I purchased online a Kindle e-reader, a power adapter, and a tab folio basic for kindle from Croma (www.cromaretail.com/) on the 27th August, 2012 (order ref. number SLE0019034), but I have not received the items yet. These items were earlier dispatched through Aramex Courier (AWB no. [protected]) but the shipment has been returned by Aramex Kolkata Branch back to the origin due to no service. On checking up the online tracking system I found that my mailing address has been wrongly recorded; it was recorded as 795001, Kolkatta, West Bengal. I am baffled by the different replies I got whenever I approached the Croma Customer Service. Their reply on the 15th September said, “The product has been dispatched again through Blue Dart and the AWB# is [protected]”. I have checked this AWB number but it is for another customer, not for me. Again their reply on the 20th September said, “The product is put on hold due to Form 37 requirement. We request you to help the Aramex team with the same and they shall deliver it to your location”. But I confirmed from Aramex courier that the product had had been sent back to the sender as early as on the 9th September, 2012 under Aramex AWB No:[protected]. Since then I have no more responses from the Croma and I am still praying for justice.
