no. i 112-8447. I was given a cash back scratch card which revealed that I was to receive 4% cash back (Rs. 840/-). I was required to post it to an address in Mumbai (which I promptly did) and as per the T&C I was to receive the amount either as cheque or direct transfer into my bank account. I have patiently waited but even after 4 months I have not received my cash back amount. I have no clue whom to contact. I feel very much cheated as the cash back was one of the main attractions for buying the laptop from Croma. I never thought a company managed by Tatas will cheat people like this.
                          People plz rethink before buy any stuff 4m croma ...Itz ur money so think twice before buy any product 4m croma ... they dont give any customer survices ...so plz aware of this fact ...In many ways thry cheat people ...
                          respected sir i purchase laptop dell inspiration 15"6. and i get cash back of 3%. i courier all the bill nd document at chennai cash back off. but i did not get any response or check of cash back so i req u dt pls consider my application nd give me my cash back thanx sir.
                          as above applicant sir i purchase laptop from croma in himalaya mall at ahmedabad.
                          Same case again.(Non receipt of cash back amount)

                          I bought a Mobile in November and got 3% Cashback by scratching their card (CROMA - HIMALAYA MALL)
                          I was told to submit it with various proof to Chennai office through courier or by post.

                          I submitted accordingly but I haven't got my money back yet nor it is credited in my account.

                          How to get my money back?

                          Please suggest remedy.
                          TATA CHEATING CUSTOMER IS UNBELIEVABLE..I also bought Lenovo laptop from Kormangala inner ring road (Indraprastha) showroom on 29-Dec-2010 & paid the entire amount thru master credit card & got the assurance that i will receive the 5% cash back in 90 days..as on today (4-May-2011), no refund..this is really disapapointing that a TATA enterprise are also CHOR stores..all are becoming Raja these days :)

                            Bought Sony Home theater from CROMA Rohini Sector 3, Delhi Branch, with two years extended warrenty pack, sony refuses to service says out of warrenty, CROMA call center fone[protected]
                            is never answered.
                            Need to have my sony home theater rectified....

                            "FRAUD". Croma sold a used laptop for the price of a new one.

                            This is to bring to your notice the most pathetic event of” theft” by the brand named CROMA. This brand is managed & run by TATA group. The name itself commands respect. But after the hell it made us go through…. We’ve lost all respect & trust in this brand.

                            i have purchased a kodak digital camera on 24 august 2009 at 5 :27 pm worth rs 8,223/-only from croma malad link road.when i reached home and started to download the software for capturing video i found the cd was corroupt and my computer didnt installed the software so i called the salesman in croma he advised me to download it from internet but that too failed, next day i went to croma and requested them to pls install the software in my laptop they tried to ddownload it but couldnt they advised me to call kodak off i called them but they said that we cant tell u on phone u have to come to our andheri off, i told them that i cant come to their off as it is far from my place i went to croma ten times now since them i am spinning like a wheel between croma and kodak and since then unable to download the software and videos to my computer. one person name deepak there manager in croma was so rude and unhelpful that i literlly cried... my complaint is on croma that i have purchased good from u then why should i go somewhere elese i know you i have come to your place you should solve my problem you should put pressure on kodak why should i go to kodak off i dont know them pls help and to all pls dont buy anything from croma as after they dont listen to you because they are so big and tied up and no after sales service is there no customer support is there fedup pls help as this is my second bad experience fwith croma,malad.

                            Please don, t buy things from croma, if you want do not expect after sales service from them.experience after buying 2 desktopHCL, 2 KODAk digi camera and black berrystorm.Theses big stores only want to dump things at you without any after sales service.Alwaysreply onyour friendly neighbourhood shop even if they take some few bugs extraatleast they care, A big shame to a wonderful name of TATA.I fully hold responsible for the man heading this unit-CROMA.

                              I HV PURCHASED TATA DOCOMO SIM CARD FROM CROMA (TATA ENTERPRISE) AT LINK ROAD, MALAD WEST, MUMBAI ON 4 OCT 2009 (CELL NO [protected]), THOUGH THE MRP PRINTED ON THE PACK WAS Rs 49/-, BUT EVEN THOUGH ON HIGHLIGHTING THE MRP THEY INSISTED THAT THEY ARE SELLING IT AT ONLY Rs 50/- (KNOWINGLY). IF YOU WANT YOU CAN GO AHEAD WITH COMPALINT TO CONSUMER AFFAIR.

                              THIS KIND OF PRACTICE BY SUCH REPUTED SHOWROOM IS AGAINST THE LAW OF OUR COUNTRY.

                                  Hi, I purchased HP Pavilion NB DV4-1318TU laptop (Sr No - CND9211WN8) on 14 August 2009 from CROMA Retail Store (Bill No[protected] . The Executive at the store didnt tell me about the offer i.e ON purchase of HP Pavilion Laptop the customer gets TATA Indicom Photon Card for some minimal charges. For claiming the Photon Card, Tata Indicom gallery needs the original BARCODE printed on the BOX.                                   Now unless and until I submit the original barcode sticker printed on the box, I cannot claim the Tata Photon Card.
                                  Croma Executives are not helping me with this and are also not suggesting any alternatives.
                                  I got the Original Bill / Invoice with me.
                                  What should I do ? Please suugest.
